 WOW!,I haven't seen this before,you can see it clearly @ the 7sec mark,tower on the left.Its clear as day,once you spot it,you can even see the flash's & pops!

I think that has to do with the tags in the video.  The person that uploaded the video didn't put very many and one of the them was, "Jim".

Go in about 60s into this one.  That is an explosion of some kind.  It is clear, obvious and irrefutable.  You can even see materials from inside the building being ejected.

The air & materials being ejected seems to be too slow & constant to be from a explosion imo.  It looked more like something that would be consistent with floors above it collapsing or something.

Stuff being ejected from an explosion shoulda been quicker I would think.

It was not high brisance. You are correct.  It was not a shock wave, but rather a significant overpressure.  I would guess it to have been the result of some kind of highly exothermic event causing rapid expansion of the air in a relatively confined region.
