Viktor Schauberger was born the 30th of June 1885, he later died the 25th of September 1958. Viktor was a successful inventor and invented several inventions that used vortex like patterns that copied nature.

Viktor Schauberger was an Austrian forester who was active during the first half of the 19:th century. He had a huge beard and a friendly laughter, this he combined with an uncompromising belief in himself and his ideas. He was obstinate in combination with a choleric temper. He was a good drawer and probably a skilled craftsman. Even if Viktor was not schooled the academic way he had a deep knowledge in biology, physics and chemistry. His sense and understanding on how water flows in the nature was exceptional. From his observations he formulated his new hydrodynamic basic theory. His friends and opponents described him as highly intelligent and with this intellectual sharpness he made a deep cut in his (and ours) physical paradigm.

During World War Two, Victor Schauberger was interned in a Nazi concentration camp and was forced to work on a flying disk project using his ideas. It is not known if the project was completed, or, if the saucers actually flew in Germany. Reports vary, and no confirmed documentation remains. It is rather convincingly coincidental, however, that our own (US) pilots reported "strange flying disks" over Germany just prior to the War's end. After World War II, Viktor migrated to the United States on promises by various agencies (CIA) to help him develop and test his ideas. Those promises later proved to be hollow. He went to a facility in Dallas Texas, and under uncertain direction, signed over all of the rights to his inventions and patents, to, none other than the US government (Army, Navy...who knows?!). He was sent back to his home-land of Austria, only to die, broken and disillusioned five days later. It would make a great headline for the 'National Enquirer'...and unfortunately...it's TRUE!

His Inventions: The Repulsin:

This device has been built with copper and uses a very high speed motor for the main vortex turbine. The Repulsine Type "A" device is an Electro-Aero-Dynamic device (E.A.D.) and uses two effects :

    1.) The Coanda Effect: a pure Aerodynamic effect based on the Bernoulli's principle.

    2.) The Electro-Dynamic effect : The high speed vortex in the "vortex chamber" produces an electric, charged separation effect, called "the diamagnetic effect " by Schauberger. These two effects, combined, create the so-called "implosion effect".

When the main electric engine is started, the Coanda effect begins to create a differential aerodynamic pressure between the outer and the inner surface of the primary hull. At a higher speed, the vortex chamber becomes a kind of high electrostatic generator due to the air particles, in high speed motion, acting as an electrical charge transporter. The Repulsine will begin to glow due to the strong ionization effect of the air. Now, we have all the ingredients for a continuous and strong Aether Flow along the main axis from the top to the bottom of the craft...The radial air pressure required for lifting 1kg with the Coanda Effect is about 1,4 kg/cm2

Machines of Genius - The Repulsine, or "Flying Saucer" of Viktor Schauberger:

Viktor used implosion to run his devices, implosion created great power in his inventions. Also known as water-hammer or cavitation. Not very much is known about cavitation and how to apply it to inventions. Viktor however knew all too well how to use it in inventions.

When his repulsion would be in operation the turbine with the aid of implosion would create a propulsion effect which would levitate the craft into the air.

Most of the documentation you will find on Viktor Schauberger's work and inventions is almost always very technical. Experiments that you and I the struggling inventor can do to imitate his inventions are hard to come by. It would be nice if there would be some experiments we could try to see how his inventions actually work. I myself have searched through books written by him and on internet sites for actual experiments I could try to see how his inventions work. I have not found any. One of his books that does explain how he used water for anti gravity inventions is well explained for those who are not rocket scientists. It is a very good book. It explains how water really flows and how water is energized, it gives a lot of information on water flow and how he developed his anti gravity ideas from watching trout go upstream. He noticed that they jumped up over rocks and such when going upstream, he noticed a kind of anti gravity levitation when they jumped upstream. This allowed him to experiment and learn a lot about water flow. He also created several inventions for logging, his inventions for sending logs through water to designated areas were very successful. Viktor maintains that water should not flow in a straight line, water likes to flow in curves, like down a winding river, it energizes the water.

Repulsin B -To the Left is a picture of an original prototype showing the major components of the "Repulsine, type B" engine. The air, being drawn in from the top slits, is set into a spiral vortex movement. Schauberger had claimed that once the devise was set in motion, the primary motor could be switched off and the forces at work would power the generator, which was housed in a central location inside the craft.

The implosion motor uses the suction forces of implosion; there is no heat barrier and no sound barrier, because with friction almost entirely lacking, no heat is generated. The air flows through the rotating air inlets, placed in the middle, and follows the gap between the double membranes (with the wave pattern). This creates a spiral contraction of the flowing medium and creates a vacuum which increases the "pull", via implosion. The enhanced vortex turbine uses two flat membranes with concentric "rills" on it. A wave pattern has been set on the upper and on the lower membrane. The upper wave is slightly out of phase with the lower wave. This is a direct application of the "Coanda" effect. The air flow passes through small cavities where the volume sometimes is larger, and sometimes smaller, due to the difference in phase relationship between the upper and the lower membrane. When the air passes different cavities it starts to pulsate. The pulsations are directly dependant on the angular speed of the discs. This "push-pull" action creates an harmonic pulsation of energy...

The Repulsine uses the same phenomena. Cold water, drawn through a base hole, is spun in between the two wavy impellers and cools the air inside the units’ shell. As this partial vacuum draws in the air, it is spun into a cyclone by intake fins. After the air is cooled and humidified, still spinning, it is then expelled from an upper turbine, which reacts with the exiting cyclone. This centrifugal air has so much angular momentum that it is able to leave the Repulsine, even against a strong internal vacuum. That is a direct analogy to the rocking tank implosion-based water pump, described above.

The hot, rising vapor, trapped in a snail-shaped chimney, is lighter then the surrounding dry air and adds to the suction on the Repulsine's top. The upper turbine, spun by the exiting cyclones' action, directly drives the internal wavy vaporizing discs, which atomize the cold intake water. The electric motor (used for starting purposes) only has one purpose, and that is to spin up the vaporizer so that it properly atomizes the cold water from the inlet hose. The power source is implosion of hot, dry, desert air.

Remember that the power source is the Thermal difference between cold ground water and hot, dry desert air, just as is done in the implosion tank-rocking water pump from Texas. There is no mystery here. This device does nothing but convert the energy present in the combination of cold ground water with hot dry atmosphere. That is how it actually works. In many ways, it is similar to Schauberger’s water turbine, which also uses a pulsed pressure reservoir. Keep in mind that without the cold-water input, the pulsating vacuum trapped inside the Repulsine soon diminishes and stops. There is a lot of mystery behind this device.

To quote on what Schauberger said:

“ I connected the implosion motor to an outdoor water tap and it began to spin and finally took off, powered off of nothing more then ordinary, cold, tap water.”

If you look at the Repulsine, you will find a water pipe beneath, sticking out to the side. Schauberger was a master of water implosion technology. It is possible to cool air by simply pulling on a piston, but you require work to do that. At the same time, if you compressed air in a piston, it will get hot. That requires force over a distance or mechanical work to accomplish. You see; there is no gain! Simply expanding a piston and contracting it (or a vortex) accomplishes little more then creating a spring. We all know springs eventually stop bouncing. Schauberger’s expanding and contracting tornado also eventually ceases without an energy source. Recall the Hilsch-Rankine tube or Maxwell’s demon. The tube generates spiral airflow and creates hot air in the large tube and cold air -140F in the small diameter tube. In order to accomplish this, compressed air in large volumes must be used for its ability to do work. No free ride there. It is possible to make a vertical tube howl like a banshee, but the second the flame is removed from the tubes’ inside wall - the resonance stops. Again, it requires a defined energy source. That is Viktor Schauberger’s secret.

Hopefully someone will soon come along who will explain it to us in plain English how his devices work, and show us a prototype of similar design to Viktor's. If we are to combat Climate Change and natural disasters technology using Viktor's ideas would surely help us a great deal. We could also build flying crafts with his inventions. It is a pity that those who used Viktor to gain his knowledge have left nothing to the public of his inventions or more insight into his work.

Viktor Schauberger, an Austrian forester who observed the effects of nature- especially of water, privately met Adolf Hitler in 1934 to discuss the fundamental principals of agriculture, forestry, and water engineering. While Hitler was impressed by Schauberger's radical ideas for utilizing water power in new and dynamic ways, he was also displeased that Schauberger was not willing to participate in work for the Third Reich. 

Subsequently and unfortunately for Schauberger this meant that once Austria was annexed in 1938 and war broke out in 1939 the SS would come searching for him and his ideas based on his patents for an air turbine, procedure for lifting liquids and gases from 1935, and the warm-cold machine built for Siemens in 1937 which was, however, destroyed in an unauthorized test.

In 1940, Schauberger began construction of the Repulsin(e) discoid motor in Vienna with help of the Kertl company. He patented his idea on March 4, 1940 in Austria under patent 146,141. But very soon afterwards he was reported by the Viennese Association of Engineers to the SS who placed Schauberger  in a mental hospital in Mauer-Ohling. Schauberger was then forced to work with Messerschmitt on liquid vortex cooling systems and Heinkel concerning applications of water towards aircraft engines. At this point Heinkel received reports on the early Repulsin A.

No prop engine nor centrifugal/axial-flow turbojet either... just a gaping inlet, ring turbine and fuselage-wide open shaft to exhaust port.

At Mauthausen, under orders from Heinrich Himmler himself, Schauberger was to carry out research and development for the Third Reich war effort. He was given approximately 20-30 prisoner engineers to proceed with his research into what was termed 'higher atomic energies'. For this Schauberger was given special dispensations from the SS for both himself and fellow engineers.

The construction and perfection of the Repulsin A model discoid motor continued until one of the early test models was ready for a laboratory test that ended in disaster. The model was 2.4 meters in diameter with a small high-speed electric motor. Upon initial start-up the Repulsin A was set in motion violently and rose vertically, quickly hitting  the ceiling of the laboratory, shattering to pieces. The SS were not pleased and even threatened Schauberger's life, suspecting deliberate sabotage.

Replacement models were built, but by 1943 a more improved design, the Repulsin B model was constructed with the SS objective of developing this motor for an odd SS bio-submarine which Schauberger named the 'Forelle' (Trout) due to its configuration of a fish with a gaping mouth!

The Repulsin  models operated in the following way:

In the Repulsin B the vortex turbine has been improved for increasing the 'Implosion Effect' and thus the lifting force. In the Repulsin B the upper membrane is fixed and the lower rotates at high speed. On the edge rim there are special shaped blades of boomerang configuration. There are 120 blades that are 3 degrees spaced around the rim. The enhanced vortex turbine increases significantly the 'implosion' effect in the vortex chamber. This contributes to it being able to generate a stronger thrust than the centrifugal turbine used in the Repulsin A. By means of suction screw-impeller (which revolved from the outside towards the inside along a cycloid, spiral space curve) the same type of force is generated which creates twisters, cyclones, and typhoons through the effect of either suction or implosion.

Work on the Repulsin B continued in 1944 at the Technical College of Engineering at Rosenhgel in Vienna. Schauberger was finally released back to Leonstein, Austria that same year. It appears that the SS had discarded the idea of applying the Schauberger motor to a submarine when the benefits would greatly improve their work on the secret Flugkreisel which was taken from Rudolf Schriever back in 1941. By 1943 the machine had flown but proved to be unstable. The leader of the SS replacement team was Dr. Richard Miethe who proposed several Flugkreisel replacements with varied power plants, most of which relied on jets or rocket power, until it was learned that Schauberger had engineered a type of turbine machine that would create an up-current of axially-spinning air so powerful that the up-current's drag force would speed the whole machine higher and higher into the air with a thrust equal to 10,000 hp simply by moving 'air'. The turbine was considered a priority for flight development into a manned machine by the SS. It is speculated that Miethe's final design built in Breslau that flew in 1944 was an enlarged manned Repulsin-type craft.

Schauberger meanwhile had his remaining discoid motors confiscated by the Russians and Americans at the end of the war. While AVRO Canada approached Schauberger for disc development along with a team led by Dr. Richard Miethe, Schauberger refused and instead devoted his remaining life to peaceful uses of his vortex technology by working on various civilian projects which included generators, and both water and air purification systems.

In the late 1950s Schauberger visited the US and was again pressured into working on military disc designs. The pressure was even greater due to the fact that Schauberger's original Repulsin motors had fallen into Russian hands and the US suspected Schauberger's technology would appear as a nuclear armed aircraft over US soil.

Schauberger refused to continue participation, but had his designs forcibly signed over to a powerful US consortium. He returned to Austria and died there 5 months later having been robbed of everything.

Nature is not served by rigid laws, but by rhythmical, reciprocal processes. Nature uses none of the preconditions of the chemist or the physicist for the purposes of evolution. Nature excludes all fire on principle for purposes of growth; therefore all contemporary machines are unnatural and constructed according to false premises. Nature avails herself of the bio-dynamic form of motion through which the biological prerequisite for the emergence of life is provided. Its purpose is to ur-procreate [re-create the primary, the essence of] higher conditions of matter out of the originally inferior raw materials, which afford the evolutionally older, or the numerically greater rising generation, the possibility of a constant capacity to evolve, for without any growing and increasing reserves of energy there would be no evolution or development.

This results first and foremost in the collapse of the so-called Law of the Conservation of Energy, and in further consequence the Law of Gravity, and all other dogmatics lose any rational or practical basis.

Viktor Schauberger also said:

If water or air is rotated into a twisting form of oscillation known as colloidal, a build up of energy results, which, with immense power, can cause levitation. This form of movement is able to carry with it its own means of power generation. This principle leads logically to its application in the design of the ideal airplane or submarine... requiring almost no motive power.

The principal of the vacuum turbine consists in the fact that that an artificial thunderstorm or high tension electrical charge develops in a capillary tube and a double spiral pipe in which electromagnets have been incorporated, which transforms the substance of the air into electrical energies. These discharge into the sidewalls and from there thru diffusion are ducted away downwards as heat. Thru the transmutation of aeriform matter into energies, a self intensifying physical vacuum is created in an upward direction and through the recurrent development of a heat gradient in a downward direction; a powerful up current of air evolves which after a few minutes intensifies to cyclonic force. Because the air pressure in an upward direction can be progressively reduced in this extremely simple way, the counter flow of air can be raised to over 124 mph producing about 10,000 brake H.P. on the inclined surfaces of the prop or turbine.

Viktor Schauberger stated in correspondence of the 1950's that he worked at the Mauthausen concentration camp directing technically oriented prisoners and German scientists in the successful construction of a saucer-shaped aircraft:

The flying saucer which was flight-tested on the 19th February 1945 near Prague and which attained a height of 15,000 meters in 3 minutes and a horizontal speed of 2,200 km/hours (1,366mph!), was constructed according to a Model 1 built at Mauthausen concentration camp in collaboration with the first-class stress-analyst and propulsion engineers assigned to me there.
 

It was only after the end of the war that I came to hear, through one of the workers under my direction, a Czech, that further, intensive development was in progress.

From what I understand, just before the end of the war, the machine was supposed to have been destroyed on Keitel's orders. That's the last I heard of it

In this affair, several armament specialists were also involved who appeared at the works in Prague, shortly before my return to Vienna, and asked that I demonstrate the fundamental basis of it:

     Viktor Schauberger was a scientist who was forced to work for the Nazis during World War II. His story is detailed in Nick Cook’s book, HUNT FOR ZERO POINT.   Cook conducted an investigation into whether or not Schauberger was involved in experiments to produce a flying saucer and/or an antigravity device.  The operation of the craft is described on page 221, and pictured (as shown below) on page 222.  The explanation offered states, "...there was a description of what happened when a Repulsine was rotated at 20,000 rpm.  The high rotation speed appeared to cause air molecules passing through the turbine to pack so tightly that their molecular and nuclear binding energies were affected in a way that triggered the antigravity affect.  'A point is reached where a large number of electrons and protons with opposite charges and direction of spin are forced into collision and annihilate with one another...As lower rather than higher orders of energy and the basic building blocks of atoms, they are upwardly extruded as it were out of the physical and into virtual states."  A discussion of 4th and 5th dimensions then follows.'"

Note: This is not my field, but I would think the energy provided by a supercollider would be necessary to accomplish such annihilation.  Comments from competent physicists or engineers here would be most welcome.

Initial Negative Feedback and its Significance.  I had not written anything about Schauberger and the Repulsine Drive for many months after posting the paragraphs above, and the picture below.  Nor did I receive any comment back from my request above in blue about feedback on the physics of Schauberger’s idea with the exception of some claims by folks big on "remote viewing".  The following thoughts follow from the combination of negative feedback with this page's sudden surge to the top of popularity on this site, despite competition on my (mostly Torah Code) web site from more timely topics ranging from Michael Jackson’s death, Sarah Palin’s sudden resignation, the Mayan calendar End of the World cultural frenzie supported by Hollywood, to the Pakistan flood of 2010.

1.   Schauberger’s efforts and similar Nazi projects were largely scooped up by Operation Paperclip at the end of World War II. Any success that he had would be greatly shrouded in secret.  This means that some of the attention at my site could theoretically come from our Government in an effort to see what, if anything, is known about his research.  If so, my answer to such folks is that my knowledge is primarily limited to what Nick Cook wrote in his book, The Hunt for Zero Point and (to a lesser degree) claims made by friends including Clark McClelland and Dr. C. B. Scott Jones.  Jones is a member of a group known as the Aviary.  Much of the rest of my writings on this topic is what I can only surmise based on my analysis of open source documents, combined with an effort to debunk what is obvious disinformation. 

2.  Curiously, Nick Cook’s book finishes with a mention of Dr. Harold Puthoff (an Aviary member) in the very last sentence.  In August, 2009,  my son, David, (at 16) began as an Honors student majoring in Space Physics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU).  David wrote a detailed, chapter by chapter  review for the new Frontiers in Propulsion Science textbook, published by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA).  The AIAA was founded by Dr. Puthoff.

3.  ERAU offers courses related to Breakthrough Propulsion Physics which my son hopes to take. Although it will probably be limited to what is covered in the AIAA Frontiers textbook, our family has come to ERAU with the hope of learning more about this exotic field.  After obtaining this education, I/we may be in a better position to comment intelligently on Schauberger’s idea (if classification considerations permit it).  Meanwhile, for those who can not afford the $130 price of Frontiers, I suggest that you follow my son’s notes and updates as they are posted. The Frontiers textbook is, as was suggested to our family by Dr. Puthoff himself, the very best place to start in pursuit of the truth about BPP.  Having said this, the reader must be aware of three considerations:

The connection of Dr. Puthoff and associates to the U.S. Defense Establishment,

Eight of the 22 chapters in Frontiers have no copyright because they are property of the U.S. Government (which means that they are subject to Government censorship) and,

The very high level of math required to get to the bottom of assertions and considerations in the textbook. 

In short, there are no easy shortcuts to the truth.  Our family has set out on a path to try to find it, but the road ahead will involve a lot of work and years of study.  Along the way, the issue of Martian atmosphereic pressure has been a distraction, but I believe a worthy one.  To a certain extent, we will not succeed unless we are invited into the inner circles of those who may know, or who are funded to find, the truth.  On July 13, 2009 I received I received a set of equations that allegedly deal with anti-gravity.  The immediate source of these equations was from a member of a group called the Aviary (the member was not Dr. Puthoff). The original source was reported to be extraterrestrial, but the group has been accused of disinformaton before.  I wrote war plans for the U.S. Defense establishment until I retired from active duty in 2007.  Disinformation is a legitimate part of plan writing efforts, but here the issue remains one of science vs. politics.  Caveat emptor.

In this article, I have tried to give you a possible explanation about the working principle of "the Repulsin" flying saucer from Viktor Schauberger (1938-1957).
