The Road We Are Traveling - Stuart Chase

Glenn Beck is good for some things. In this case, finding some good reading material. The book was written by Stuart Chase in 1942. It is a very interesting read. I have a link to the download site. Large file, as it was scanned in jpg format. I would recommend right clicking to save as from the linked site, as attempting to open it directly caused my computer to freeze up. Missing the first chapter, but well worth reading. I believe this is the guy who helped in creating the New Deal, and directly helped in creating many of the overreaching government agencies. "While the trend is currently in the direction of continental blocs, largely self-sufficient, a qualification is distinctly in order. If the twenty-six United Nations under their pact of January 1942 destroy the military power of the Axis, an attempt will probably be made to set up a new world order dominated by the United States, Britain, and Russia. It will have to be a much firmer structure than the League of Nations, if it is to succeed, with all participants surrendering sovereignty to a central police power."

I thought those of us who thought the U.N. was put into place for the purpose of creating a global government and destroying sovereignty were dangerous extremists? No wonder this book is impossible to find.
