More on detoxing heavy metals with cilantro (coriander)

Cilantro (Chinese Parsley)

This kitchen herb is capable of mobilizing mercury, cadmium, lead and
aluminum in both bones and the central nervous system. It is probably
the only effective agent in mobilizing mercury stored in the
intracellular space (attached to mitochondria, tubulin, liposomes etc)
and in the nucleus of the cell (reversing DNA damage of mercury).
Because cilantro mobilizes more toxins then it can carry out of the
body, it may flood the connective tissue (where the nerves reside) with
metals, that were previously stored in safer hiding places.

This process is called re-toxification. It can easily be avoided by
simultaneously giving an intestinal toxin-absorbing agent. Our definite
choice is the algal organism chlorella. A recent animal study
demonstrated rapid removal of aluminum from the skeleton superior to any
known other detox agent.

Thank you for this very important information. I like coriander but I never buy it.
There are tons at the town market from local small production - the little old ladies selling their veggies.
I must resolve to eat more and put that fresh coriander in everything.

I wonder if coriander seeds also help?
I use them in pakora recipes (vegetable fritters made with flour from chickpeas, onions, potatoes, spinach - along with coriander seeds and turmeric etc... very tasty.)

You can also use chopped fresh coriander.

Ceviche (mexican recipe - shrimp, scallops, and/or fish in lime juice, with fresh coriander, tomatoes, onions) is also good.

Also, you can add a few seeds to a cup of tea (along with cinnamon and clove).

Cooking with Cilantro
by Lucinda Hutson
April 1997
from issue #8

There’s no doubt: Cilantro’s flavor elicits strong reactions in people. For those who love it, it enlivens many dishes, acting as a cool foil for spicy seasonings.

One way to highlight this herb is in festive cilantro-seasoned potatoes. This dish can be served warm or cold, accompanied by small bowls of additional chili powder, sea salt, shredded Parmesan cheese, and lime wedges. The recipe keeps for several days and is delicious reheated in ramekins with crumbled bacon and Parmesan. Try it with icy cold shots of premium silver tequila. Add a few fresh green coriander seeds to each glass.

The lively and robust taste of cilantro shines when it’s used as an edible garnish. When used in cooking, especially in soup or stew, cilantro should be added at the end of the cooking time to retain the integrity of its flavor. Remember that fresh cilantro leaves and dried coriander seeds are not interchangeable; they have distinct characteristics and uses.

To store cilantro, put the stems in a glass of water and refrigerate, loosely covered with a plastic bag, for up to a week, changing the water every few days. Small amounts may also be stored in airtight plastic bags. Do not even attempt to dry cilantro, as its fresh and pungent flavor is not easily preserved. I also do not recommend freezing it except in a pesto blend with olive oil and chiles.

Ground coriander seeds are highlighted in a citrus rub for fish. You can grind coriander seeds along with the dried chile in a small electric coffee grinder or spice mill, or do it the traditional way with a mortar and pestle. A tangy marinade adds even more flavor. These filets are great hot off the grill or served cold in salads with fresh cilantro sprigs for garnish. Serve accompanied with a bowl of cilantro salsa verde. Salud!

As you will see from an excerpt below from a recent Weston A Price Foundation article about magnesium, it is a key mineral for detoxification. The article mentioned epsom salts in bath water as a good way of getting a dose. So I went around to all the chemists in town, searching for some but none could get hold of any, and hadn't for some time.

I then discovered the horrific truth, wikipedia reveals that epsom salts are used in the first aid of barium chloride poisoning. That is, barium salts. The very thing they are spraying, and just to make sure that we remain toxic, it seems, supplies of it have dried up or, those in the know are buying up supplies, but it is for sale online. As it turns out, magnesium has been depleted from almost all our foods since WWII. As an added bonus, it seems that aluminum, also being sprayed, cannot be absorbed in the gut if enough magnesium is in your system, because it out-competes aluminum, maybe that is also the case for absorption by the lungs? Magnesium also helps detox other heavy metals.

Solutions of sulfate salts such as Epsom salt may be given as first aid for barium chloride poisoning.

Barium chloride, along with other water-soluble barium salts, is highly toxic. Sodium sulfate and magnesium sulfate (epsom salts) are potential antidotes because they form the insoluble solid barium sulfate BaSO4, which is much less toxic.

Magnesium is utilized by the body for all sorts of detoxification pathways and is necessary for the neutralization of toxins, overly acidic conditions that arise in the body, and for protection from heavy metals. It plays a vital role in protecting us from the onslaught of man-made chemicals all around us. Glutathione, an antioxidant normally produced by the body and a detoxifier of mercury, lead and arsenic among others, requires magnesium for its synthesis. According to Mark Sircus, in Transdermal Magnesium Therapy, a deficiency of magnesium increases free radical generation in the body and “causes glutathione loss, which is not affordable because glutathione helps to defend the body against damage from cigarette smoking, exposure to radiation, cancer chemotherapy, and toxins such as alcohol and just about everything else.”

When our bodies are replete with magnesium (and in balance with the other essential minerals) we are protected from heavy metal deposition and the development of associated neurological diseases. As Dr. Carolyn Dean explains, “Research indicates that ample magnesium will protect brain cells from the damaging effects of aluminum, beryllium, cadmium, lead, mercury and nickel. We also know that low levels of brain magnesium contribute to the deposition of heavy metals in the brain that heralds Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. It appears that the metals compete with magnesium for entry into the brain cells. If magnesium is low, metals gain access much more readily.

“There is also competition in the small intestine for absorption of minerals. If there is enough magnesium, aluminum won’t be absorbed.”

Another potential way to get more magnesium into your system is via the pleasant method of soaking in a bath of magnesium sulfate, otherwise known as Epsom salts. Commonly used to ease muscle aches and pains, magnesium sulfate also importantly helps with detoxification when sulfur is needed by the body for this purpose. When used intravenously, magnesium sulfate can save lives in such crises as acute asthma attack, onset of myocardial infarction, and eclampsia in pregnancy.

A couple of cups of Epsom salts added to a hot bath will induce sweating and detoxification; after the water cools a bit, the body will then absorb the magnesium sulfate. According to Mark Sircus in Transdermal Magnesium Therapy, the effects from a bath of Epsom salts, although pleasant, are brief as magnesium sulfate is difficult to assimilate and is rapidly lost in the urine. Magnesium chloride, which can also be used in baths, is more easily assimilated and metabolized, and so less is needed for absorption.

Thanks planning4acrash
Your detox advice was posted on a NZ forum.  Here are some of the responses, FYI. A friend Rose mentioned her friend Nina, who lives in Hawaii, tried the Epsom salts detox and became sick.  Some things work for some, other treatments for others.  Rose wrote: "I remember Nina doing an Epsom salts detox earlier in the year and she was very very ill for 10 days or so."

Bill Blyth wrote on Issuesthatmattermost

Hi Rose i think we need to consider a number of points here, magnesium is present in the chemtrail mix as out lined below by Carnicom.  The atmosphere is already loaded with this metal.  It would appear from his findings that we need to detox from magnesium as well.

The reaction under consideration is:

Mg + CuSO4 -> MgSO4 + Cu

Magnesium sulfate (commonly known as epsom salt) has the following properties:

1. Distinctive visual identification under the microscope. Linear, prism or filament crystals are commonly formed.
2. Soluble in water.
3. Soluble in alcohol.
4. Soluble in glycerin.
5. Distinctive bitter taste(also known as bitter salt).
6. Dissolves in both hydrochloric and sulfuric acid.
7. Colorless, transparent or whitish crystal.

Additional important properties to consider for additional analysis within the aerosol operations include the density, conductivity and ionizability of the element or compound. Magnesium is an extremely light metal, approximately 2/3 the weight of aluminum. Magnesium is extremely conductive, on par with copper and aluminum. Magnesium can be ionized with the energy available within the ultra-violet portion of the spectrum.

These findings provide further evidence of the aerosol operations that have been conducted and remain in progress without the informed consent and knowledge of the citizenry. These findings provide further just cause for the call of accountability and disclosure that remains. All citizens are urged to take an active role to resolve these issues.

It can be stated that the original motivation for this research involves an attempt to physically identify the barium presence that is strongly evidenced by data that has been made available. The high level of solubility in water of the resulting crystal form immediately dismisses barium sulfate as the candidate of examination for this test that has been developed. Elemental magnesium, combining with the sulfate ion provided by the copper sulfate
solution, exists as the viable solution to the problem of identification of this crystal. Sufficient and credible evidence to support the claims of unexpected levels of barium in the atmosphere as an adjunct of the aerosol operations remains in force. Recall that attention has repeatedly been directed toward all elements within Groups I and II of the periodic table.

Past external data that has been made available to me reveals the unusual presence of both magnesium and barium within atmospheric samples. As the data within those reports has not yet been publicly distributed, they have not been given undue attention. Previous data made available to me that indicated the presence of unusual amounts of magnesium in the atmosphere is now elevated in status.
Evidence continues to accumulate that certain metals, i.e., magnesium and barium, as
well as certain biological and fibrous components, are established as the core elements of the aerosol operations in progress. Current testing suggests that magnesium may indeed be the dominant metallic component present. Toxicity levels between varying metals stands as a separate issue. Aggressive testing for these two metal forms as a minimum is now required.

I am searching for a conclusion on this subject for the main reason that we are dealing with an on going detox not ownly from the chemtrail operations but also the increase in heavy metals in the food supply, aluminium being the most prevalent metal. So it would make sense to be aware of the metals that are included in the food supply first and eliminate them as part of a detox program.

Here is a list of the most common aluminium additives

Additives: The following additives contain aluminum compounds: E173, E520, E521, E523 E541, E545, E554, E555 E556, E559, bauxite (Aluminum dioxide)
Antacids: can contain 200 milligrams or more of elemental aluminum in a single tablet! A very
popular antacid, Amphojel, consists of aluminum hydroxide.
Antiperspirants can contain aluminum chlorhydrate. Colgate-Palmolive products do contain aluminum zirconium.
Baking powder: some brands can contain aluminum
Cake mixes: can contain forms of aluminum
Cheese: especially single sliced processed cheese can contain aluminum as an emulsifier
Chocolate Mixes: highly absorbable aluminum maltol is used in instant chocolate mixes.
Coffee Whiteners: Like Coffee-mate – Sodium Aluminosilicate
Doughs: prepared doughs can contain it. Flour: self rising flour can contain aluminum
Metal Cleaners such as Ezy bright contain aluminum oxide 10-30%
Pickles can contain aluminum
Shampoos: Aluminum lauryl sulfate
Anti dandruff shampoos, including Selsun-Blue, contain magnesium aluminum silicate
Toothpastes: Can contain bauxite (Aluminum dioxide) or aluminum salts and it may not
be listed in the ingredients! Tooth whitening products also.
Water: Drinking water in many countries contains high levels of AL.

ARGH! I just spent half an hour replying to this post Bill and my dog – who I happened to be talking about at the time, jumped up on my keyboard ~ what about me styles~ and deleted the post.

Ok – so in a nutshell – THANK YOU for you vigilance and for sharing the invaluable information. I posted Clares blog here to get your reaction and Im pleased – SO PLEASED to see your reaction. I remember Nina doing an Epsom salts detox earlier in the year and she was very very ill for 10 days or so.

I’ve jotted down the numbers you provided: E173, E520, E521, E523 E541, E545, E554, E555 E556, E559, bauxite (Aluminum dioxide), into a little book I take to the supermarket. I’m about to dung out my cupboards checking everything in there including PET FOOD. It’s not so easy to get your pets eating fresh strawberries, butter beans, lettuce, peas, new spuds for dinner (that is on the menu and straight out of my garden today – first harvest ;)

I have no blab left ~ just big thanks for sharing your work on this subject. I will be watching/learning & sharing this info.

To those that celebrate Christmas – have a beaut day! Clear skies here (for now) but is to be expected. Phil Goff and his ministers will be in our little tourist town for Xmas/New Year… copies of What in the World are they Spraying? will be available in their motel rooms :)

The assault is to worsen very quickly into the new year according to our sources so it is SO important that we get this detox/metal information right.

Love to all!

Maybe have a test to see which minerals you are high in and deficient in before acting. You can get hair samples done.

Just because a detox causes adverse reaction, does not mean it isn't doing good. There may have been a violent displacement of aluminum and other things going on.

yes Cilantro also chelates other minerals too. So I would suggest that everyone eat plenty of vitamins and minerals to replace the iron, zinc, and magnesium that will be gotten rid of through the process of Cilantro chelation.

Drink distilled water for Pure Health:

Detox with cilantro:

Omura determined that cilantro could mobilize mercury and other toxic metals rapidly from the CNS.96 97

Is it nice to drink?
Yes actually -- I slice up a granny smith 1/2 and add Cilantro and some water (juice if you like) and blend it.
tastes great. But I LOVE Cilantro anyway.

Yes, I have heard about that from the book Nourishing Traditions. Another good one is Kombucha. Excellent. Supposedly Ronald Reagan drank it to get rid of his cancer...yet somehow he didn't tell the ACS about it.

I would have that drink with raw cream or raw milk from grass fed animals. The fat soluble vitamins will help you utilize the cilantro. Cream would be best.
