GALVESTON, Texas — An emergency drill in which a shooting was to be simulated at the University of Texas Medical Branch was canceled after the real thing happened the same day on a sister campus 200 miles away.

[...]

The Galveston County Daily News reports the medical branch had planned a drill Tuesday in which a "shooter" would run into the Jamail Student Center and open fire. Emergency agencies and UTMB then planned to respond to test their readiness.

Someone needs to see if the patsy red teamer at UTMB fits the same profile of the patsy at UT Austin

**Planned agenda for UT FF: Only terrorists refuse IBM electronic slave collar

University of Texas Shooter Wasn’t Social Media ‘Addict’ Like His Peers

Despite a recent study by the University of Maryland indicating that American college students are “addicted” to social media, online searches show Colton Tooley—the 19-year-old University of Texas suicide shooter—didn’t have a presence on Facebook, Twitter or MySpace. In this day and age, Tooley’s absence on the social media landscape is an anomaly.

In fact, a recent survey by Ypulse Research pointed out that American teens and college students spend an average of 11.4 hours a week on Facebook, and 42 percent of them use Twitter. However, the survey also revealed that a little more than one-fourth of the students surveyed said they’re logging less time or no time at all on Facebook. The University of Maryland study, conducted by the International Center for Media and the Public Agenda, deprived 200 college students of any type of media for 24 hours. Participants expressed the most frustration with their lack of access to text messaging, phone calling, instant messaging, email and Facebook. Students’ responses to the media drought—part of a class assignment—showed that their “lives are wired together in such ways that opting out of that communication pattern would be tantamount to renouncing a social life,” the University of Maryland reported.

Tooley appeared to have renounced an electronic “social life,” but he was in the minority among college students.

They also dropped referring to him as a suspect.

He is now "the shooter"

IF YOU ARE A STUDENT AT A UNIVERSITY AND NOT ON FACEBOOK/TWITTER...RAND CORPORATION AND IBM ARE ILLEGALLY PROFILING YOU AND ADDING YOU TO "RISK AVOIDANCE" AND BEHAVIORAL MODIFICATION" LISTS.

THIS IS LIKE A NEW KENT STATE, IT IS F-ING INSANE.

Gunman at University of Texas Austin Identified as Sophomore Math Major Colton Tooley
Cops Say Shooter Was Colton Tooley, 19; Student Fired Rifle Before Killing Self

A 19-year-old math major got dressed in a suit and a ski mask and fired off several rounds from an AK-47 assault rifle today, sending the campus of the University of Texas at Austin into a lockdown before taking his own life in a library, police said.  Colton Tooley was seen running through the campus this morning as classes started. He was wearing a dark business suit, carrying a rifle and shooting rounds into the air. Police told ABCNews.com that the investigation had moved off campus to a "house associated with the shooting." Tooley was a sophomore math major at UT, concentrating in actuarial sciences, according to the student directory. Public records indicate that Tooley lived in South Austin, about 10 miles away from the university. Calls made to a number at that address went unaswered, but recorded answering machine message identified Tooley as a resident. Just before noon, a campus lockdown that had been in effect since around 8 a.m., was lifted, and police ended a search for a possible second suspect.  "The armed suspect is dead. No other injuries have been reported," UT President Bill Powers wrote in a campus email. Tooley was found dead on the sixth floor of the library from apparently self inflicted wounds, police said.

Hmmm.....

If I were a cop investigating this shooting, I'd be looking for any communications or meetings that the shooter may have had that connected him to the training effort at the sister campus. Especially a third party, who was connected to someone from the training but not involved in the effort.

My first instinct here is to look into whether or not the shooter believed that he was participating in a training effort that required complete secrecy and anonymity, and was then shot by either his handler or spme other participant.

There would be no “drill”, no massacre, and no need for integrated procedures between campus and LE authorities if UT simply allowed the students/faculty to be armed.  It is Texas after all.  Since it’s more important to create jobs than to actually address safety, to the population managers, the incident is always a boon to keep those FRNs flowing.

These "incidents" will cease when they no longer add to someone's perceived authority and/or raise revenue. IMO.

Please post comments on the agenda of the false flag (besides the obvious one against the second amendment) being the enforcement of IBM electronic dog collars in the following thread:

Thanks

what gets me is how hardly anyone was killed and multiple witnesses saw the shooter firing directly into the ground deliberately not aiming at anyone, this to me is interesting, if indeed it was a planned psy-op then you must assume the shooter was ordered not to kill anyone if hes deliberately shooting at the ground. it smells of an event to serve a purpose, scare the shit out of everyone again to bring in gun control, also the lack of casualties leads me to believe maybe the shooter may have grown a conscience at the last minute. the only victim seems to be the red team patsy who just could have been the single solitary victim in this entire operation.

They do the exact same drill all over. The same drill was supposed to happen at another University of Texas campus on the same day, at the same time. The patsy could have gone to his rendezvous point on the 6th floor to meet his handler after doing what he was told. The handler could have told him "awesome job" and then shot him in the face. Or a military sniper could have taken him out, no one would care about a sniper walking around during a drill or after a "terrorist incident". This is why the drills are acts of sedition/treason. They purposefully weaken the US defenses so that foreign usurpers can wrestle more legislative power and further destruction of the constitution itself. Or the red team could have been someone else because he was wearing a mask. The mask means that they could have killed the target before hand and left the body up there, or he was sceduled to meet someone at the library as well, etc. The target of this murder did not even have to be in the red team because of the mask. The mask invalidates everything about the student being the shooter. It would take weeks to properly investigate since not one witness has been able to identify the shooter only that he wore a suit and had a ski mask on.

The MSM Mockingbird program is forced to eliminate discussing such things or they loose their broadcasting licenses and are banished from any reporting in the future.

Drills...  and the real thing:

http://www.thetandd.com/news/national/a ... 9a988.html
A gunman opened fire at an Omaha hospital Wednesday(9-29-10) morning, wounding two police officers who also shot him, authorities said.
Omaha police have not disclosed many details about the shootings at Creighton University Medical Center, including the suspect's identity. They said the gunman was in critical condition and that the two officers sustained minor wounds.

Catapult that propaganda!
