I heard that large amounts of pectin, from apples and such, would remove some heavy metals especially aluminum from the body. As well as exercise and drinking copious amounts of water. What else can you do?

What about those Kinoki foot pad things?  I don't know if it was just me, but I used to use them and I felt pretty good after a while...
