Islamabad, Pakistan (CNN) -- Several people have been seized in a plot to kill Pakistan's prime minister, and the suspects claim they were getting orders from a militant in the country's volatile tribal region, police said. Police official Babar Bakhat Qureshi told CNN that officers arrested several suspects who were plotting to attack the compound of Pakistani Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani. Shabir Anwar, Gilani's press secretary, had no comment on the alleged plot because it is a security matter. The plot to strike the compound, located in the Punjab provincial city of Multan, was in its "final planning stages," Qureshi said. The location is about 395 kilometers, or 245 miles, southeast of the nation's capital, Islamabad. The suspects were planning to use a car bomb for the attack, and that they had acquired large amounts of fertilizer to manufacture an improvised explosive device, since confiscated by police, he said.

In May, a US diplomat was caught arranging a meeting between a suspected Indian spy and senior Pakistani officials in the privacy of her house. In June when Pakistani officials confronted Washington with evidence that terrorists in Pakistan were using sophisticated American weapons, US media quickly leaked stories about American weapons missing from the US-trained Afghan army. And now reports confirm that the dirty secret arm of the US government the mercenaries of Blackwater have infiltrated sensitive regions of Pakistan. Blackwater works as an extension of the US military and CIA, taking care of dirty jobs that the US government cannot associate itself with in faraway strategic places. The question: Who let them in? And who deported one of them, if at all?

The American NGO that works for US government has almost half of its international vacancies in Pakistan.
Its director in Peshawar has been found contacting anti-Pakistan elements in the Pak-Afghan border area.
ISLAMABAD, PakistanThree weeks ago a group of concerned Pakistani citizens in Peshawar wrote to the federal interior ministry to complain about the suspicious activities of a group of shadowy Americans in a rented house in their neighborhood, the upscale University Town area of Peshawar.

A NGO calling itself Creative Associates International, Inc. leased the house. CAII, as it is known by its acronym, is a Washington DC-based private firm. According to its Web site, the company describes itself as "a privately-owned non-governmental organization that addresses urgent challenges facing societies today Creative views change as an opportunity to improve, transform and renew "


The description makes no sense. It is more or less a perfect cover for the American NGO's real work: espionage.

The incorporated NGO is more of a humanitarian front that alternates sometimes for undercover US intelligence operations in critical regions, including Angola, Sri Lanka, Iraq, Gaza, and Pakistan. Of the 36 new job openings, the company's Web site shows that half of them are in Pakistan today. Pakistan is also at the heart of the now combined desperate effort by the White House-military-CIA to avert a looming American defeat in Afghanistan by shifting the war to its next-door neighbor.

In Peshawar, CAII, opened an office to work on projects in the nearby tribal agencies of Pakistan. All of these projects, interestingly, are linked to the US government. CAII's other projects outside Pakistan are also linked to the US government. In short, this NGO is not an NGO. It is closely linked to the US government.

In Peshawar, CAII told Pakistani authorities it needed to hire security guards for protection. The security guards, it turns out, were none other than Blackwater's military-trained hired guns. They were used the CAII cover to conduct a range of covert activities in Pakistan's North West Frontier Province.
The infamous Blackwater private security firm operates as an extension of the US military and CIA, taking care of dirty jobs that the US government cannot associate itself with in faraway strategic places. Blackwater is anything but a security firm. It is a mercenary army of several thousand hired soldiers.

Pakistani security officials apparently became alarmed by reports that Blackwater was operating from the office of CAII on Chinar Road, University Town in Peshawar. The man in charge of the office, allegedly an American by the name of Craig Davis according to a report in Jang, Pakistan's largest Urdu language daily, was arrested and accused of establishing contacts with 'the enemies of Pakistan' in areas adjoining Afghanistan. His visa has been cancelled, the office sealed, and Mr. Davis reportedly expelled back to the United States.

It is not clear when Mr. Davis was deported and whether there are other members of the staff expelled along with him. When I contacted the US Embassy over the weekend, spokesman Richard Snelsire's first reaction was, "No embassy official has been deported." This defensive answer is similar to the guilt-induced reactions of US embassy staffers in Baghdad and Kabul at the presence of mercenaries working for US military and CIA.
I said to Mr. Snelsire that I did not ask about an embassy official being expelled. He said he heard these reports and 'checked around' with the embassy officials but no one knew about this. "It's baseless."



So I asked him, "Is Blackwater operating in Pakistan, in Peshawar?"



"Not to my knowledge." Fair enough. The US embassies in Baghdad and Kabul never acknowledged Blackwater's operations in Iraq and Afghanistan either. This is part of low-level frictions between the diplomats at the US Department of State and those in Pentagon and CIA. The people at State have reportedly made it clear they will not acknowledge or accept responsibility for the activities of special operations agents operating in friendly countries without the knowledge of those countries and in violation of their sovereignty. Reports have suggested that sometimes even the US ambassador is unaware of what his government's mercenaries do in a target country.Official Pakistani sources are yet to confirm if one or more US citizens were expelled recently. The government is also reluctant in making public whatever evidence there might be about Blackwater operations inside Pakistan. But it is clear that something unusual was happening in the Peshawar office of an American NGO. There is also strong suspicion that Blackwater was operating from the said office.
There are other things happening in Pakistan that are linked to the Americans and that increase the chances of Blackwater's presence here.



These include:

1. One of the largest US embassies or military and intelligence command outposts in the world is being built in Islamabad as I write this at a cost of approximately one billion US dollars. This is the biggest sign of an expansion in US meddling in Pakistan and a desire to use this country as a base for regional operations. Interestingly, US covert meddling inside Pakistan and nearby countries is already taking place, including in Russia's backyard, in Iran, and in China's Xinjiang.

2. A large number of retired Pakistani military officers, academics and even journalists have been quietly recruited at generous compensations by several US government agencies. These influential Pakistanis are supposed to provide information, analysis, contacts and help in pleading the case for US interests in the Pakistani media, in subtle ways. Pakistanis would be surprised that some prominent names well known to television audiences are in this list.

3. CIA and possibly Blackwater have established a network of informers in the tribal belt and Balochistan; there have also been reports of non-Pakistanis sighted close to sensitive military areas in the country. Considering the intensity and frequency of terrorist acts inside Pakistan in the past four years, there is every possibility that all sorts of saboteurs are having a field day in Pakistan.

4. Members of separatist and ethnic political parties have been cultivated by various US government agencies and quietly taken for visits to Washington and the CENTCOM offices in Florida.
The possibility of the existence of mercenary activities in Pakistan is strengthened by the following events:

Pakistani officials have in recent months collected piles of evidence that suggests that terrorists wreaking havoc inside Pakistan have been and continue to receive state of the art weapons and a continuous supply of money and trainers from unknown but highly organized sources inside Afghanistan. A significant number of these weapons is of American and Israeli manufacture. Indians have also been known to supply third-party weapons to terrorists inside Pakistan.

6. Some Pakistani intelligence analysts have stumbled on circumstantial evidence that links the CIA to anti-Pakistan terror activities that may not be in the knowledge of all departments of the US government. One thing is for sure, that CIA's operations in Afghanistan are in the hands of dangerous elements that are prone to rogue-ish behavior.
7. In May, a US woman diplomat was caught arranging a quiet [read 'secret'] meeting between a low-level Indian diplomat and several senior Pakistani government officials. An address in Islamabad 152 Margalla Road was identified as a venue where the secret meeting took place. The American diplomat in question knew there was no chance the Indian would get to meet the Pakistanis in normal circumstances. Nor was it possible to do this during a high visibility event. After the incident, Pakistan Foreign Office issued a terse statement warning all government officials to refrain from such direct contact with foreign diplomats in unofficial settings without prior intimation to their departments.

8. Pakistani suspicions about American foul play inside Pakistan are not new. On July 12, 2008 in a secret meeting in Rawalpindi between military and intelligence officials from the two countries these concerns were openly aired. The Americans accused ISI of maintain contacts with the Afghan Taliban. The Pakistani answer was that normal low-level contacts are maintained with all parties in the area. NATO and the Kabul regime were doing the same thing in Afghanistan. In return, the Pakistanis laid out evidence, including photographs, showing known terrorists meeting Indian and pro-US Kabul regime officials. Was the United States supporting these anti-Pakistan activities is the question that was posed to the US military and CIA.

9. Further back into history, in 1978 the ISI broke a spy ring made up of Pakistani technicians working for the nascent Pakistani nuclear program who were recruited by CIA. Pakistan chose not to raise the issue publicly but did so privately at the highest level in Washington.
Now there are reports that the Zardari-Gilani government is consulting Pakistan's Naval headquarters on a proposal to construct a US navy base on the coast of Balochistan. When things have reached this level of American meddling in Pakistan, Blackwater seems like a small issue. Some Pakistani analysts are of the view that elements within the Pakistani security establishment need to be very careful about where they intend to draw the red line for CIA operations in and around Pakistan.

A month ago, a couple of University Town, Peshawar citizen complained to Federal Interior Ministry about mysterious activities of some American’s living in their neighbor. After investigations by Pakistani authorities, they coined that an NGO labeled under “Creative Associative International Inc.” (CAII) rented house, a Washington DC based company. Further, they told that they are working on projects in tribal areas and very astonishing that these projects are linked to US State department and their projects were not relevant with their described work of an NGO.

By the passage of time, they applied to hire security guards for their protection and next step was to demand Black-water World Wide. They were going to use Black-water to conduct a range of covert activities in Pakistan’s tribal areas, which was later on confirmed by daily “New York Times”.

In Peshawar, security officials observed by different reports that Black-water was operating from the office of CAII on Chinar Road, University Town in Peshawar companies in-charge alleged and arrested for maintaining contacts with the adversaries of Pakistan in tribal belt. At last company’s in-charge Mr. Davis expelled from Pakistan Daily “Jang” reported.

One thousand US Marines will be coming to Pakistan and will be deployed at US Mission in Islamabad, Foreign Office Spokesman, Abdul Basit Khan told media in a press briefing on 5th August, 2009 at Press Club, Karachi while replying to a query about increase in the strength of the US personnel at Islamabad Mission. Remember that US is going to establish world’s biggest mission in Islamabad in near future and marines are coming to protect the Islamabad mission.

According to media reports, marines of Black-water already exist here and stepped into Pakistan during the Musharraf era. There are so many worthy scoops which declare that Black-water exists here in Pakistan. First of all, existence of CAII in Peshawar, their suspicious activities then intelligence agencies concerns about their covert activities and presence. Exploring the facts this statement seems 100% true as a foreign newspaper “New York Times” reported recently “the CIA has for several years operated Predator drones out of a remote base in Shamsi, Pakistan but has secretly added a second site at an air base in Jalalabad, Afghanistan” in this report they also mentioned that these Predator drones were fired by the Black-water.

While like CAII, which is considered to be the front line of CIA and was involved in mischievous activities in Peshawar there are several other reports about CIA’s suspicious activities in different nooks of Pakistan, a person can better understand what is the purpose of these activities protecting diplomats or espionage.

For example, wreaking havoc inside Pakistan and recovering American and Israeli manufactured weapons during this havoc, at right of the time when you are flawed to know about the supplier of these kind of weapons inside Pakistan. Thirdly, capturing of a US Woman diplomat convening a secret meeting between Indian diplomats and Pakistani Officials at 152 – Margalla Road, Islamabad and government’s letter to refrain contacts with foreign diplomats, issued in response.

Same like University Town, Peshawar and existence of Black-water marines were exposed in a televised programme of Geo TV, when Hamid Mir questioned to Nawabzada Malik Amaad, Minister for Foreign Affairs about 200 houses are rented to American’s possibly US marines, who are doing cover activities, which compelled residents to report. The most important thing both Pakistani and US authorities denied to confirm about the existence Black-water when it has already been declared by Foreign Office Spokesman.

Knowing all these bullshits, we can not deny the existence of Black-water in Pakistan but a rally of questions blow our minds to make us senseless that why an external security force is here, neglecting our own security agencies? Our agencies are not able to protect foreign diplomats or our regime + US State Department do not want to rely on them? Can they provide services to a sovereign state with having an NOC? If they have NOC? Then why not made it public? And if they have taken NOC from government then isn’t it a hard hit on the sovereignty of Pakistan? If they have not taken NOC then what is the reactions of our state?

Black-water established in 1997 by Mr. Eric D. Prince. It is a completely private owned security company. In 1990’s Mr. Prince purchased 6,000 acres (24 Km2) of the great dismal swamp, at North Carolina / Virginia border, where he established Black-water on the name of peat colored water of the swamp. Black-water World Wide replaced its name with Xe LLC after breaking their contract with Iraqi regime because they killed 17 innocent people without any cause in 2007. Xe’s founder and former CEO Eric Prince was a Navy Seal, he attended Naval Academy and was an intern in George H. W Bush’s White House.

Prince is a major financial supporter of Republic Party causes and candidates, which is the reason that 90% of the companies revenue come from the US State Department. Currently, Xe is the largest US States three private security contractors and 2/3 contracts are NO-BID CONTRACTS.

In continuation, I would like to insert here that Black-water Marines, on September 16, 2007 shoot and killed 17 innocent Iraqis and at least 14 of them were killed without any cause, according to Federal Bureau of Investigation. In November 2008 the US State Department fined million dollars to Black-water for smuggling automatic weapons to Iraq without the necessary permission. Connecting to this information, Pakistan army has already recovered American assembled weapons from terrorists inside Pakistan’s territory with highly trained terrorists came from Afghanistan. Our minds are useless to understand then why they have allowed Black Water to step into Pakistan, even they do not have registered passports.

Jeremy Scahill – an investigative journalist of Daily “The Nation” international’s report added fuel into story about a former employee of Black-water and an ex US-marine, whom made a series of explosive allegations in sworn statement, filed on August 03 in Federal Court in Virginia. One of the most flabbergasted allegations from these persons is “Mr. Eric Prince views himself as a Christian crusader tasked with eliminating Muslims and the Islamic faith from the globe”.

In addition to this statement these men told to Federal Court that Mr. Prince intentionally deployed to Iraq certain men who shared his vision of Christian supremacy, know and wanting them men to take every availability to murder Iraqis. Many of these men used call signs based on the knights of the Templar – the warriors who fought crusades. Remember, that still five persons are waiting for trials on manslaughter in Baghdad and a sixth Jeremy Ridge way has already pleaded guilty to manslaughter and helping the prosecutors.

Reviewing entire facts, our current regime should have to rewind the history that CIA had already attempted to build a spy chain for accessing Pakistan’s nuclear programme, which was broken in 1978 by our intelligence agencies. This news was not made public but issue resolved on diplomatic level at Washington DC, USA. Now, their media and US States Department have already showed their concerns about threat of nuclear weapons accessibility to Taliban. CIA and Black-water’s covert activities could be a signal of another spy chain for gaining access to Pakistan’s nuclear assets but Black-water must have to remember that they have stepped into hot-waters and landed into land of suicider’s and it will not be easy to eat this pill.

Following a horrible bomb blast at a stadium during a volleyball match in Pakistan which killed and injured some 300 spectators, the country's parties have held the United States responsible for the spate of terrorism plaguing Pakistan.

IRNA quoting Pakistani security officials said the bomber drove a pick-up vehicle packed with 300 kilograms of explosives onto the site of the volleyball match and detonated. Pakistani parties and religious groups calling on the people to close ranks in the face of upsurge of terrorism, demanded punishment for the main elements, which seem to have links with the US. Last Monday on the holy day of Ashura, terrorists in Karachi had targeted mourners commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of the Prophet's grandson, Imam Hussein (PBUH), martyring and injuring over 140 men, women, and children.

The CIA-nurtured outfit Taliban has claimed responsibility for both incidents of terrorism, which have increased with the influx of the notorious US Blackwater mercenaries in Pakistan. Though Pakistani Interior Minister, Rahman Malek, has denied the presence of Blackwater mercenaries in Pakistan, according to the Pakistani media, elements of this notorious outfit is operating under a different name in that country. US intelligence officials and army commanders have tacitly admitted the presence of Blackwater murderers on Pakistani soil.

According to Pakistan's English language daily The Nation, Blackwater personnel are stationed at a temporary military base of the US Special Operations Command (TSOC) in Karachi. The report says, Blackwater is working with the US army in providing data for US drones to attack pre-determined targets in Pakistan's Waziristan region. Hundreds of Pakistani civilians have been killed as a result of the US drone attacks. Recently, mass rallies were stage in Pakistani cities against US meddling in the country's affairs. The demonstrators called on the government to expel Blackwater and other US mercenaries.

So this is odd... to arrest someone for acquiring fertilizer in a farming area is a bit of a stretch... not to mention the fact that they could buy all kinds of explosives on the black market in Peshawar or Quetta.

IMO this has nothing to do with the fertilizer. Climb up the ladder...who were they getting orders from..."militant in tribal region". Sounds like a Brzezinski proven operation based on 40 years of incontrovertible evidence to me!

Presence of American Mercenary army, a private so called security company notorious as Blackwater with recently changed name XE Service LLC is being given high importance in main stream media, internet and public discussions these days in Pakistan. Blackwater renamed itself Xe after it received a flurry of bad press following the killing by its security personnel of a number of Iraqi civilians on a Baghdad square on September 16, 2007. The two ex-employees are cited as “John Doe #1” and “John Doe #2” in their depositions in an Alien Tort Claims Act case brought against Blackwater by the families of the murdered Iraqis . As the news of massive expansion in US embassy and diplomatic operations came on the screen, media reporters and investigators has been seeking the entire plan behind it and it revealed the current scenario in which US marines and private mercenary army personal were found being deployed in Pakistan.

Like a lot of other things, Blackwater is also a gift hamper to Pakistani Nation by Pervaiz Musharraf. Former Army Chief General Aslam Beg recently told the Saudi Arabian daily Al Watan that former Pakistani president Pervez Musharraf had given Blackwater the green light to carry out terrorist operations in the cities of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Quetta. Also in 2007, during Musharraf’s era, Interior Ministry of Pakistan has warned to all the provinces to take strict eye upon the activities of Blackwater in Pakistan but it was ignored criminally by the previous and contemporary Governments.  Now, let us see what are the aims and objectives of such American initiatives in Pakistan.

The story begins with the “inside job” of 9 / 11 attacks which lead US army to invade Afghanistan and Iraq and tremendous pressure and threat to Iran. 9/11 also soften the global sentiments for US and majority of the world backed US invasion to Afghanistan and later to Iraq. It very truly said by Gen. Hamid Gul, former ISI Chief that Afghanistan was taken under control as the shelter and safe house to implant terrorist activities in Pakistan.

Right after 28th May 1998, the global Jewish people have started first priority target of destruction of Pakistani atomic ability which they consider the strongest fortification against their agenda of global terrorism and Jewish supremacy. Islam is considered to be the only opponent to Jewish terrorist agenda for Jewish Supremacy in the world because Jews has already conquered the Christian world after world war II by the stories of Holocaust and later by assisting allied forces in several military operations during WWII.

First Islamic nation was Iraq which acquired nuclear power and it was destroyed by Israel. See the details of Operation Opera on the internet. Pakistani military government responded to this attack and then President of Pakistan, Gen. Zia Ul Haq was tipped off by CIA about the attacks on Kahuta, being planned by India and Israel. Indian military officials secretly travelled to Israel in February 1983 to buy electronic warfare equipment to neutralise Kahuta’s air defences. India put its plans on hold when the chairman of the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission warned the director of the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre that Islamabad would attack Mumbai if Kahuta were attacked. At this juncture, Israel suggested that it would attack Kahuta from Indian bases, adding that former premier Indira Gandhi signed off on the Israeli-led operation in March 1984. However, India and Israel backed off after the US state department warned India “the US will be responsive if India persists”. These operational plans are still kept updated in the Headquarters of IDF /AF and pilots of some specially assigned IDF/AF F-16 and F – 15 squadrons are given special training excercises to carry out mock attacks on Kahuta. So much so that a full scale mock – up of Kahuta Facility was built in the Southern Negev Desert for the IDF / AF pilot to train on.

Kahuta plan was made concurrently with the plan to attack Osirak using the same pilots of the Iraq mission, if it went through successfully. The Israeli planned to either use Indian bases or fly Non – stop while refueling their aircrafts using airborne tankers. Israeli airborne Warning and Controle System (AWACS) aircraft would jam Pakistani air defence radar while the Israeli took out Kahuta – or atleast attempted to do so.

Pakistan has learnt the lesson from Iraqi example and adopted foolproof security measures for its nuclear program and Israel, after its best efforts, failed to destroy or abandon Pakistani nuclear program. Soon after the Osirak raid in 1981, then president Zia Ul Haq of Pakistan directed PAF Air Headquarters (AHQ) to make contingency plans for a possible Israeli attack on Kahuta. In lieu thereof, the PAF chief of Air Staff issued an Air Tasking Order to Air Officer Commanding of the Air Defense Command to take suitable measures for the air defense of Kahuta and prepare a contingency plant for a retaliatory PAF strike on Dimona, in Kahuta was attacked. On 10th July 1082, a special contingency plan was issued. In the event of an Israeli attack on Pakistan’s strategic installations, plans were drawn up for a retaliatory Pakistani Strike on Dimona. The strike would be carried out by Mirage III/Vs. When Pakistan received 40 General Dynamic Block F – 16 A/Bs from the US from the 15 January 1983 onwards, the new weapon system too was incorporated in Pakistan’s contingency plan to carry out retaliatory attacks on Dimona.

After step by step development and march towards the “main target” the American forces have finally managed to enter into Pakistan and now almost a decade passed since they have been strengthening their footsteps in Pakistan. Today when everyone is shrieking about American Marines and Mercenary army’s presence in Pakistan but this presence is not new.

Presence and operations of Blackwater in Pakistan

-          In July 2005 while driving through the Gulistan Johar in Karachi I saw a convey of vehicles escorted by a helicopter in which Blackwater personals were travelling to raid a religious school, located in Pathan Goth ( Adjacent to Karachi Airport).

-          In 2007, it is reported that Interior Ministry has warned the provinces to strictly watch the suspicious activities of Blackwater in Pakistan.

-          According to Defense analyst Sana Aijazi, there have already been 700 Blackwater personal in various offices, established in Islamabad, Peshawar and Karachi.

-          228 homes are rented for the accommodation of these mercenary soldiers of Blackwater in which 37 in F – 6 sector, 40 in G – 6 sector, 47 in sector F – 7 , 48 in sector F – 8, 20 in sector F – 10, 25 in sector F – 11 and 9 houses in I – 8 sector. Most alarming is that two of these houses are located near of the residence of Dr. A. Q. Khan in E – 7 sector of Islamabad and Dr. A. Q. Khan is among the top targets of USA and it is much discussed and being warned that Blackwater is looking for a chance to kidnap him.

-          If Dr. A. Q. Khan is kidnapped and taken into American which means Israeli custody they shall be able to obtain the information regarding Atomic power and bomb and later can plan easily to destroy it completely. Dr. A.Q. Khan has stated in past that Pakistani bomb is not at a single place, rather it is, for security purposes, kept into various locations and these locations are known to him, hence only capturing Dr. A. Q Khan can lead Israeli forces to easily eliminate the bombs and nuclear capability of Pakistan.

-          On 25th August, police has stopped two vehicles, carrying 4 American People armed with Automatic Guns. When asked for identity documents, they introduced themselves as Blackwater Guards. Police arrested these people and has taken to Margalla Police Station where Capt. Ejaz, the security Chief of American Embassy immediately reached, threatened the In charge of Police Station and got these people released. According to Sana Aijazi, these four people are the part of Death Squad which want to kill Dr. A.Q. Khan but I am of the different opinion that they don’t want to kill him, but they want to interrogate him either by Kidnapping and taking him to any safe house of MOSSAD or CIA in or out of Pakistan, most preferably the nearest place is MOSSAD’s established centres in Afghanistan.

-          Another incident is when Blackwater guards tortured a Pakistani citizen only because he mistakenly parked his car before Blackwater vehicle near of Aabpara Market.

-          Blackwater guards has sealed the road in Supermarket Area of Islamabad.

-          In Karachi, Blackwater has setup its office in Khayaban E Rahat. It is also reported that Blackwater is negotiating with MQM government to acquire 4 -5 houses in Islamabad and offering big amount to them. The company has hired at least seven houses in Karachi’s posh Defence area.

-          Aurya Maqbool Jan claims, Blackwater headquarters are situated in the University Town area of Peshawar at Chinar Road, and the NGO cover used by the firm is that of “Creative Associates International,” an organization involved in development work in the tribal areas as the most shocking aspect of the firm (Blackwater or XE Services LCC) is that it operates under the cover of NGOs and charity organizations in areas where Americans wish to carry military operations. Creative Associates International, Inc has requested Government of Pakistan for the provision of security Guards and later this NGO has hired Blackwater. Government of Pakistan has cancelled the Visa of Craig Davis and expelled him from Pakistan but later on the pressure of CIA and US Embassy Craig Davis returned to Pakistan and resumed his “mysterious job raising eyebrows of many, including the country’s spy agencies.”

Blackwater and US marines are deployed in big number to achieve different obvious and hidden aims and I am here to point out a few of them.

-          As discussed above, to kidnap Dr. A. Q. Khan to obtain information about the location and status of Pakistani Nuclear ability. Dr. Shireen M Mazari’s recent article vindicates my claim when she asserts ” While US diplomats target their critics in Pakistan with a new ferocity, the US media and politicians target the Pakistan’s nuclear and military capability. Taking the latter first, Dr Khan had barely gained his “freedom” when that murderous former Vice-President Dick Cheney, in a pre-taped interview to Fox News (Aug 30), declared that the Obama Administration should use the CIA to find out what Dr Khan was up to…… So should we assume that the increased presence of Blackwater and other unidentified US personnel in Islamabad may also have Dr Khan as a possible target? ”

-          Another vital aims of Blackwater’s presence, as Alyona Minkovski, correspondant of Russia Today in Washington, some of these contracted soldiers are getting contracts for targeted assassination projects.  These contractors are hired for such jobs because they are not subject to the rules which regular army personals are or in plain words these people are above the law. Investigating Journalist and correspondent of Russia Today, Mr. Wayne Madsen is off the opinion that he was told by his sources in former British SAS etc that contracted soldiers are being hired from Thailand and Philippines for Blackwater operations in Pakistan. Pakistan’s commercial hub, Karachi is victimized by the mysterious series of target killings since a few months with ultimate aim to blow up the city with riots. After every incident all the major powers and politico – social elements are not only denying their involvements in such incidents but also they are condemning these incidents and strongly suggesting the involvement of some “foreign hands” in these incidents. It makes sense when we take a deep tour to the happenings in Karachi during last year and activities of Blackwater and other US operatives. Interior Minister of Pakistan, Mr. Rehman Malik’s statement is significant while Addressing the media after meeting Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad, he said the killings in Karachihave disturbed everybody, adding black sheep will be exterminated wherever they are found.

-          Blackwater is joining hands with elements in Pakistan to disturb peace and erupt riots. They are developing relations with elements who have record of linguistic or religious conflicts and riots in Pakistan.

U.S. Forces Step Up Pakistan Presence

WASHINGTON—U.S. Special Operations Forces have begun venturing out with Pakistani forces on aid projects, deepening the American role in the effort to defeat Islamist militants in Pakistani territory that has been off limits to U.S. ground troops.

The expansion of U.S. cooperation is significant given Pakistan’s deep aversion to allowing foreign military forces on its territory. The Special Operations teams join the aid missions only when commanders determine there is relatively little security risk, a senior U.S. military official said, in an effort to avoid direct engagement that would call attention to U.S. participation.

(WMR) -- WMR has learned from a deep background source that Xe Services, the company formerly known as Blackwater, has been conducting false flag terrorist attacks in Pakistan that are later blamed on the entity called �Pakistani Taliban.�

Only recently did the US State Department designate the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), also known as the Pakistani Taliban, a terrorist group. The group is said by the State Department to be an off-shoot of the Afghan Taliban, which had links to �Al Qaeda� before the 9/11 attacks on the United States. TTP�s leader is Hakimullah Mehsud, said to be 30-years old and operating from Pakistan�s remote tribal region with an accomplice named Wali Ur Rehman. In essence, this new team of Mehsud and Rehman appears to be the designated replacement for Osama Bin Laden and Ayman Zawahiri as the new leaders of the so-called �Global Jihad� against the West.

However, it is Xe cells operating in Karachi, Peshawar, Islamabad and other cities and towns that have, according to our source who witnessed the U.S.-led false flag terrorist operations in Pakistan. Bombings of civilians is the favored false flag event for the Xe team and are being carried out under the orders of the CIA.

However, the source is now under threat from the FBI and CIA for revealing the nature of the false flag operations in Pakistan. If the source does not agree to cooperate with the CIA and FBI, with an offer of a salary, the threat of false criminal charges being brought for aiding and abetting terrorism looms over the source.

The Blackwater/Xe involvement in terrorist attacks in Pakistan have been confirmed by the former head of the Inter Services Intelligence (ISI), General Hamid Gul, according to another source familiar with the current Xe covert operations. In addition, Pakistani ex-Army Chief of Staff, General Mirza Aslam Beg, reportedly claimed that while serving as president, General Pervez Musharraf approved Blackwater carrying out terrorist operations in Pakistan. Blackwater has been accused of smuggling weapons and munitions into Pakistan.

Earlier this year WMR reported that �intelligence sources in Asia and Europe are reporting that the CIA contractor firm XE Services, formerly Blackwater, has been carrying out �false flag� terrorist attacks in Afghanistan, Somalia, the Sinkiang region of China, Pakistan, Iran, and Iraq, in some cases with the assistance of Israeli Mossad and Indian Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) personnel . . . A number of terrorist bombings in Pakistan have been blamed by Pakistani Islamic leaders on Blackwater, Mossad, and RAW. Blackwater has been accused of hiring young Pakistanis in Peshawar to carry out false flag bombings that are later blamed on the Pakistani Taliban, also known as Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan. One such bombing took place during the Ashura procession in Karachi last month. The terrorist attacks allegedly are carried out by a secret Blackwater-XE/CIA/Joint Special Operations Command forward operating base in Karachi. The XE Services component was formerly known as Blackwater Select, yet another subsidiary in a byzantine network of shell and linked companies run by Blackwater/Xe on behalf of the CIA and the Pentagon. On December 3, 2009, the Pakistani newspaper Nawa-i-Waqtreported: �Vast land near the Tarbela dam has also been given to the Americans where they have established bases for their army and air forces. There, the Indian RAW [Research and Analysis Wing] and Israeli Mossad are working in collaboration with the CIA to carry out extremist activities in Pakistan.��

The bombing of a CIA base in Khost, Afghanistan last December was blamed on the TTP but may have actually involved the covert Xe/CIA program to stage false flag attacks and something went drastically wrong with the operation that resulted in the deaths of seven CIA personnel, including the Khost station chief. The TTP was also linked to the failed Times Square �bombing� last May.

Responsibility for the recent bomb attack of a pro-Palestine Shi�a rally in Quetta that killed 54 people was claimed by the Pakistan Taliban, but it was actually carried out by one of the Xe covert cells in the country, acting in concert with the CIA, Israeli Mossad, and Indian Research and Analysis Wing (RAW). The ultimate goal is to destabilize Pakistan to the point where it has no choice but to allow the Western powers to secure its nuclear weapons and remove them from the country in a manner similar to the procurement by the West of South Africa�s nuclear weapons prior to the stepping down of the white minority government in the early 1990s.

WMR has been informed that any American, whether or not he or she holds a security clearance, is subject to U.S. national security prohibitions from discussing the U.S.- sponsored terrorist attacks in Pakistan. In one case, a threat was made against an individual who personally witnessed the Xe/CIA terrorist operations but is now threatened, along with family members.

Pakistani sources who have closely monitored the activities of Waziristan-based militants have discovered that Abdullah Masud, the reputed brother of Waziristan-based insurgent leader Baitullah Mehsud, was released by the United States from detention in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba after his capture in Afghanistan in December 2001 by the forces of Afghan Uzbek warlord Abdul Rashid Dostum after the Battle of Kunduz. Mehsud spent 25 months in Guantanamo but was released by the United States and returned to South Waziristan where he joined Baitullah Mehsud's forces and rebuilt the Taliban network in Pakistan's tribal region with the bllessing of the CIA. Abdullah Mehsud was killed with other militants by Pakistani forces in an attack on their house in Baluchistan on July 24, 2007. However, Pakistani sources report that Abdullah Mehsud was secretly working with U.S., Indian, and Israeli intelligence.

They were probably the wrong examples. In the early 60s Britain fought Indonesia for 'control' of Borneo. We won by doing exactly what Backwater and CIA are doing in Pakistan - counter-guerilla campaigns with the exact same MO, from propoganda to Ghurka headhunter groups.
