Those who know, watch and understand South Park, know that they are awesome. No other animated show, or show period does what they do. And I love them for it. However this year I feel they have been under attack with the whole Jesus & Friends epp where they blocked out Mohamed. But they showed him years ago in another Jesus & Friends epp. And barely a peep out of anyone.
I hope they continue their awesome work.
The BP disaster show was perfect. And frighting. DP. I feel the powers that be are purposefully holding the new South Park epps back because they usually are right on the money, and always put out in a timely matter. Like when Scientology was a big thing, they went after it right away. Seems like an infowar and a psychology war.
'Oh the BP happened months ago, why are they doing this epp now?' Ah well it was done about that time, and only released recently because someone wanted to hold it back and quickly get the BP disaster off our TVs and out of our minds.

Like 70% of some episodes are done and story boarded months before and they wait until two weeks prior to air to add in more jokes and current even commentary. The election episode where obama and mccain steal the diamond was completed a day before it aired. |
