Looking into Buffet and Mitre.

Re. that radar image -- doesn't move like a cloud with prevailing wind as previously reported.. Not a natural cloud or a cloud of released gas.  Either solid object, image of birds or something else -- HAARP signature?

I tend to think it is too big and solid to be signature of group of birds, but that is still possible.

This brings to mind why would he say such a thing?

So where was Warren Buffett the morning of 9/11 and what was he doing? 

Mr. Buffett was reportedly at his home in Omaha, Nebraska watching TV when he heard about the terrorist attacks.  He was getting ready to host his "last annual golf charity event" which just happened to be at the U.S. Strategic Command headquarters located at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha.  Offutt AFB is, coincidentally, where President G. W. Bush flew to on Air Force One later in the day for "safety".   This early golf charity event hosted by Mr. Buffett  was to include celebrities, professional athletes, and a small group of business leaders in which one of these business leaders became a very lucky person. 

This very lucky person was Ann Tatlock, the CEO of Fiduciary Trust Co. In March of 2002 financial speculator Warren Buffett predicted that the use of nuclear weapons by terrorists was '"inevitable."'

President George W. Bush went to Offutt AFB later in the 9/11/01 day. President GWB left Barksdale AFB in Shreveport, Louisiana at 1:48 Central Daylight Time, arriving at Offutt AFB in the next hour.

Fiduciary Trust is yet another investment-banking firm. Like J.P. Morgan and Lazard Freres before it, Fiduciary Trust wants to serve big money or an exclusive elite. It's "for institutions and wealthy clients." Five months prior to 9/11/01, Fiduciary Trust was bought by Franklin Resources of San Mateo, California for $825 million.

Fiduciary Trust employed 645 people on five floors on or above the 90th in the WTC's South Tower. 87 of those employees were killed due to the "'9/11'" destruction.

Because the attacks involved systems used by the FAA, NORAD, and the U.S. Air Force, the conspirators would have needed “super user” access to the command and control centers of these three separate organizations.

Super user means the most privileged user on a computerized data system. The super user has complete access to all files on the system. For the previously mentioned agencies, and virtually all other U.S. defense and intelligence organizations, there is one such possible super user: a little-known private not-for-profit organization, based in Bedford, Mass., known as MITRE Corp. MITRE also has a headquarters in McLean, Va., on a campus it shares with Northrop Grumman.

The MITRE Corp. is a major defense contracting organization headed by the former Director of Central Intelligence (DCI), Dr. James Rodney Schlesinger. In addition, Mitre Corp has a "contract" of actually finding locations to dump all the toxic waste that the US Army Corps of Engineers dredge for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for nearly 10 years. As Fitzgerald's SDNY offices were negotiating with Ali..his attorney's were working with and have legal jurisdiction and constant daily oversight of the Port Authority CONTRACTS WITH MITRE!

The recent news about AIG, Maurice Greenberg, his two sons and
Warren Buffett indicates that the inside attacks of 9-11-1 are a huge
accounting fraud - a mega-Enron - of the U.S. insurance industry.
Initially, the insurance industry had to pay several billion $$ in
damages. However, 9-11-1 has changed the landscape of insurance risk in
such a way that premiums went into a steep hike, and today the U.S.
insurance industry is the major beneficiary of 9-11-1 to the tune of
over $13 billion increase (in 2004) for AIG alone (AIG alone thus

strange ongoings at the Offutt Air Base on 9-11-1 where Buffett met

a crackdown on foreign tax shelters. AIG as the prime beneficiary of a
section in the Tax Reform Act that exempted AIG and other large

USA, including offshore jurisdictions.

Millions of dead fish surfaced in Maryland's Chesapeake Bay in the U.S., Tuesday, while similar unexplained mass fish deaths occurred across the world in Brazil and New Zealand. On Wednesday, 50 birds were found dead on a street in Sweden. The news come after recents reports of mysterious massive bird and fish deaths days prior in Arkansas and Louisiana.

The Baltimore Sun reports that an estimated 2 million fish were found dead in the Chesapeake Bay, mostly adult spot with some juvenile croakers in the mix, as well. Maryland Department of the Environment spokesperson Dawn Stoltzfus says "cold-water stress" is believed to be the culprit. She told The Sun that similar large winter fish deaths were documented in 1976 and 1980.

ParanaOnline reports that 100 tons of sardines, croaker and catfish have washed up in Brazilian fishing towns since last Thursday. The cause of the deaths is unknown, with an imbalance in the environment, chemical pollution, or accidental release from a fishing boat all suggested by local officials.

In New Zealand, hundreds of dead snapper fish washed up on Coromandel Peninsula beaches, many found with their eyes missing, The New Zealand Herald reports. A Department of Conservation official allegedly claims the fish were starving due to weather conditions.

While all three events are likely unrelated, they come after recent reports of mysterious dead birds falling from the sky in both Arkansas and Louisiana. Thousands of dead birds were found in Beebe, Arkansas on New Year's Eve, and a few days later, around 500 of the same species were found 300 miles south in Louisiana. A Kentucky woman also reported finding dozens of dead birds scattered around her home. In the days prior to New Year's, nearly 100,000 fish surfaced in an Arkansas river 100 miles west of Beebe. Officials are now saying that fireworks likely caused the Arkansas bird deaths, and power lines may be to blame for the death of the birds in Louisiana.

Some remain skeptical of the explanations. Dan Cristol, a biology professor and co-founder of the Institute for Integrative Bird Behavior Studies at the College of William & Mary, told the AP that he was hesitant to believe fireworks were to blame unless "somebody blew something into the roost, literally blowing the birds into the sky."

Wednesday, officials in Sweden reported the finding of 50 dead birds on a street, suggesting that cold weather or fireworks were the likely culprit.

Bird deaths and fish kills at smaller numbers aren't all that uncommon, though the size and proximity of some of the recent events have led people to allege their relation, though officials deny the frequency of these wildlife deaths as being anything other than coincidence.

In August of 2010, tens of thousands of dead fish were reported washing ashore in two separate occasions, 200 miles apart on the East Coast.

(CHICAGO) - It's been said that Mankind will destroy itself. Unfortunately, during the past 100 years the human race has worked hard to make this prediction come true. Nuclear arsenals can destroy Mankind many times over. Alien biological weapons exist that can annihilate all humanity. Toxins are available that are so deadly a few drops in a city's water supply can kill millions.

Yet another weapons technology has been under development for some decades. Scalar technology—invented by the genius Nikola Tesla early in the 20th Century—has the potential to turn the environment itself into a weapon and tune its deadly properties into a merciless, near instantaneous killer.

That advanced technology may have just been tested in Arkansas and Louisiana.

Ominous evidence is steadily growing that the bizarre red wing blackbird deaths—now being reported across three states—are not natural.

Although some scientists have proposed that the initial bird death—numbered at 5,000—might have been caused by fireworks, ornithologists scoff at that suggestion.

Other theories floating about include speculation that severe updrafts or a local micro-burst killed all the birds, yet that is highly improbable and does not jive with eyewitness testimony of local residents who watched the birds literally drop from the sky.

Other witnessed claim that not all the birds that fell were already dead. Some were still alive and appeared confused or dazed. A few even made desperate attempts to seek shelter inside houses—seemingly trying to escape whatever was killing them outdoors.

A freak meteorological phenomenon also cannot account for reports of mass bird deaths that followed the Arkansas incident. Red wing blackbirds have also been seen falling out of the skies over Louisiana and reported by an eyewitness in Kentucky.

"The birds suffered from acute physical trauma leading to internal hemorrhage and death," the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission said in a statement Monday. "There was no sign of chronic or infectious disease."

That eliminates the possibility of West Nile virus or some other avian illness.

According to NBC News, Arkansas's official state veterinarian, Dr. George Badley, stated the blackbirds died in mid-flight, not upon impact with the ground after they fell.

Either the birds ran into something…or something ran into the birds.

Fish and Fowl

Puzzled researchers are scrambling to determine if the massive fish death—that seemed to accompany the stricken blackbirds—is in any way linked. Some believe they are linked.

Yet other bizarre reports are still streaming in concerning other fish deaths.

Beyond the frightening mass death of fish in the Arkansas River that covered 20-miles, reports have come in on mass aquatic death off of Chesapeake Bay. And 100 tons of dead fish have washed up on the Brazilian coastline.

Brazilian officials have never seen anything like it. Some reports in the Brazilian media claim that a few coastal communities are panicking believing that the water has been poisoned.

Investigating the mass fish death in the Arkansas River near a dam in Ozark some 125 miles west of Beebe, Arkansas. Beebe, a suburb of Little Rock, has about 5,000 residents. It's where many of the red-wing blackbirds met their strange end.

Although the state fish and wildlife investigators say disease may be the reason why 100,000 fish suddenly died en masse, they plan to continue testing the river for any evidence of toxins.

Curiously, like the birds, all the fish that died were only one species. All other fish were unaffected.

Connected to advanced government weapons tests?

Researchers Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones at infowars.com have put forward another possibility that could account for the shocking bird and fish deaths.


Watson and Jones believe evidence exists that points to secret US government testing of advanced weaponry. The two point to Scalar weapons technology.

The interesting thing about their theory is that it does account for the internal disintegration of the birds' organs, the short-lived survivors' state of disorientation, and the atmospherics that were occurring during the incident.

Radiation comes in many forms including, thermal, photonic, microwave, nuclear and magnetic. Scalar technology incorporates the transmission of high-energy electromagnetic radiation designed to disrupt geological and biological processes. It's a technology that is mostly secret that has been under development since the 1970s. Other than U.S. research on its applications as a militarized weapon, work is also being done to advance the technology in the U.K., Russia, China and Israel.

According to Watson and Jones "Scalar weapons that can artificially manipulate the environment could be responsible for the mass die offs. We know for a fact that over a decade ago the U.S. Military Industrial Complex was aware of and involved in the testing of such technology."

Both also refer to former U.S. Department of Defense Secretary William Cohen

who, during a press conference in 1997 stated for the record that “Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves…So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our [counter terrorism] efforts.”

Of course what Cohen referred to was Scalar technology.

The government has not been adverse to experimenting with advanced weapons—or potential weapons—near or on its own citizens. As both Watson and Jones argue:

"From the 1950's onwards, the U.S. government deliberately engaged in open air tests, spraying major cities like San Francisco and New York with Serratia marcescens and Bacillus glogigii. In 1955, the CIA also released a a bacteria withdrawn from the Army’s biological warfare arsenal over Tampa Bay, Fl in order to test its ability to infect human populations with biological agents."

High frequency sonar experiments have killed countless whales, porpoises and other sea life. After years of denying it, the United States Navy finally admitted their responsibility.

Other experiments with the infamous HAARP secreted away in a massive installation far in the northern wastes of Alaska have caused significant weather changes to parts of northern Russia and specifically a wide swath of Siberia that has caused formal protests from the Russian government.

And Watson and Jones also point to 1966 when "the U.S. Army dispensed Bacillus subtilis variant niger throughout the New York City subway system. 1977 Senate hearings on Health and Scientific Research confirmed that 239 populated areas had been contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969, including San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Key West, Panama City, Minneapolis, and St. Louis."

The Government's Plausible Deniability

"Plausible deniability" has always been the key to covert tests an operations by intelligence services and military operations—especially tests conducted over populated areas.

The operation would not have been possible without the involvement of more than one individual in the highest ranks of the U.S. Air Force command structure and the Pentagon.  The only way to bypass these separate chains of command is “to be above them” (from higher up), as well as have the possibility of directly overseeing their implementation.  These orders would then have been communicated to lower levels in the US Air Force command chain in different locations, to allow for a so-called “oversight” to proceed. The alternative to this is “an alternative chain of command,” although this also needs someone in the highest ranks of office to organize and oversee.

The post given to Riechers was politically motivated, given his track record in the U.S. Air Force. Riechers had been in a position of responsibility in the U.S. Air Force special operational support activities; something he had in common with Russell Dougherty, the former SAC commander. He would have been one of the best suited individuals for making arrangements in the case of an alternative command structure for a secretive nuclear operation. Moreover, he already had a record of corrupt behaviour through his involvement with the Commonwealth Research Institute. The possible involvement of U.S. Air Force weathermen and special operatives raises many questions as to what exactly was the objective of making the nuclear weapons disappear. [33]

The Investigation
The U.S. Air Force has publicly stated that it has made a “mistake,” which is very unusual and almost unprecedented for a military organization that tries to continually assure the American public of their safety. The fact that seventy or more military personnel have been punished in the case of the “lost” nuclear weapons does not mean, however, that the senior commanding officers responsible for having carried out the special operation will be identified and punished.  Quite the opposite. The investigation could indeed result in a camouflage of the chain of command, where lower-ranking military personnel are accused and court-martialed, with a view to ultimately protecting those in high office who have committed an act of treason. The series of deaths mentioned above, may have no ties whatsoever with the the August flight in question from Minot to Barksdale, but the issues of command, monitoring, and authorization cannot be overlooked or ignored. The American people have before them a case of treason that involves the highest offices of government and most probably the offices of the President and the Vice-President.  Once again, the “C2” process involves the Office of the President and Commander-in-Chief. It is an established line of command, without which nuclear weapons could not have been deployed or armed as they were in U.S.A.F. Base Minot. It is this command element that establishes the basis of authorization through which “absolute control of nuclear weapons” is maintained “at all times.”

With time it is possible that military servicemen and servicewomen may come forward with more information.  However, in the meantime, there has been a streamlining of military personnel at U.S.A.F. Minot. Base personnel have become dispersed and reassigned to other locations.  If they on the grounds of loyalty to their country, the United States of America, come forward and reveal what has taken place, they are to be saluted with full honour by all ranks. As George Orwell said, “In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act,” and indeed these are deceitful times. The fact that U.S. Air Force officers came forward and reported this incident is contrary to U.S. military procedures, regulations, and laws. The U.S. military will never release any information that will risk or damage its reputation. Any information in regards to nuclear weapons can not be released without prior consultations with and authorization by the White House.  The nuclear weapons were armed and moved deliberately. Orders had to have come from the highest echelons of the U.S. government. The question is what exactly were they meant for? Were they part of a war agenda or something else?

What adds intrigue to an understanding of the missing nukes, are the international events and war games taking place just after the “lost” nuclear weapons incident, not to mention the President’s ongoing threats to attack Iran with nuclear weapons and Vice President Cheney's repeated warnings that a second large scale terrorist attack on America is under preparation, with the support of Iran.  In the U.S., under the Vigilant Shield 2008 war games (initiated in September, 2007) and the TOPOFF anti-terrorism exercises, some form of nuclear terrorist attack on American soil had been envisaged. The roles of Russia and China had also been contemplated. The latter would be “a likely scenario” had the U.S. attacked Iran and as a result Russia and China had decided to intervene. [34] Under Vigilant Shield 2007, held in 2006, the possibility of a nuclear war with Iran’s allies, Russia and China, had been contemplated in the war games scenario.  The Kremlin has responded by holding its own war games.[35]

An unveiled threat to trigger World War Three has been the response of George W. Bush Jr. to Russia’s statements warning that a U.S. sponsored war with Iran, could result in an escalating World War III scenario. The six nuclear warheads were not meant for use in theatre operations against Iran. This is obvious because if they were then they would have been deployed via the proper procedural routes without the need to hide anything. Besides, there are already theatre-level nuclear weapons ready and armed in Europe and the Middle East for any possible Middle Eastern mission. There was something more to the incident. It is also worth noting that the Israelis launched an attack on an alleged Syrian nuclear facility that both Tel Aviv and the White House claim was constructed with the assistance of North Korea. This event has been used, through official statements and media disinformation, to draw a Syria-Iran-North Korea nuclear proliferation axis. [36] In regards to the case of the missing nuclear weapons, weathermen and military personnel with an expertise in space and missile components were involved. The incident took place during a time when the U.S. missile shield projects in Eastern Europe and Eastern Asia, directed against Russia and China, were raising international tensions and alarms. On October 23, 2007, President Bush Jr. stated: “The need for missile defence in Europe is real and I believe it’s urgent.” [37] Nuclear warfare, the militarization of space, and “the missile shield”  are interrelated military processes.  The overtones of Nuclear Primacy are hanging in the air. One of the goals of the U.S. military has been to effectively shield itself from a potential Russian or potential Russian and Chinese nuclear response to a nuclear “First Strike” from the U.S. military. [38] The militarization of space is also deeply linked to this military project. Like their advanced knowledge about the U.S. missile shield project, Russian and Chinese officials have got wind of these ambitions and are fully aware of what the U.S. intends to do.

Major, Bizarre Fish Die-Off Along Lakefront

CHICAGO (STMW) – A bizarre scene is evolving on the Chicago lakefront, with Canada geese and mallard ducks gulping down dead or dying gizzard shad.

A major die-off of what appears to be the 2010 class is happening in Chicago harbors. Thousands, perhaps far more than that, of dead gizzard shad in the 3- to 5-inch range are frozen in the ice of Chicago harbors or floating around in open patches of water.

“Gizzard shad are pretty sensitive,’’ Lake Michigan Program biologist Dan Makauskas said. “On the toughness scale, the herrings are pretty soft.’’

Gizzard shad, members of the herring family, are more sensitive to drops in oxygen levels than most fish. And thick ice came early to Chicago harbors in December.

The massive die-off was first documented Thursday by Carl Vizzone, a North Side fisherman who sits on the board of Perch America. What caught his eye was Canada geese and mallards eating dying shad at open water by DuSable and Diversey harbors. “This is not normal,’’ he said.

Didn't know that! I'm very familiar with FlightSafety, as I was offered a job with them as a technition when I got out of the Navy. I was going to work at the Savannah Georgia facility on the Gruman G1,2,and 3 simulators, back in the mid 80's. Toured their facility and went inside their simulators and all. Much fancier stuff than the fighter jet simulators I worked on in the Navy. Didn't take the job though for financial reasons. Looking back, I can see why God didn't allow it to happen. Thank you Jesus!

More than 100 dead birds found off Calif. highway

GEYSERVILLE, Calif. – California wildlife officials are trying to figure out what caused the death of more than 100 birds found clustered together just off Highway 101.

The Santa Rosa Press Democrat reports that California Highway Patrol officers found the dead birds near the roadway on Saturday and called in the state Department of Fish and Game to investigate.

The officers who found the birds described them as small with brown and black feathers. They were intact and had not been shot.

The reports come as other, larger bird deaths have been reported in Arkansas, Louisiana and other states.

Scientists say mass die-offs of wildlife happen regularly, and are usually unrelated and unreported.

The mystery surrounding 100 dead birds between Healdsburg and Geyserville appears to be solved.

The European starlings were found dead on the roadway and shoulder at Highway 101 and Independence Lane, just south of Geyserville Saturday afternoon.

State wildlife officials Tuesday said the birds were hit by a truck, a conclusion drawn from a witness statement and the condition of the birds at the scene.

“All the signs point to blunt force trauma,” said Andrew Hughan, spokesman for the state Department of Fish and Game. “It looks like they were hit by a truck.”

The roads are flanked by vineyards which are an attractive place for starlings to soar. They fly in large numbers, grouping closely together and are distinctive for their darting flight.

Wildlife officials were at the scene Tuesday, and brief necropsies showed the birds suffered broken necks, Hughan said. No signs of gunshots or shotgun pellets were found, he said.

Some of the birds will be taken to a department lab in Sacramento for further tests to formally rule out other causes, he said.

“It will take three days,” he said.

It appears a swarm of the birds flew directly in front of a big rig, he said. The big rig didn’t stop, but a witness later called authorities to report seeing the bird strike, Hughan said.

“She said it looked like they were committing suicide,” he said.

A Highway Patrol officer was on the scene shortly after the incident, but didn’t witness it.

European starlings are an invasive species that feeds in fields and woodlands, Hughan said. Though they often fly in thick swarms, it’s unusual for so many to be killed at once, he said.

The black birds are slightly smaller than robins.

It's interesting that the same general injury keeps popping up with these kills; blunt force trauma, along with reports of the birds acting strange or flying into stuff.

But 100 birds killed by flying into a semi truck? I'm not buying that. I've seen how large flocks of birds move and avoid stuff, and I just can't picture that many not being able to avoid a truck. I mean after a few in the flock smack the truck, I just can't see that many more continuing to hit the truck, which it seems they claim the truck was moving. No, I'm not buying what they are selling.

The only reason I can imagine is that the birds, if they did hit something, it was because they weren't able to fly normally, which begs the question why couldn't they fly normal.

I agree, this all appears to be more than nature at work. That, or it's a case of like the canary in the coal mine being a sign of bad things if you don't change something, like get out of the mine!

Using biophysical criteria, I show that continuous radiofrequency (RF) and microwave radiation with intensity less than 10 mW/cm(2) are unlikely to affect physiology significantly through athermal mechanisms. Biological systems are fundamentally noisy on the molecular scale as a consequence of thermal agitation and are noisy macroscopically as a consequence of physiological functions and animal behavior. If electromagnetic fields are to significantly affect physiology, their direct physical effect must be greater than that from the ubiquitous endogenous noise. Using that criterion, I show that none of a set of interactions of weak fields, which I argue is nearly complete on dimensional grounds, can affect biology on the molecular scale. Moreover, I conclude that such weak fields are quite unlikely to generate significant effects in their interactions with larger biological elements such as cells. In the course of that analysis, I examine important special examples of electromagnetic interactions: "direct" interactions where biology is modified simply by the motion of charged elements generated by the electric field; resonance interactions; the effects of electrostrictive forces and induced dipole moments; and modifications of radical pair recombination probabilities. In each case, I show that it is unlikely that low intensity fields can generate significant physiological consequences.

Can microwaves disrupt the covalent bonds of DNA? The fundamentals of thermodynamics and physics indicate this is impossible. Numerous studies have concluded that there is no evidence to support the existence of the 'Microwave Effect', and yet, some recent studies have demonstrated that microwaves are capable of breaking the covalent bonds of DNA. The exact nature of this phenomenon is not well understood, and no theory currently exists to explain it. This report summarizes the history of the controversy surrounding the microwave effect, and the latest research results.

The effectiveness of microwaves for sterilization has been well established by numerous studies over the previous decades (Latimer 1977, Sanborn 1982, Brown 1978, Goldblith 1967). The exact nature of the sterilization effect and whether it is due solely to thermal effects or to the 'microwave effect' has been a matter of controversy for decades.

The dielectric effect on polar molecules has been known since 1912 (DeBye 1929). Polar molecules are those which possess an uneven charge distribution and respond to an electromagnetic field by rotating. The angular momentum developed by these molecules results in friction with neighboring molecules and converts thereby to linear momentum, the definition of heat in liquids and gases. Your article discusses microwave ovens and their effects on solid meat...not whole, living animals hit by a concentrated blast above 2.45 Ghz.  Plus  they are discussing "foods that have a liquid water content" like flesh, vegetables or leftover food.  What do you think the chicken's stomach would do in a microwave?  Would the air molecules inside start moving around even faster than the water?  Would it cause the stomach to expand?

Personally, I don't think it's anything less than natural causes.  As I pointed out earlier federal statistics indicate that large groups of animals die on a regular basis, especially birds and fish.  The difference now is that they don't want people talking about Illinois raising the income tax because it is about to collapse, or the fed destroying the dollar.  Plus, they've invested a lot of resources into convincing everyone the world is going to end in two years.  They gotta start making that look legit...at least on TV.

There are a myriad of ways an organization of people could hoax mass die offs, but they don't really need to, because mother nature does it on a regular basis.  Small animals and fish are most susceptible to sudden weather change.  I'll be worried when a herd of horses or other large animal dies mysteriously.

Until then, it's pretty obvious that this is a propaganda program designed to feed the fear and distract the masses.
