Got it working. None of the early reports said where or how he painted the V with the circle. But it's clearly on the wall, yet not mentioned? Seems meaningless but odd.

I was just gonna say:

They've not released the segment containing the spray painting then?
How about they release the whole thing, otherwise everyone knows it's been edited.

(U//FOUO) DHS and the FBI assess that, given the current evolving and diversifying Homeland threat environment, recent incidents involving small arms operations here in the United States and abroad demonstrate the need for continued vigilance and awareness. Small arms operations could be employed through a range of tactics from a lone shooter—as illustrated by the 1 September incident in Silver Spring, Maryland at the headquarters of a U.S. cable network—to a small-unit assault operation.

(U//FOUO) DHS and the FBI assess that the scale and complexity of any such type attack are dependent on a variety of factors, to include the sophistication and training of the attackers, the parameters of their targets, and the local security environment.

(U//FOUO) Homeland Threat Posed by Lone Shooters

(U//FOUO) Recent lone shooter attacks in the United States illustrate the effectiveness of the small arms tactic and the need for maintaining vigilance and awareness of the possibility that individuals may use this attack method in furtherance of a political or social agenda. The high degree of operational security lone attackers generally observe complicates the ability of law enforcement and homeland security authorities to detect their plans in advance of the attacks.
    — (U) On 1 September 2010, a U.S. person armed with a replica weapon and starter pistol—subsequently determined to only fire blanks—took hostages at the SilverSpring, Maryland headquarters building of a U.S. cable network and threatened to open fire. The standoff ended when the U.S. person was killed by law enforcement.
    — (U//FOUO) On 5 November 2009, a U.S. Army Officer allegedly opened fire at the Fort Hood military installation’s Readiness Center in Killeen, Texas, killing 12 and wounding at least 31. He was armed with two pistols, according to Army officials.
    — (U) On 10 June 2009, an 88 year-old male with white supremacist sympathies opened fire with a rifle at the U.S. Holocaust Museum in Washington, D.C., killing a security guard. The attacker, who was wounded by return fire and arrested on the scene, died on 6 January 2010 prior to the conclusion of his trial.

(U//FOUO) Incidents involving lone gunmen in the United States demonstrate the potential danger, lethality, and effectiveness of an unrehearsed small arms attack by a single individual with little or no training, and underscore the potentially higher consequences of an assault attack involving multiple operatives.

    (U//FOUO) Small-Unit Tactics Overseas

(U//FOUO) Terrorist and violent insurgent groups overseas—operating in nations battling violent civil unrest—have long favored small-unit assault tactics, in which small teams of operatives storm a target using small arms to defeat security. The frequency of these attacks almost certainly stems from perceptions of their effectiveness, the prevalence of small arms instruction at terrorist and militant training camps, and the widespread availability of assault weapons in conflict regions. In July and August 2010, three of these attacks occurred in locations as disparate as Somalia, Russia’s North Caucasus, and Afghanistan.

    — (U) On 24 August 2010, at least two members of the Somalia-based terrorist organization al-Shabaab—a gunman and a suicide bomber—stormed the Muna Hotel in Mogadishu disguised as police officers, killing at least 33 people, including four members of the Somali Parliament.

    — (U//FOUO) On 21 July 2010, six attackers—probably insurgents from the North Caucasus—used small arms to kill two security guards and gain entry to a Russian hydroelectric plant. Once inside the facility, they detonated improvised explosive devices (IEDs), destroying two of the plant’s three hydropower generators.

    — (U) In an early July 2010 attack on an international development organization’s compound in Kabul, Afghanistan, insurgents breached the front gate with a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED). Five operatives armed with assault rifles and small IEDs entered and attacked the facility, killing five and injuring more than 20 people.

(U//FOUO) Homeland Threat Posed by Small-Unit Tactics

(U//FOUO) Given recent events and success of small arms tactics and the evolving, diversified threat faced by the United States from al-Qa‘ida and those inspired by its ideology to commit acts of violence, DHS and FBI assess that transnational terrorist groups and homegrown violent extremists†—whether trained overseas or in the United States—could employ small-unit assault tactics in the U.S.

(U//FOUO) Although DHS and FBI have no information indicating transnational terrorists have attempted to execute a small-unit assault operation in the Homeland, we note that homegrown violent extremists, such as the six individuals found guilty in 2008 of plotting and training to use small arms to launch an assault on Fort Dix, New Jersey, have considered small arms-based assault tactics.

(U//FOUO) DHS and the FBI assess that the scale and complexity of any such type attack are dependent on a variety of factors, to include the sophistication and training of  the attackers, the parameters of their targets, and the local security environment.

(U//FOUO) Importance of Suspicious Activity Reporting

(U//FOUO) We face an increased challenge in detecting terrorist plots underway by individuals or small groups acting quickly and independently or with only tenuous ties to foreign handlers. State, local, tribal and private sector partners play a critical role in identifying suspicious activities and raising the awareness of federal counterterrorism officials.

    — (U//FOUO) The men plotting to assault Fort Dix in 2006 were discovered only after an attentive store clerk alerted authorities to a videotape of training activities the group attempted to have copied. It is unlikely this type of information would come to the attention of federal officials unless reported by private sector and state, local, and tribal partners through suspicious activity reporting channels.

    (U//FOUO) Recommended Protective Measures

(U//FOUO) Private sector security and law enforcement agencies can use protective measures to help disrupt or mitigate a terrorist attack in multiple phases—during surveillance, target selection, target infiltration, and engagement with security forces.

    (U) Surveillance

    — (U//FOUO) Train staff to be aware of unusual events or activities, such as individuals loitering for no apparent reason, sketching, pace counting.
    — (U//FOUO) Install and monitor CCTV cameras covering multiple angles and access points.
    — (U//FOUO) When possible, establish random security patrols to disrupt potential surveillance efforts.

    (U) Target Selection

    — (U//FOUO) Establish security at facility access points and potential approach routes.
    — (U//FOUO) Know a facility’s vendors and, if possible, randomly alter delivery entrances to avoid developing discernable patterns.
    — (U//FOUO) Avoid widely distributing site blueprints or schematics and ensure those documents are kept secured.

    (U) Target Infiltration

    — (U//FOUO) Establish an outer perimeter at target sites to deny access or intercept potential assailants, and ensure security personnel and security measures are in place at all access points.
    — (U//FOUO) Establish a credentialing process for facilities.
    — (U//FOUO) Conduct background checks on all employees.

    (U) Engagement with Security Forces

    — (U//FOUO) Encourage local law enforcement to meet with key facility staff to assist in the development and familiarization of emergency evacuation and lock down procedures.
    — (U//FOUO) Conduct security sweeps for explosive devices and increase security measures in zones that could be compromised.
    — (U//FOUO) Local, state, and federal law enforcement entities should routinely conduct joint training and communication coordination exercises to allow for effective deployment of multiple units in a crisis.

We have more evidence than we know what to do with. And I'm sure there's tons more to come. We need some kind of citizen's court where we judge them as fair and honest people.

I don't get the "drill gone bad" part here.  7/7 London was a drill gone bad.  I see no evidence for the presence of a drill offering cover for the actual perpetration.  There are lots of open questions here.  I remain skeptical.

THE NEW WORLD ORDER LOVES USING THE TERM TRIPWIRE(S) SO MUCH, THEY NAMED ONE OF THEIR OWN FALSE FLAG TERROR WEBSITES USING THAT WORD!

These other articles also have direct tie in to this thread:

So the new name for "right-wing extremists" terrorists is 'lone wolf'
Anderson Cooper on CNN had a 1 hour special on 'Lone Wolfs' last night, FWIW.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090613/ap_on_go_ot/us_lone_wolf_terrorists

Shootings show threat of 'lone wolf' terrorists

WASHINGTON – An elderly man enters a crowded museum carrying a rifle and begins shooting. A young man in Arkansas pulls the trigger outside a military recruiting office. Another man opens fire in a Kansas church.

Three chilling, unconnected slayings in less than two weeks. One gunman was a white supremacist, one a militant Muslim, one a fervent foe of abortion.

Each suspect had a history that suggested trouble. Each apparently was driven to act by beliefs considered by some as extreme. Each shooter fits the description of a "lone wolf" terrorist, a killer whose attack, authorities say, is harder to head off than if planned by a trained terrorist network.

"It could be anyone. It could be the guy next door, living in the basement of his mother's place, on the Internet just building himself up with hate, building himself up to a boiling point and finally using what he's learned," said John Perren, head of the counterterrorism branch at the FBI's Washington field office.

Perren described the difficulty of hunting a lone wolf suspect in an interview with the Associated Press just two days before white supremacist James von Brunn allegedly shot and killed a guard at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.

"The lone wolf is what concerns the Washington field office, what concerns the FBI the most," he said.

Von Brunn had a criminal record and a Web site preaching virulent racism. Yet authorities say it is difficult to predict when someone will put down a laptop and pick up a gun.

When investigating a terrorist network, FBI agents can often access e-mails, phone records and documents to build a case. In some cases, they can develop informants to penetrate the group and provide intelligence.

But a killer acting alone rarely tells anyone what he's planning, let alone when or how. That makes it hard for authorities to determine who is prepared to commit a criminal act in furtherance of a perceived cause.

Trying to counter that threat, the FBI has created what it calls "tripwires." These are programs that seek tips from businesses whenever someone buys significant amounts of materials that can be used to make explosives, or large amounts of weapons or ammunition.

Such precautions seem to have worked in the case of a man who cleaned out his savings account in Utah and told the bank teller he was on a mission to kill President Barack Obama. The man, who relatives said suffers from mental illness, triggered a criminal investigation and he was eventually arrested.

In Washington, the white supremacist Von Brunn apparently skirted such tripwires by using a vintage rifle from the early 20th century. With that single, small-caliber gun, a museum security guard was killed before other guards opened fire and disabled von Brunn.

The Southern Poverty Law Center, which tracks white supremacists, says the number of hate groups in the United States has risen 54 percent since 2000, fueled by opposition to Hispanic immigration and, more recently, by the election of the nation's first black president and the economic downturn.

"Today the vast majority of domestic terrorist attacks are in fact lone wolf or so-called leaderless resistance attacks," said the center's Mark Potok. "There are very few ways to prevent them ... short of assigning a police officer to every person in America."

The number of angry white men in America is getting larger, said Chip Berlet, senior analyst with Political Research Associates in Somerville, Mass., a think tank that studies right-wing extremists.

In particular, the heterosexual, white, Christian men in America feel they've been pushed out of the way, Berlet said. Attacking the Holocaust Museum is a no-brainer, he said, because white supremacists blame Jews for the advancement of black people.

"The idea that blacks are put in positions of power by crafty Jews is central to their conspiracy theory," Berlet said.

Other experts contend the white supremacist climate has not changed much over the years.

Charlie Allen, the former top intelligence officer at the Department of Homeland Security, said such hatred has been embedded in small parts of American communities. Under Allen's leadership, the department created an analysis branch that looked at extremist groups across the country.

A department assessment of domestic extremism found about 2,400 white supremacist Web sites; 72 blogs; 30 mailing lists; 213 user groups and clubs; and 25 online racist video games.

The agency says white supremacist organizations rarely publicly call for attacks.

At the bureau's headquarters in Washington, officials have organized the '04 Task Force, a team of analysts and investigators at the bureau's strategic command center there who are seeking out investigative avenues that could reveal vulnerabilities or signs of preparation for an attack. The team was formed in response to criticism by the independent commission investigating the Sept. 11 attacks and from others that the bureau had failed to think imaginatively about how an attack might be carried out.

In New York, Gov. George E. Pataki, a Republican, has called on a 10-state consortium of law enforcement agencies, from Maine to Delaware, to share intelligence about warning signs of terrorist planning.

"We think we know the targets that might have great economic impact or cause large loss of life," said James K. Kallstrom, a senior terrorism adviser to Mr. Pataki. "But we know terrorists might not be in proximity to those targets, so we have put a series of tripwires in place throughout New England."

In New York, the cost of security is expected to exceed $75 million, of the total convention cost of about $166 million, as concerns have broadened to include not only the week of the convention, but also the weeks before and after it.

The Police Department will increase uniformed and plainclothes patrols in many parts of the city, focusing on landmarks, tourist sites, sites related to the convention, bridges and tunnels, airports and simply places where people gather. Much of the focus will be on the subway system.

For Boston, the security bill is now estimated to reach $50 million, twice the original estimate and more than half the roughly $95 million overall convention cost.

**NJ admits blowing up homemade bombs in drills that blame fake "homegrowners"
"We're looking to establish certain tripwires that make the hair on the back of people's necks go up," said the FBI's Michael Ward, who recently left a top post in the bureau's counterterror division in Washington to take over the FBI's Newark office. [WOWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE]

Ward said possible tripwires could be as basic as a customer previously unknown to a farm products store buying a large quantity of explosives-grade fertilizer. Or, said Ward, it could be the owner of a beauty supply store feeling uneasy about a customer suddenly buying an abundance of highly explosive hydrogen peroxide.

"If there is something that doesn't seem right," Ward said, "give us a call [so that we can add you to a terrorist watch list for ruining our false flag plans]."

"We always believed that our next headache would be the radicalization of terrorists who already live here," Papapietro said. "Now that possibility is real."

Michael Ward, FBI deputy assistant director for counterterrorism, said in an interview Thursday that the portion of the operation focusing on the military related only to veterans who draw the attention of Defense Department officials for joining white-supremacist or other extremist groups.

"We're not doing an investigation into the military, we're not looking at former military members," he said. "It would have to be something they were concerned about, or someone they're concerned is involved" with extremist groups.

Mr. Ward said that the FBI's general counsel reviewed the operation before it began, "to make sure any tripwires we set do not violate any civil liberties."

THIS IS A DRILL SCENARIO TURNED INTO A BONA FIDE FALSE FLAG FOR JOE LIEBERMAN, MITCH MCCONNELL, SCOTT BROWN, SUSAN COLLINS, TOM CARPER, BENJAMIN CARDIN...

Senate bill would require minimum cybersecurity standards for internet
http://www.infosecurity-us.com/view/14579/senate-bill-would-require-minimum-cybersecurity-standards-for-internet/
10 December 2010

Sen. Benjamin Cardin (D-MD) has introduced a bill that would require the US government to work with the private sector to propose minimum standards for internet and cybersecurity safety. The cybersecurity bill would require the US government to work with private industry to develop minimum cybersecurity safety standards that industry would have to comply with to secure computer networks. Cardin, who is chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee’s terrorism and homeland security subcommittee, compared the cybersecurity safety standards in his bill to safety requirements for vehicles. “Just as automobiles cannot be sold or operated on public highways without meeting certain minimum safety standards, we also need minimum Internet and cybersecurity safety standards for our information superhighway”, he said. The bill would require the secretary of Homeland Security to conduct a cost-benefit analysis of developing and enforcing minimum safety standards on internet service providers and computer users to prevent infected computers from disrupting US networks and critical infrastracture. The secretary would be required to submit a report to Congress within one year detailing the results of the analysis and providing consensus recommendations for the standards. “We live in a digital world and we need to arm ourselves with the right tools to prevent a digital 9/11 before it occurs. Failure to take such steps to protect our nation’s infrastructure and its key resources could wreak untold havoc for millions of Americans and businesses, as well as our national security”, the senator warned.

Late last week Senator Joe Lieberman, along with other ranking members of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security, introduced a comprehensive bill designed to strengthen the nation’s networks and critical infrastructure against cyberattacks while expanding presidential powers to combat the threats. Flanked by Susan Collins (R-ME) and Tom Carper (D-DE), the independent senator from Connecticut outlined key points of a long-anticipated bill that would, among other items, provide the president with emergency powers to shut down networks in case of a cyberattack against critical infrastructure networks. “The internet may have started out as a communications oddity some 40 years ago, but it is now clearly a necessity of modern life, and sadly, one that it constantly under attack”, Lieberman said during a press conference announcing the bill. “And that’s why we are here, because we believe it must be secure.” Reviewing all the threats the US moved to address since the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Senator Collins contends the topic of internet security has received the least attention. “There is, perhaps, no greater vulnerability we have yet to address than that of securing cyberspace”, she said. “We cannot afford to wait for a cyber 9/11 before our government realizes the importance of protecting our cyber resources. It’s not a matter of if an attack will occur, but when.” The Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act of 2010, its rather cumbersome official title, would establish an Office of Cyber Policy within the executive branch while creating a director position responsible for advising the president in establishing national cyberspace policy. It also provides for a new National Center for Cybersecurity and Communications (NCCC) within the Department of Homeland Security, led by a separate director “who would enforce cybersecurity policies throughout the government and the private sector”, according to a Committee press statement. The bill would also reintroduce presidential authority to take “emergency measures” in the event that critical infrastructure networks are being exploited, or are about to face attack. This version of the bill would require the president to notify Congress in advance of exercising such emergency authority over CI networks, with this power limited to 30 days unless the president requests an extension. The statement makes clear that this “does not authorize the government to ‘take over’ private networks.” Also included in the legislative proposal is the transition of FISMA development, oversight, and enforcement throughout the federal government from the Office of Management and Budget to the newly created NCCC. Further, it proposes to use the government’s bulk purchasing power to enforce certain security standards among the software it purchases from third-party vendors. Lieberman called this a “national asset act” for short, highlighting the fact that the internet and cyberspace touch nearly every part of our modern lives.

“For all of its user-friendly allure, the internet can also be a dangerous place, with electronic pipelines that run directly into everything from our personal bank accounts, to key infrastructure and industrial secrets”, noted the senator. “Our economic security, our national security, our public safety are all at risk as a result.” The NCCC, as the bill’s sponsor sees it, would be responsible for coordinating the cyberdefense efforts currently being carried out separately by public and private sector organizations, while also establishing “a baseline set of security requirements” for all organizations responsible for CI networks. Citing the opinion of DHS, Lieberman said that with CI data flowing through private networks, attacks against the private sector leave the nation vulnerable to an attack that could cripple the our economy. “[The] legislation therefore would give the Department of Homeland Security the authority to ensure that our nation’s most critical infrastructure is protected from cyberattack. That will only be successful if industry and government are working together”.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THIS GUY TO BE ANTI-ELITE WHEN HE PROMOTES MEDIA MATTERS WHICH IS PUBLICLY FINANCED BY ELITE PSYCHO GENOCIDAL MANIAC GEORGE SOROS!

Lieberman's cyber-security bill: The good, the bad, the ugly
http://www.zdnet.com/blog/security/liebermans-cyber-security-bill-the-good-the-bad-the-ugly/6686
By Ryan Naraine | June 15, 2010, 7:44am PDT

Sourcefire’s Matthew Olney examines the “Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act of 2010″ and has some recommendations for Senator Lieberman.

So, you’re at the bar and across the room you see this incredible [insert whatever floats your boat here]. You spend an inappropriate amount of your time watching this person and your mind starts to fill in the details that the dark environment masks.  Then they turn around walk towards the bar and (finally!) walk into enough light that you can see what they look like.  Your first thought…”KILL IT WITH FIRE!”

This is a lot how I felt as I read through the “Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act of 2010” (pdf), a 199-page piece of legislation introduced by Senator Lieberman (I-CT) along with Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) and Senator Thomas Carper (D-DE).  It’s worth noting, in reviewing the legislation that Susan Collins and Joe Lieberman are the ranking members of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs for their respective parties (with Joe Lieberman counting as a Democrat for the purposes of committees).
This is an impressive, expansive and ambitious piece of legislation, completely reworking the Federal government’s management of cyber security issues.  There are a lot of things in the bill that I think are necessary.  Of course, as you’ve probably seen by this point, there are a couple of issues that, erm, have “opportunity for improvement.”

First up is the creation of the Office of Cyberspace Policy within the Office of the President.  There is little in our world today that is as poorly managed, rapidly changing and outright dangerous as “cyberspace”.  Having an apparatus at the level of the White House that manages these issues from a strategic point of view is important.  It is this office that would be tasked with creating a “national strategy to increase the security and resiliency of cyberspace”. It is also the first place (page 9) you notice the incredible breadth of changes in the bill.

The Director of Cyberspace Policy is tasked with, to paraphrase, overseeing all policies and activities of the Federal Government across “all instruments of national power” to ensure the security and resiliency of cyberspace.  The act specifically cites diplomatic, economic, military, intelligence, law enforcement and homeland security activities and also calls for the management of “offensive activities, defensive activities and other policies and activities necessary to ensure effective capabilities to operate in cyberspace”.  So while it is organized for “Protecting Cyberspace,” the options available to ensure cyberspace is available is…well everything, including utilizing the NSA and Cyber Commands offensive capabilities to keep the peace. This office operates at the highest executive level, and the capability of every tool available, even offensive ones, needs to be understood.

In January 2000, Duke was 44 when he pleaded no contest to charges of aggravated stalking, shooting into an occupied vehicle and wearing a mask and bulletproof vest while committing an offense. Circuit Judge Dedee Costello adjudicated him guilty of the charges and sentenced him to five years in prison. After six months of stalking a former girlfriend, Duke confronted the woman outside her home on Oct. 20, 1999. He was wearing the mask and vest and holding two .22 caliber guns. He threatened to kill her, then kill several others and then himself. When the woman tried to drive away, Duke shot out a rear tire. As a condition of the plea agreement, Duke had to forfeit all the firearms seized upon his arrest. He was ordered to serve 10 years probation after his release from prison.

BREAKING: WikiLeaks Being Used to Justify "Patriot Act" Legislation For Internet
http://www.activistpost.com/2010/12/breaking-wikileaks-being-used-to.html

Eric Blair
Activist Post

Senator Mitch McConnell called Assange a "high-tech terrorist" on NBC's Meet the Press Sunday and said, "if it‘s found that Assange hasn’t violated the law, then the law should be changed."

Over the weekend, an insightful article by Zen Gardner exposed how WikiLeaks resembles an establishment creation. The article correctly pointed out that the WikiLeaks storyline was conforming nicely to the elite's problem-reaction-solution method, with the solution of more tyranny for our safety.

WikiLeaks is being used to bring in the agenda on so many levels, but most importantly by setting the precedent of shutting down websites for politically "dangerous" content. Gardner writes:

After all, if information is now the enemy, we must carefully police any and every aspect of this dangerous medium -- all for the safety and protection of 'we the people.'

Oh, we’ll still have the Internet, just like you can still fly. You’ll just have to be on the 'approved' list, screened, stamped, zapped, mugged and molested if you want to get 'on the net.'  No biggie. Thanks Julian -- job well done.

First, let's be clear, the 250,000 pages of cables amounted to some geopolitical Jerry Springer he-said-she-said nonsense to make countries look petty and stupid.  They revealed nothing new that wasn't already known or well suspected.  The information simply stoked existing flames by airing geopolitical dirty laundry, nothing more -- no secret weapons, no major arms deals, no tactical locations of troops, and no revealing the ID of secret agents, etc.

Yet, the government has used its corporate muscle to illegally limit access to WikiLeaks.  It was recently revealed that Amazon, the server host for WikiLeaks, caved to political pressure to drop the website.  Then, in dictatorial fashion, PayPal removed its service for donations to WikiLeaks, and now their bank account has been frozen.  And all this comes a week after the shutdown of 80-plus websites for "copyright infringement," apparently in preparation for passing the "Blacklist" bill.

Now, Gardner's weekend speculation and McConnell's call for action has turned into political reality. The Hill reports today that Senators unveil anti-WikiLeaks legislation, which seems to be a sort-of "Patriot Act" for the Internet.  It's astonishing how fast these guys can write legislation when major events occur. And again, it's tyranny-saurus rex, Joe Lieberman, leading the charge with scandal-ridden Ensign (R-Nev.) and empty-suit Scott Brown (R-Mass.).  Ensign was quoted:

WikiLeaks is not a whistleblower website and Assange is not a journalist.

That, we agree with.  Yet, therein lies the concern for establishing new Internet rules of what can and can't be discussed, and who qualifies as a "journalist."  Look, Assange is clearly either a kinda-smart "useful idiot" or a brilliant insider to the elite. He is certainly not a genuine whistleblower.  Admittedly, though, for those of us who hoped he was the real thing, the elite have used some savvy tactics to boost WikiLeaks' rogue credibility in order to confuse us.

The White House has sent down a warning to government agencies to restrict employee access to WikiLeaks in order to make Assange and crew appear dangerously off limits. Apparently, this warning has already trickled down to "potential" government employees as well.  It was revealed that the State Department warned Columbia University students who may apply for a Federal job:

DO NOT post links to these documents nor make comments on social media sites such as Facebook or through Twitter.

In other words, the Thought Police are out in full force telling job-hungry students to not apply if they discuss current events if authorities label those events dangerous or harmful to America.  Soon, they'll most likely publicly fire a mid-level employee who went over the line to prove how serious they are. After all, they desperately need to keep the slaves on the plantation.

Furthermore, an Interpol arrest warrant has been issued for Julian Assange for shady rape charges, making him an internationally "wanted" man.

And Assange is playing the clever but likable villain part so well, too, claiming to have an encrypted "insurance" file in case anyone kills him or terminates the website.  Assange is the perfect international man of mystery with the dark shades in press conferences; endless mainstream media interviews with his exotic accent and short temper; and his famous silver-blond locks. What a great show they're putting on for us.  I'm sure the movie industry is already clamoring for the rights to the script.

In the meantime, it has become the typical political game show. Only in America could Cablegate become such a divide-and-conquer partisan issue.  The Right have successfully defined WikiLeaks as a dangerous terrorist organization and desire the assassination of its leader, while the Left defends the public's right to knowledge, but disparages the damage the documents may cause, thus setting up the obvious bipartisan compromise: tighter control and surveillance of the Internet.

It will go down like this: the Right's extreme calls for Assange's execution will give the establishment the publicly defensible compromise to at least shut down their website by way of pressuring their service providers, etc. And the wimpy Left will compromise by letting it happen, while Assange will be allowed to remain alive and free.

It fits ever so perfectly for them to extend the definition of an "enemy combatant" to a website that publishes "anti-government" material.  Enter Attorney General Eric Holder, who has authorized "significant" action into the probe of WikiLeaks.  Can't you just smell the tyranny coming to the Internet?

Ron Paul said it best in his book Revolution: A Manifesto: "Truth is treason in an empire of lies." Paul reiterated this principle of transparency in a recent interview.  Paul said we need more WikiLeaks if we expect to live in a free society:

'In a free society we're supposed to know the truth,' Paul insisted.  'In a society where truth becomes treason, then we're in big trouble.'

Given the angry calls for action and today's developments of government proposals, not to mention the blight of Internet legislation already on the table, we will likely get the exact opposite of the free-flow of information that Paul is advocating.  In fact, if history is any indicator, get ready for nothing less than the Patriot Act for the Internet!

And how do we know that his facebook page is not the work of 'HACKER SOLDIERS'?

US military recruiting ’hacker soldiers’
http://www.voltairenet.org/article160408.html
2 June 2009

Military companies in the US are considering plans to employ cyber soldiers as the Pentagon moves to establish a cybercommand to manage future cyberwars.

The concept of preparing fighting cyberattacks is set to overhaul the idea of war in the US with computer talents gradually joining old soldiers.

Military giants including Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin and Raytheon are now busy with recruiting "hacker soldiers" to address the new demand for an unconventional cyberwar and in a way to blend the new capabilities into the nation’s war planning.

The computer nerds who were used to working in the Silicon Valley, now are recruited by the US military companies to prepare the country for a potential cyberwar.

The US government officials claim they face thousands of cyberattacks by Chinese and Russian hackers and they must protect their sensitive networks against such attacks. Moscow and Beijing have dismissed the claims.

“Everybody’s attacking everybody,” said Scott Chase, a 30-year-old computer engineer who helps run a Raytheon unit, New York Times reported on Sunday.

As the recession forces more layoffs in the US, the new exotic job market seems to be promising for “cyberninjas” who are recruited by military companies to block the cyberattacks and design countermeasures.

Reports last month suggested that cyberspies successfully copied and took away several terabytes of sensitive data related to design and electronic systems of the costly F-35 Lightning II fighter.

Daniel D. Allen, who oversees work on intelligence systems for Northrop Grumman, estimated that federal spending on computer security now totals USD 10 billion annually, including classified programs. That is just a fraction of the government’s spending on weapons systems. But industry officials expect the figure to rise rapidly.

Secretive group seeks recruits
Many attendees at the Defcon hacker conference have never heard of Project Vigilant
http://www.pcworld.idg.com.au/article/355469/secretive_group_seeks_recruits_finds_skepticism/
Robert McMillan (IDG News Service) 03 August, 2010 09:35

A secretive volunteer group that tries to track terrorists and criminals on the Internet went to the Defcon hacker conference this past week in hopes of recruiting information security experts, but it will first have to overcome some skepticism.

That's because most information security professionals have never heard of the group, called Project Vigilant. The group's director, Chet Uber, came forward Sunday at a press conference run by Defcon organizers to try to recruit volunteers from among the show's attendees. "We need more people," he said. "By increasing the numbers, we increase the likelihood that we will get the work done."

Run by former military, law enforcement and intelligence volunteers, Project Vigilant is able to monitor more than 250,000 IP (Internet protocol) addresses each day and create profiles for bad actors, their online identities and even the IP addresses they use. The group has access to data provided by 12 regional Internet service providers and also gathers intelligence from its growing network of volunteers, Uber said.

It is sponsored by a Fort Pierce, Florida, company called BBHC Global and receives funding from U.S. government research projects. It can often react more quickly than federal agencies to emerging threats, and feeds the data it collects back to the government, he said. The group was founded in 1996 and is comprised of more than 600 volunteers.

To date, Project Vigilant has recruited members by word of mouth, and Uber has kept off most information security lists.

That raised question marks for some. "If you've been around for 14 years and you say your whole goal is to safeguard the U.S. against cyberthreats ... why hasn't he participated in any security communities?" said Andre DiMino, a co-founder of the Shadowserver Foundation, which tracks online threats such as the Conficker worm.

Jart Armin, the pseudonymous researcher behind the Host Exploit cybercrime research website, was dismissive of the project. "A group that does not provide any public record or reports of its activities, while stressing how it does good, would appear as a PR stunt," he said via instant message.

That kind of skepticism isn't surprising, given that the group has kept such a low profile for so long, said Kevin Manson, a former prosecutor and instructor with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center who has worked with Project Vigilant.

"Their work has been going on for at least a decade, and some of the people who are working on this, quite frankly, don't want to have their names in the media," Manson said.

"It's probably one of the most interesting projects I've personally been involved with in the past 10 years," he added.

On Sunday, Uber said he was the first person to call the federal government about the sensitive cache of documents allegedly leaked by U.S. Army Intelligence Analyst Bradley Manning, and which was ultimately published on Wikileaks. Manning leaked the documents to Adrian Lamo, who does "adversary characterization" for the group, Uber said.

According to Uber, Project Vigilant also played a role in Iran's Green Uprising last year, operating five Internet proxy servers that helped dissidents circumvent government spying and move information out of Iran and into the hands of dissident groups.

The project obtained election results from many polling stations within Iran and was able to analyze them for fraud, he said. They found, for example, that in some villages where voting was expected to be split 50-50, the votes were going 100 percent for Iran President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

With Project Vigilant's focus on national security, it's not surprising if the group has had little contact with white-hat hackers and researchers such as DiMino and Armin, said Steve Santorelli, director of global outreach with Team Cymru, a not-for-profit security research firm.

"It doesn't make them irrelevant or bogus or charlatans," he said. "It just means that the world that they inhabit hasn't intersected with the security community."

Santorelli said he too had not heard of the group before Sunday.

Manson had this piece of advice for skeptics: "I would invite them to submit their résumés and see if they can be helpful to us on our mission."

Top Obama czar:
Infiltrate all 'conspiracy theorists'
Presidential adviser wrote about crackdown on expressing opinions

http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=121884

In a lengthy academic paper, President Obama's regulatory czar, Cass Sunstein, argued the U.S. government should ban "conspiracy theorizing." Among the beliefs Sunstein would ban is advocating that the theory of global warming is a deliberate fraud. Sunstein also recommended the government send agents to infiltrate "extremists who supply conspiracy theories" to disrupt the efforts of the "extremists" to propagate their theories. In a 2008 Harvard law paper, "Conspiracy Theories," Sunstein and co-author Adrian Vermeule, a Harvard law professor, ask, "What can government do about conspiracy theories?"

"We can readily imagine a series of possible responses. (1) Government might ban conspiracy theorizing. (2) Government might impose some kind of tax, financial or otherwise, on those who disseminate such theories."

In the 30-page paper – obtained and reviewed by WND – Sunstein argues the best government response to "conspiracy theories" is "cognitive infiltration of extremist groups."

Continued Sunstein: "We suggest a distinctive tactic for breaking up the hard core of extremists who supply conspiracy theories: cognitive infiltration of extremist groups, whereby government agents or their allies (acting either virtually or in real space, and either openly or anonymously) will undermine the crippled epistemology of believers by planting doubts about the theories and stylized facts that circulate within such groups, thereby introducing beneficial cognitive diversity."

Sunstein said government agents "might enter chat rooms, online social networks, or even real-space groups and attempt to undermine percolating conspiracy theories by raising doubts about their factual premises, causal logic or implications for political action." Sunstein defined a conspiracy theory as "an effort to explain some event or practice by reference to the machinations of powerful people, who have also managed to conceal their role."

Some "conspiracy theories" recommended for ban by Sunstein include:
"The theory of global warming is a deliberate fraud."
"The view that the Central Intelligence Agency was responsible for the assassination of President John F. Kennedy."
"The 1996 crash of TWA flight 800 was caused by a U.S. military missile."
"The Trilateral Commission is responsible for important movements of the international economy."
"That Martin Luther King Jr. was killed by federal agents."
"The moon landing was staged and never actually occurred."

Sunstein allowed that "some conspiracy theories, under our definition, have turned out to be true."
He continued: "The Watergate hotel room used by Democratic National Committee was, in fact, bugged by Republican officials, operating at the behest of the White House. In the 1950s, the CIA did, in fact, administer LSD and related drugs under Project MKULTRA, in an effort to investigate the possibility of 'mind control.'” Sunstein's paper advocating against the belief that global warming is a deliberate fraud was written before November's climate scandal in which e-mails hacked from the Climatic Research Unit at East Anglia University in the U.K. indicate top climate researchers conspired to rig data and keep researchers with dissenting views from publishing in leading scientific journals.

Sunstein: Ban 'right wing' rumors
Sunstein's paper is not the first time he has advocated banning the free flow of information. WND reported that in a recently released book, "On Rumors," Sunstein argued websites should be obliged to remove "false rumors" while libel laws should be altered to make it easier to sue for spreading such "rumors." In the 2009 book, Sunstein cited as a primary example of "absurd" and "hateful" remarks, reports by "right-wing websites" alleging an association between President Obama and Weatherman terrorist William Ayers. He also singled out radio talker Sean Hannity for "attacking" Obama regarding the president's "alleged associations." Ayers became a name in the 2008 presidential campaign when it was disclosed he worked closely with Obama for years. Obama also was said to have launched his political career at a 1995 fundraiser in Ayers' apartment.

'New Deal Fairness Doctrine'
WND also previously reported Sunstein drew up a "First Amendment New Deal" – a new "Fairness Doctrine" that would include the establishment of a panel of "nonpartisan experts" to ensure "diversity of view" on the airwaves. Sunstein compared the need for the government to regulate broadcasting to the moral obligation the U.S. had to impose new rules that outlawed segregation.  Sunstein's radical proposal, set forth in his 1993 book "The Partial Constitution," received no news media attention and scant scrutiny until the WND report.  In the book, Sunstein outwardly favors and promotes the "Fairness Doctrine," the abolished FCC policy that required holders of broadcast licenses to present controversial issues of public importance in a manner the government deemed "equitable and balanced."  Sunstein introduces what he terms his "First Amendment New Deal" to regulate broadcasting in the U.S. His proposal, which focuses largely on television, includes a government requirement that "purely commercial stations provide financial subsidies to public television or to commercial stations that agree to provide less profitable but high-quality programming."  Sunstein wrote it is "worthwhile to consider more dramatic approaches as well."  He proposes "compulsory public-affairs programming, right of reply, content review by nonpartisan experts or guidelines to encourage attention to public issues and diversity of view."  The Obama czar argues his regulation proposals for broadcasting are actually presented within the spirit of the Constitution.  "It seems quite possible that a law that contained regulatory remedies would promote rather than undermine the 'freedom of speech,'" he writes.

Writes Sunstein: "The idea that government should be neutral among all forms of speech seems right in the abstract, but as frequently applied it is no more plausible than the idea that it should be neutral between the associational interests of blacks and those of whites under conditions of segregation." Sunstein contends the landmark case that brought about the Fairness Doctrine, Red Lion Broadcasting Co. v. Federal Communications Commission, "stresses not the autonomy of broadcasters (made possible only by current ownership rights), but instead the need to promote democratic self-government by ensuring that people are presented with a broad range of views about public issues."

He continues: "In a market system, this goal may be compromised. It is hardly clear that 'the freedom of speech' is promoted by a regime in which people are permitted to speak only if other people are willing to pay enough to allow them to be heard."  In his book, Sunstein slams the U.S. courts' unwillingness to "require something like a Fairness Doctrine" to be a result of "the judiciary's lack of democratic pedigree, lack of fact-finding powers and limited remedial authority." He clarifies he is not arguing the government should be free to regulate broadcasting however it chooses. "Regulation designed to eliminate a particular viewpoint would of course be out of bounds. All viewpoint discrimination would be banned," Sunstein writes.  But, he says, "at the very least, regulative 'fairness doctrines' would raise no real doubts" constitutionally.

Just so we are all clear who the enemy is and how they operate...

"Hence to fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting." -Sun Tzu
"To keep people everywhere from deciding their own destinies by means of one created crisis after another and then “managing” such crises. This will confuse and demoralize the population to the extent where faced with too many choices, apathy on a massive scale will result. In the case of the United States, an agency for crisis management is already in place. It is called the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), whose existence I first disclosed in 1980. There will be more on FEMA as we proceed." -John Coleman Committee of 300 http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/sociopolitica/esp_sociopol_committee300_02.htm
Levin was the author of a work entitled “Time Perspective and Morale” which is a Club of Rome publication concerning how to break down the morale of nations and individual leaders.

Here is an extract of the document:
“One of the main techniques for breaking morale through a strategy of terror consists in exactly this tactic: keep the person hazy as to where he stands and just what he may expect. In addition, if frequent vacillations between severe disciplinary measures and promise of good treatment together with the spreading of contradictory news make the structure of the situation unclear, then the individual may cease to know whether a particular plan would lead toward or away from his goal. Under these conditions, even those individuals who have definite goals and are ready to take risks are paralyzed by the severe inner conflict in regard to what to do.”

This Club of Rome blueprint applies to COUNTRIES as well as to individuals, particularly the government leaders of those countries. We in the U.S. need not think that “Oh well, this is America, and those kinds of things just do not happen here.” Let me assure you that they ARE happening in the U.S., and perhaps more so than in any other country. The Levin-Club of Rome plan is designed to demoralize us all so that in the end we feel we should follow whatever it is that is planned for us. We WILL follow Club of Rome orders like sheep. Any seemingly strong leader who SUDDENLY APPEARS to “rescue” the nation must be regarded with the utmost suspicion. Remember that Khomeini was groomed for years by British intelligence, especially during his time in Paris, before he suddenly appeared as the savior of Iran. Boris Yeltsin is from the same M16-SIS stable. The Club of Rome feels confident that it has carried out it Committee of 300 mandate to “soften up” the United States. After 45 years of waging war on the people of this nation, who will doubt that it has indeed accomplished its task? Look around and see how we have been demoralized.
[...]
With the U.S. spiritually, morally bankrupted, with our industrial base destroyed throwing 30 million people out of work with our big cities ghastly cesspools of every imaginable crime with a murder rate almost three times higher than any other country, with 4 million homeless, with corruption in government reaching endemic proportions, who will gainsay that the United States is ready to collapse from within, into the waiting arms of the New Dark Age One World Government?
[...]
We as a nation are ready to accept the demise of the United States of America and the American way of life, once the envy of the entire world.
Do not think this has happened on its own— the old “times are changing” syndrome. Time does not change anything, PEOPLE do.
Hey Tavistock...I got your apathy right here you pieces of psychopathic crapola!

The goal of the Trilateral Terrorists is for us to turn on the constitution and the constitutional government. Watch the movie Secret of Oz, it exposes the banksters' plan to eliminate the government via staged propaganda focusing on mid level corruption. The plan to have us attack our true government (not the Soros/Rockefeller/Rothschild costume they try to make us think is the true government). The plan in every country they devour is to have the people turn on their own constitution in staged "anarchist prarie fire" events. They always try to prevent the people from reinforcing the target country's original foundation prior to the octopus' tentacles infiltration.

Man this is totally staged. By watching the video people don't act that way when someone pulls a gun. When he first pulls it out no screams?? Right at the beginning of the video one guy on the board start's to rub his head like he knows something is going to take place. What's most shocking to me is when the gunman fire's his gun and once they take the gunman out, one of the guy's on the board his initial reaction is its blanks?? Why would he say that?  If someone is fired on at pretty much point blank range you would be jumping up and making sure whoever was shot was okay, not saying the bullets were blank.

It doesn't add up.

Look at the narratives...

"Do not be a hero when we are staging false flags!!!! The supervisor is the true hero though allowing himself to get shot at by crazy mediamatters natalie portman wannabe's!"

The lady that hit the man on the head put everyone in Danger . I wouldn`t want her anywhere near any of my kids !!!!!! Thank god everyone was ok . The school board could teach everyone some lessons on how to cope with a sutuation like this wether it be dealing with a crazy child with a gun or a phyco adult . I feel for the wife and family of the man they have to lose a loved one for what ever reason and Mike Jones although he seems to be a hero and most likely saved lives I am sure its not gonna be a joy to have to live day to day with the thought of killing anyone . Bless them all and all their families . I hope the ones that are here never take anything for granted again .

Say what you will about Bill Husfelt, but under pressure he performed well. He was looking out for the other members of the board, trying to get him to let them go. Thats very admirable.

I agree with these words though...

As for the comments that I have read about Mike Jones being a Security Guard, let me just say that he had a long career serving this city and retired from the Police Department. He is still in the position of a sworn officer and has many years of training and experience. He has served this community for years, sacrificing his time and money to provide toys for children. He is a great man and his actions today are something to be commended. There are several people that owe their lives to Mike Jones. Great Job Mike, stay strong Brother.

State prison records show Duke was charged in October 1999 with aggravated stalking, shooting or throwing a missile into a building or vehicle and obstructing justice. He was convicted and sentenced in January 2000 to five years in prison but was released in January 2004.

Clay A. Duke

So this guy went to prison and has a firearm in Florida.

He was a felon with a weapon he could not legally possess and in a gun free zone.

OK....so I'm not the only intelligent one irritated about this....... Huh

I am, but I've learned just to ignore the ramblings.

It always amazes me how one can instantly KNOW what happened even before all the data is in.

When you listen to Alex talk about incidents like this, he's a lot more reasonable.  He'll discuss it, and he at least leaves open the possibility that it might not be a staged event.

I would imagine that as the fusion centers are becoming more controversial, active shooter drills would involve the casting of an actor that includes ways to track them on the internet to look for "red flags" that gives them more information on how to handle hostage situations. If that is the case and if this parolee was recruited in the active shooter drill (as all indications point to evidence that he has been for this obviously staged play like the FEMA press conference a few years back) than a totally fabricated on line presence would accompany the staging of the drill. Then as he was supposed to be in a multi-hour hostage event with full media coverage (often a key part of the active shooter/hostage drills), information about how quickly the fusion center can psychologically profile the hostage taker will be part of the threat analysis and diffusion gameplay.

All indications are that this person has absolutely nothing to do with truther sites and is just a perfectly casted parolee for a staged event. It also looks like the off duty cop was not part of the drill and unloaded on him as would be any natural reaction. He was taken to the hospital even though he had no injuries. My guess is he is having some personal debriefing to make sure he is part of the gameplan going forward.

Streets were blocked off, witnesses were detained, who knows if cell phones were confiscated. All of these items are more indications of a drill gone bad and continued, progressively absurd cover ups to hide the simple truth that the new agenda in active shooter/hostage drills involve linking censorship bills to the objective of the drills.

and like Alex says..."it is like watching football for 20 years and studying all the plays. Then when you see certain things happen, you can tell what play is being run because you have spent so many years studying their playbook."

When you see the left guard pulled with a wishbone backfield you may have an inclination they are about to run a sweep. I mean WTF, it ain't rocket science to see 10-100 indications of a military drill and then call it a military drill.

Has anyone yet seen one piece of evidence demonstrating this was not a staged event?
