Right, Whittaker Chambers was right. Alger Hiss was a Commie.
(McCarthy, though a demagogue, kind got some bad raps, too.)

"Sincirely" (sic) wan't wrong -- or crazy.
Just a bad speller.
I wonder what Hoover's response was/would have been?
I wonder how "Sincirely" knew Hoover?
I hope it wasn't biblically.
Who was "Nuts"? ("You must be Nuts.")
And how did J.Edgar get the name "Hoover"?
Why was the letter written on 6/9?

Here's the response: Both images are screenshots I took of the third PDF link in the first post of this thread.

That is fascinating.
I am not surprised J. Edgar didn't have the cohones to go after the CFR. This was the same man that said there was no "Mafia".
As an American of Sicilian descent, I have always found that cross-dressing "G-man" ridiculous.
Yes, there was a Mafia, and it didn't even hold a candle to the CFR.
One of them is still around as a functioning crime syndicate in America, BTW -- and it don't "parlo" the "Italiano".

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J._Edgar_Hoover
Masonic connections Hoover was a "devoted" Freemason and was coroneted a 33rd Degree Scottish Rite Freemason in the Southern Scottish Rite Jurisdiction. He was raised a Master Mason on November 9, 1920, in Federal Lodge No. 1, Washington, DC, just two months before his 26th birthday. During his 52 years with the Craft, he received medals, awards and decorations. Eventually in 1955, he was coroneted a Third Degree Inspector General Honorary and awarded the Scottish Rite's highest recognition, the Grand Cross of Honour in 1965 by the Southern Masonic Jurisdiction.[40] Today a J. Edgar Hoover room exists within the House of the Temple. The room contains many of Hoover's personal papers and records.
Honors In 1938, Hoover received an honorary doctorate from Oklahoma Baptist University during the commencement exercises at which he was the speaker.[41][42] In 1950, Britain's King George VI awarded Hoover an honorary knighthood in the Order of the British Empire. In 1955, Hoover received the National Security Medal from President Eisenhower.[43]
He was an agent of the British Empire in 1950. CFR was to help the British Empire and Bilderberg. Exposing the CFR to Sir J. Edgar Hoover is like informing Sir George HW Bush that illegal narcotics are getting into America. Still, as early as 1970, the red flag was raised and the letter is confirmed by the response by the British Agent.

That is true since WWII and shortly after. The "mafia" was older than that though and not Masonic in origin.
The CIA through Propaganda Due/operation Gladio infiltrated evey part of Italian society including (especially) the "mafia".
