Michael Braverman, one of the producers of Ventura's "Conspiracy Theory," is on Alex's show today (December 2, 2010), explaining what we all should know about the water wars.  

The show title is "The World Wide Water Conspiracy." Search, "Order of St. Lazarus / Water".  These are the people who desire to control the world's fresh water.  Some of the methods they are using to move water around the world will blow your mind.  One of the methods is designed into the NAFTA superhighway -- giant pipelines running along side I-35 from the western Great Lakes to the west coast of Mexico.  

At present they have created huge freshwater bladder trains, 100 football fields long crossing the ocean to China.  

This program is a must watch! The new world order in its many corporate guises, by all means including those nefarious, is busy corporatizing all water resources in America. The United States of America and southern Canada, contains 35 percent of all of the arable farm land on the planet -- and 25% of all of the usable fresh water, on the planet as well.

Hard to assess what the canal conference is involved with or dealing in, you might share any info you may have.  

Suffice it to say however, the water war has been waged since the beginning of civilization.  Here in The West it is more prevalent than in the eastern and central states, but only because of the small amount of water above ground here.  The Saturday afternoon matinee westerns I used to watch as a kid, always seemed concerned with water.  

I gave taped oral testimony in the Colorado State Affairs Committee hearing on the War and Emergency powers concerning water back in April of 1996.  This all concerned the unlawful theft by the federal government of privately or individually held water resources, that had all been effectively allocated through individual agreement of adjustment and fair use, by 1934.  Many of these agreements were disregarded and the land upon which these resources were found were confiscated under unconstitutional and fraudulent federal property tax laws, that were quickly repealed after the deed was done, in the late 1920's through the early 1930's.

The governor and other bond supporters feared that voters would reject the huge bond this year, given the state's struggling economy and perpetual budget deficits.

And even that money offers no permanent delta solutions, leaving at risk water exports from Northern California to the rest of the state.

Much of the $11.1 billion would go to items unrelated to the state's long-term water needs. Removing dams on the Klamath River or enhancing recreation facilities at Lake Tahoe, for example, would do nothing to bolster state water supplies.

The Lake Forest Water Company, operated by Rick Dewante, has been under fire for months from allegations of inadequate water quality and emergency service. Dewante has since switched from providing lake water to a temporary connection with the utility district in February.

Dewante also runs Tahoe Park and Skyland Nielson water companies on the West Shore, both which have allegedly had water contamination and supply problems.

“I always wanted to rebuild the system, get the grant, that’s my goal. I still want to do it for the least cost to the customers, and I think I’m in the best position to do that,” he said.

The Directors speak out
The Tahoe City Public Utility District board of directors discussed issues surrounding the Lake Forest private water system, homeowners’ request to take them over and the associated costs. Here’s what some of them had to say:

• “In the end we have to come back to them and say, ‘This is what it’s going to cost, how do we want to pay for it?’” said board Director Erik Henrikson.
• “We’re really only at the very beginning ... we’ll be in 2009 before we even decide we’re replacing this thing,” said board Director Kelly Atchley.
• “None of us know what the dollar amount of this risk money is,” said board Director Dan Wilkins.
• “Let’s show good faith to the customers, they pay their taxes,” said board Director Lou Reinkens.
