1. Are iPhone 3G's RFID equipped?
2. If so, is there a way to disable it?
I'm nowhere near an expert in electronics. I just need simple answers and simple solutions. Thank you.

As long as the battery is in the phone with power they can track you and they can turn on the phone/camera/mic remotely.
iphones can't remove battery.
