This is some creepy shit if you know how these elites think. She did the right thing and alerted security... Wife of Clarence Thomas asks Anita Hill to consider an apology - (CNN) - The wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas said Tuesday that she reached out to Anita Hill, whose accusations of sexual harassment almost derailed Thomas' high court nomination 19 years ago. In a statement to CNN, Virginia "Ginni" Thomas said: "I did place a call to Ms. Hill at her office extending an olive branch to her after all these years, in hopes that we could ultimately get passed what happened so long ago. That offer still stands, I would be very happy to meet and talk with her if she would be willing to do the same. Certainly no offense was ever intended." Hill, a law professor at Brandeis University, turned the message over to campus security, a university spokesman said. http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2010/10/19/wife-of-clarence-thomas-asks-anita-hill-to-consider-an-apology/

I remember as a preteen hearing the confirmation hearings.
The stories of "Long Dong Silver" and "Who put a pubic hair on my coke" had me rolling.
At the time, a lot of people believed that she was lying was trying to keep a black me down, but over time I think more and more people have believed her.

Justice Thomas Reports Wealth of Gifts Published on Friday, December 31, 2004 by the Los Angeles Times http://www.commondreams.org/headlines04/1231-04.htmForemost among those conservative friends is Harlan Crow. The son of well-known Dallas real estate executive Trammell Crow, he runs a family holding company that owns 10% of Trammell Crow Co., one of the nation's biggest commercial real estate firms. A big Republican donor, Crow last summer gave $25,000 to help launch the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth campaign deriding Democratic presidential nominee Sen. John F. Kerry. In an interview, Crow said he met Thomas 10 years ago at a conference in Dallas where the justice was a speaker. "I was in the audience and I was impressed," Crow said. Soon afterward, Crow invited Thomas to a family campground in East Texas. Roger Connor, a businessman who was at the camp-out, remembers the all-male gathering. "They were all smoking cigars. It was a very manly Texas thing," Connor said. He said the participants slept in sleeping bags and tents, and that the activities included a greased pig race. In 1997, Crow flew Thomas on his personal plane to the San Francisco area and sponsored him as his guest at the Bohemian Grove, a private organization that for more than 125 years has held all-male retreats in the redwoods of Northern California for government and business leaders. Crow and his wife, Kathy, in 2001 also gave Thomas the Bible that once belonged to Frederick Douglass. In disclosing the gift in his report for that year, Thomas valued the Bible at $19,000 and listed the Crows as "personal friends."

Bohemian Grove=Perv What doesn't his wife get about that? Denial ain't just a river in Egypt. Her husband is a freak. It's as simple as that. Just because some time has passed and he is now a "distinguished jurist" , doesn't give his wife the authority to try to cow this woman into submission. I hope Anita Hill screams bloody murder about this, and if Thomas was smart he would have begged his wife to just let this stuff go, If...

Doesn't is seem curious the TIMING of this? What "wag-the-dog" type of thing is going on that the powers that be don't want us looking at? For anyone who doesn't understand "wag-the-dog", it's an expression & also the title of a movie Dustin Hoffman was in back in the 90's. The movie's premise was that the media was used to promote a "stagged" story, while in the meantime, some very real bullshit was beginning to happen within the Oval Office. I'm always wondering, whenever some weird story like the Anita Hill/Clarance Thomas one comes out, what's REALLY GOING ON! Comments, anyone??

Justice Clarence Thomas was ‘obsessed’ with porn, former girlfriend says http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2010/10/supreme-court-justice-obsessed-porn-girlfriend/By John Byrne Friday, October 22nd, 2010 -- 10:13 am Speaking out after 19 years, the former girlfriend of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas says he was "obsessed" with porn and women's breast sizes, the same week the justice's wife called one of his former employees to demand an apology for testimony during his 1991 nomination hearings. Thomas' former girlfriend, Lillian McEwen, broke her silence after Thomas' wife, Virginia, called Anita Hill, who Thomas had supervised, to demand an apology. "He was obsessed with porn," McEwen told The Washington Post for Friday editions. "He would talk about what he had seen in magazines and films, if there was something worth noting." "McEwen added that she had no problem with Thomas's interests, although she found pornography to be 'boring,'" Post reporter Michael Fletcher wrote. "He was always actively watching the women he worked with to see if they could be potential partners," McEwen, 65, was quoted as saying. "It was a hobby of his."
