This is my suspicion as well..... this Taylor guy has refused to sign Divorce papers for over 2 yrs now.... you don't do that unless you are out for spite, looking for the opportunity to do damage to someone...

Keep in mind though - if you are intelligent, keep eye contact, know your rights and insist on things written and signed - you WILL intimidate them.
Also, keep copies of documents in safe or such. Maintain detailed diary of events with dates, times and names. Watch out for people suddenly trying to be friends the criminals input people. Intimidation can backfire for example exposed some things on Church of God Topic forum they deleted my message however, shortly thereafter on my computer screen there was message that said "Good work you deserve a break". I emailed Church of God criminals each and every time they flew in their cover up team from Florida. |

And, if I were a beating woman, I would bet he is one of those ultra patriots (sarcasm), that thinks Iran needs to be blown into the dark-ages, and 9/11 was orchestrated by Osama Bin Laden in a cave. I believe you. Yet you must be prepared to walk away should your family give you up. Even though your love is unconditional, theirs may not be, or they may believe the "authorities" and think that they must give you up because they do love you, and want you to "get better." Going from his facebook page and his friend's facebook page (watchman noyes) it appears the baby might have been released to the parents. There's a gag order so I don't know for sure. if it's true the HALLELUJIAH!, Now I hope they sue the CPS, the foster care family, the police, the doctors, and get the other two boys out of that abusive environment.

I just got info that Johnathon went into court as his own legal representation and presented a good case.
They won custody of their baby but there is a gag order placed on them.
To me this is an admission of guilt to get them to shut up!
But I am happy they will get Cheyenne back! Now, I would like to see her two boys back in their custody too!

Thank God Cheyenne will be with her parents! I pray she will recover from her ordeal with Socialist Services. I was so upset about her being returned to the abusive foster home last night, I hardly slept.  This is such a relief. Copied from a post on godlikeproductions.com : "There is still the matter of her two sons who were taken. Neither Stephanie nor Jon were accused of wrong doing in that case. A caretaker struck one of the kids, the NH state forensics lab cleared the parents, but DCYF took the kids anyway. They've already had a terminination of parental rights hearing and it awaits a decision. They want to adopt out Stephanie's boys for profit." The boys are in the same abusive foster home. Anyone who prays should pray for them too. This is apparently a nationwide phenomenon. |

Isn't *that* the truth ! First of all, the Irish's should be naming *their* terms:
1. No further prosecution (persecution)
2. All files related to the case provided
3. Compensation for Cheyenne's abuse (Victim's Compensation provided for in every State)
4. No wages attached or liability for the costs involved with removal & care of Cheyenne.
5. Attorney's fees paid
6. All Central Registry of Child Abusers records expunged
7. Return of the other children (if they can have one, they can have all of them) = immediately, no hoops to jump through
8. A letter of apology from CPS
9. Arrest of those responsible for Cheyenne's child abuse
I could go on...

They really need to flee...
They need to think what it would be like if it went the normal course of Cheyenne's return. It would normally take at least two years...
Then, reunification would take place. Then, two weeks later it would be another excuse for removal. Then, the baby would be put up for adoption.
