Is it a bird? Plane? OR ICBM?

Any specullation on what was sighted over LA? US Missile, Airplane, Foreign Missile? Any guessses? If was a plane Faa Could hit rewind and ID the track. Same for NORAD and NEAD
We can't control our own border so why should we control our waters?

I heard it was an air plane in the correct light and Alt/ heading made it look like a Missile. It was very slow moving and failed to illumate the sky as it left the atmosphere. If it was a missile and the Military is saying it's not thier then we have some real issues if we cant protect our southern boarder then we shirly cant protect our waters.
