No calls from the Census Bureau ... but I have gotten two calls recently
concerning government 'random surveys'. One from the CDC about vaccines.
I got a letter a couple days before saying that my number had been chosen at
'random' and to expect a call. I was set to give them a piece of my mind, but
the first question was 'how many people live in your household under 36
months of age?'. When I answered 'none', he said 'thank you, that is all, this
survey concerns children under 36 months' and hung up.
The second was about 'water quality'. I was asked if I had noticed unusual
'tastes or smells' from the local city water. I said 'sometimes', but that we do
not drink the city water because of the fluoride and other poisons added by
the city. She promptly said 'thank you' and hung up.
