Immediate Action:
1. Start documenting everything you do and places you go. This is easiest done by writing on a calendar or in a weekly-minder all the places you go & what you do that day w/times. Account for yours & each child's whereabouts. If simply at home all day, state that. It can be done daily at the end of the day. Court-approved is the cheap journal at walmart wherein the pages cannot be removed.
Then, make all purchases when out & about with a debit card. At least make the purchases wherever you might do this -- make a $1 "something." Ideally keep all receipts organized, but in any paper bag will do. If something occurs you can go by the "day" and get those receipts.
Result? They cannot LIE and say you were somewhere doing something when you were not!

2nd Preventive Action
2. Take your kids out of public school. Home schooling doesn't mean you have to leave your job and school the children in your home. Find the home school closest to you in your neighborhood. {They'll get a better education, anyway}. Make sure the teachers in the home school are aware of their rights with regard to persons coming to the door demanding "anything."
Result: CPS has no access to the kids to nab them "at school" and kids "reporting" on their parents through the questionnaires is controlled.

Preventive Action is best. Don't wait until they ravage your family. Tens of thousands of familys are ravaged every week. Everyone who has children is "next" on the list for complete family destruction emotionally & financially. Per CPS's own official statement: "Everyone is a child abuser who just hasn't been caught yet."
3rd Preventive Action
3. In your documentation, make short statements about each child's developmental state (lookup online developmental stages of kids) & short "report" & what is done that day to further their development. A sentence or two will do. The "negatives" can be controlled -- Susan refused to eat her peas -- and what was done to help her...
Be aware -- *any* act of parenting is considered child abuse by CPS. Ridiculous reasons are used to remove children: child falls asleep in highchair, more than 3 meals at McDonalds in one week, child not allowed to watch those horrible cartoons -- on & on.
Result: Proof you are an aware and attentive parent who cares about your children('s) development into a responsible, functioning adult.

All familys have had experience with CPS now, on some level. It is like cancer, seems everyone knows someone who has it. This action is a difficult one, maybe because of expense & the very idea. However, OathKeepers should really appreciate the tactic...
4th Preventive Action
4. Set up surveillance "inside" your home. X-10 cameras that send the footage directly to your PC might be good as they are motion-activated, can be plugged in & color/audio. Put every 24-hour period on DVD for backup. Also, place a camera at your front door with accompanying notice outside.
Result: Fabricated false accusations of child abuse have proof "not true."

5. For children who are not born yet, please consider a midwife birth at home instead of the hospital. I have not pursued what this is all about, yet -- but, it might help.
Intended Result: No social worker pressure to vaccinate the child in their first days of life at the hospital. If one refuses to vaccinate their child (basically upon birth), the mother is accused of child abuse. Enter CPS & removal of the baby.
