Open letter to my CIA Handlers/Persecutors in Thailand
To whom it may concern:
My name is Robert Polsky. I am an American, currently residing in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
You should know, as you chased me here from Pattaya, just a few months ago. Yes, my Thai landlord snuck me out under the cover of darkness, I was being pursued so aggressively by your many Agents.
Isn’t it interesting that Osama Bin Laden has never been charged with a crime and yet I have been Aggressively targeted, harassed, attempted to entrap, photographed by multiple strangers, and surveilled relentlessly.

It often is manifested through discriminatory policies, such as human rights violations, surveillance abuse, police brutality, imprisonment, involuntary settlement, stripping of citizen's rights, lustration and violent action such as the murder, summary executions, torture, forced disappearance and other extrajudicial punishment of political activists, dissidents, or general population.
Where political repression is sanctioned and organised by the state, it may constitute state terrorism, genocide, politicide or crimes against humanity. Systemic and violent political repression is a typical feature of dictatorships, totalitarian states and similar regimes. In such regimes, acts of political repression may be carried out by secret police forces, army, paramilitary groups or death squads. Relevant activities have also been found within democratic contexts as well.
If political repression is not carried out with the approval of the state, a section of government may still be responsible. An example is the FBI COINTELPRO operations in the United States between 1956 and 1971.
In some states, such as the former Soviet Union, "repression" can be an official term and official legal policy of repression with respect to internal political opponents of the state, see Soviet political repression.
I had already lived in Asia and Thailand for some time, before your Goons began to illegally enter my apartment, and I had not been in any trouble with local authorities or, for that matter, nor do I have any criminal history at home in the USA.
After your Minions took an interest in me, it was as if I was Public Enemy Number One. Of course, if I were a real criminal, you could have had me arrested. But, in fact, it was Political Persecution or Thought Crimes that brought about your Relentless Harassment, Endangerment and Surveillance.
The amount of focus and energy devoted to me over this past year and continuing even now, could not possibly be warranted just based on my being a little bit of an activist back home and my being aligned with the Tea Party, Congressman Ron Paul, Alex Jones, etc. Of course, there was your Agent Don Maclachlan, who successfully posed as a friend for some time in Pattaya. He had asked me what I knew about the conspiratorial theories related to “Tim McVeigh”, in his words. He also asked if I was aligned with the Tea Party back home. I said that I was. Your Goons no doubt saw and/or copied my library of documentary films.
Thus you knew my Thoughts, which are suppose to be my right, if America is still a Free Country! But what I experienced from your Minions was a kind of Terrorism. There were teams of complete strangers following, harassing, flattening my tires, attempting to hook me up with various sex objects, offering me drugs in the street, even in the middle of the afternoon, and repeatedly entering my apartment when I would leave. You are running an Army of mostly retired military, who now seem to have taken on the role as Mercenaries against their own people!
The clerk at 7/11, who is gathering information for you, asked me if I would be travelling this Christmas season. So I realized, YOU are asking me if I will be travelling soon. And since you have done everything possible and beyond, to force me to have to leave here, including having Estrogen put into my food on at least two occasions, then clearly you want me on an airplane in the very near future. Is it because you want me back in the USA or because you have something planned for me at the airport or airplane?
The first time I found myself growing female breasts a few months ago, I didn’t know from where I could have gotten Estrogen in my system. I threw away any nutritional supplements that were in my room, because I knew your men had been in my room multiple times. I thought maybe they spiked my supplements. I had spent about $150 on medication to drive the hormone out of my system and these breasts that had formed were slowly going down. I had not suspected that someone had arranged with the vendor where I predictably went for noodle soup, to add hormone to my food.
The most recent time, I knew that man who’s wife ran that restaurant was an Agent, as he spoke such perfect American English and tried to interrogate me the moment he met me. I still went back to the restaurant, since he stopped asking me questions and the food was good. A few weeks ago, I went there and had two bowls of noodle soup and woke up with breasts forming, I knew where I had gotten the hormone. My diet is completely controlled these days. There can be no question. And the doctor suggests that only having been dosed with Estrogen or similar could account for this.
Knowing that one of my Handlers will go speak to any vendor where I may go more than once or twice, I cannot really eat out, can I? I just spent another $170 on more medication and it works slowly, so I cannot afford to risk ingesting any more female hormone.
So yes, I will be travelling soon. Is that what you wanted? Why? I had met a Bengian man who was very sympathetic and understanding to all this crazy stuff I had been experiencing and reporting on. He had heard many stories of others during his time in Bangkok. His advice to me was “search your luggage before you travel.”
I have searched my luggage and to the naked eye, it appears to be clean. But knowing how badly you want me out of here and that your Goons have been in my room on multiple occasions, I have concerns. So I want to publically state that if something happens involving my luggage or airport or airplane, while I am travelling in the next few days, YOU DID IT!
When I confronted the British Agent in Pattaya, he would not admit to being an Agent, though he did interrogate me and we both knew that he was there to do just that. I asked him why I was being followed, he suggested that “maybe you are an enemy of American”. I guess that’s what you would like to convince the people back home of, anyway.
I guess you make sure I see one or more of your Goons, wherever I go, so I will know that you are continually watching me. Oh, I know all right! Or you are hoping I will reach out to one of these people, as I know how badly you wanted to hook me out with a sex object or someone of your choosing. You must not realize how clearly I can see most of these guys. Of course, especially, when locals are paid to act as lookouts,etc, there is no way to know who is who.
Of course everything I’ve said would be denied and it would be suggested that “you need medications”, just as the British Agent did, even as he asked me “what’s your name” “are you military” “are you the one who’s been all over the internet”?
My tires being flat multiple times and magically the leak fixed itself; that’s not imaginary. The piece of paper left glued and sticking up off my refrigerator door with a classified ad stuck to it for a gay social club; that’s not imaginary. Coming in contact with female hormone; that’s not imaginary. Entire folders being deleted from my Hard Drive, and deleted again, after they had been recovered; that’s not imaginary either. A flash going off in my face, while walking down a path at dusk is not imaginary either. Being offered drugs in the strangest of places, by someone who just happened to be in perfect position to catch me going where your previous surveillance told you that I would be going is not imaginary eiher.
No, even the soldier, who first told me about your operations here suggested “they can make you crazy, you know”. You rely on the fact that without leaving tangible evidence behind, then a person will be judged as insane, when they report all this attention by what has amounted to dozens of different Agents.
• If I travel or live abroad at some time in the future, will I again be persecuted for my anti war stance and other political alliances? Or because I look like I could be from military?
• Why are you targeting military, anyway. Doesn’t a veteran have a right to live or travel abroad and be left alone? Do you want to get all the former soldiers working for you as Mercenaries against their own people?
• In which countries do you run these Goon Squad? I should consider that, before travelling.
• Perhaps the state department should update travel warnings in countries where political persecution may be carried out by American Soldiers turned Mercenaries?
• Who is funding all these Agents to live abroad to fight terrorism, while they are focusing on the likes of me and others who are just as non violent as myself?
• Does Congress know about your activities abroad aimed at American Citizens?
• Will you reimburse the $400 I’ve already spent on medication trying to reverse the effect of having been doped with Estrogen without my knowledge or consent?
• Is there a bounty being offered for the whereabouts of Americans’ abroad? It has seemed so to me. Will you be rounding us up if Martial Law is declared in America? Can I choose which Camp I will go to?
You have forced me into starting a blog and make some Youtube videos. I know you don’t officially even exist, so your reply would either come in the form of MY JUST BEING LEFT THE HELL ALONE or perhaps an unfortunate “accident”.
I’ll be Blogging about it, as long as I’m still breathing, so you decide.
