My other question is... WHY do world governments and Big Corp want this? What is their purpose?

Does haarp make them money? Directly? No. Does it gicve them the ability to mess with people and make them reliant on US aid? Certainly. That may be better than money to them.

In the US probably. Less chances of it in my part of the world.

To gain and maintain Power and Control... pure and simple.

Through powerful well funded lobbyists the corporation gains control of the political processes in every country... to the point that today every nation's government is a defacto corporate state system...

Now the whole CO2 thing is a hoax to begin with... but...

... these corporations have unlimited access to the media which broadcasts the lie as if true... the people pick up on it but have no real savvy, yet not to be out of step with "change," they parrot the lie anyway...

...in that way we are the promoters of our own enslavement, all because we want to feel like we are part of the solution instead of part of the problem... even though if it were not for the media, most folks would not be aware their was a problem... in 90% of cases the problem is contrived to begin with.
