Here's a new one for today:

A marksman of Swiss special police forces stands on the roof of the Congress Center in Davos January 25, 2011. The annual meeting of the WEF takes place under heavy security measures from January 26 to 30 in the Alpine resort, and will be attended by top politicians, monetary policymakers and senior business executives.

If this is what chronic fence-sitting "neutrality" looks like, I'd hate to be on either side.

DOH! In fact I am and I do.

A supporter of President Hosni Mubarak, on camel, fights with anti-Mubarak protesters in Cairo, Egypt, Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011. Several thousand supporters of President Hosni Mubarak, including some riding horses and camels and wielding whips and clubs, clashed with anti-government protesters Wednesday as Egypt's upheaval took a dangerous new turn.

Psyop in full progress.

Quote
At least 14 whales from a pod of more than 80 beached on the New Zealand coast have died, with officials fearing others may be stranded elsewhere after freeing themselves on Saturday.

Department of Conservation staff were searching beaches west of the South Island tourist city of Nelson looking for survivors.

"We don't know whether they have managed to swim safely (out to) sea or whether they may have stranded somewhere else along the coast," department spokeswoman Trish Grant said.

Residents at Farewell Spit, 150 kilometres from Nelson, said the whales began beaching themselves early on Friday afternoon

If that is the question, what was the answer?

The Author of Dracula?

Sorry I missed that one.

I used to get "Armed Forces TV" but the State Dep't. cut us all off here.  They showed "Jeopardy". I don't get it any more.

It's OK.

"Charlie don't surf.  He's dug in to deep, or..."

But, hey, IBM!  What the point in "thinking" if you invented a machine to think for us?

I guess that will be pretty unnecsessary now.

Useless thinkers / useless eaters.

Artificial intelligence, artificial life.  Man the creator, becoming "God".  Got to be some biblical hubris going on there.  Seems like it is an invite for a cosmic smackdown.

I'm not conventionally religious, but it is hard not to see that coming down the pike.

Our computer overlord doesn't know Toronto is in Canada, BTW.

We're really $crewed if we let this buch of dorks get its way.

First photo of the Pentagon's Second Attack missile hole:

Look at the concentration of planted victim bodies in the back alley missile-hole where there was no jet fuel, jet parts, fire nor airplane! (the missile that made this hole after the  phony plane-crash, hit 9 seconds later, thus no fire, fuel nor plane came here)

Consider the chances as one in 3 trillion that in a single accident, that two separate human victims bodies in two different locations could have DNA bearing muscles from their corpses simultaneously be both sliced and diced off their corpses into two equal "standard" sized rectangular bars, and that both of those bars of meat could be tossed --- at the same time, in the same incident, from two entirely different locations in two entirely different directions at the same piece of dislodged wall, -- in such manner that one is hung on a protruding nail on one side of a corner and the other is impaled on the protruding drywall metal edge piece 90ş offset from the first.

Unbelievable, right? Wrong!!

THIS is all they found of TWO of(Caution DISTURBING & Graphic:)
http://www.vaed.uscourts.gov/notablecases/moussaoui/exhibits/prosecution/P200035.jpg

the supposed "plane-crash victims" snuck-in and planted there at the back Punch Out hole at the Pentagon on 911!

He didn't have the balls to bet the farm?

He could have beat that souped-up Commodore 64.

That's what's really a matter with humanity IMO -- not a lack of knowledge, but a lack of guts on the part of those who do possess it.

What an a$$hat!

Well I never thought back in September when I decided to start this little thread, that it would ever come close to getting over 10k views! I must be doing something right  Grin For anyone that wants to submit an image, and by all means do, please try to keep with the thread topic. My intention when I began this was to show folks a visual reminder of the insanity of the MIC. Smile said the man; you're payin' for it!

Today's aberration:

A formation of armored vehicles, manned by U.S. Army and Marine Corps personnel, stand ready to lead a convoy of coalition forces through the parade grounds established for the 50/20 celebration in Kuwait, Feb. 21. This celebration honors the veterans of Operation Desert Storm and recognizes the long standing and successful partnership that is indicative of our many friendships in the region.

These captions are priceless! Many friendships?  Roll Eyes

And why are we training new recruits in another country? Shouldn't troops be trained BEFORE they deploy, or between deployments? I guess they just rush them through boot, and then it's straight to the front, with on-the-job training? Yeah, that's disturbing.

A soldier uses a dosimeter to screen an evacuee who had arrived from Japan for radiation at Kbely military airport in Prague March 17, 2011. Czech citizens were evacuated from Japan due to security and health concerns following a rise in radiation levels around an earthquake and tsunami-hit Fukushima nuclear power plant.
