What about this one? Fyi I will be putting these up in about 15 different apartment building lobbies on the wall above where the resident's mail boxes are. Should I keep it as is or add some more info?

Thanks. I made the 2nd one really plain on purpose because when people are in the apartment lobby checking their mail or whatever they aren't going to want to read a paragraph of writing.

I think there's to much to it. It should be something black and white just with what people need to know. Also with something that catches the eye. Also you should write on it something that would encourage others to take it make more copy's of it and redistribute it more.
