Probably doesn't come under satire but it is a comic. Alan Grant writer of the comic series Judge Dredd much of the ridiculous draconian laws in Judge Dredd have now come to pass.

The bit where he was asked what's next for Judge Dredd and he described real world things that are considered, banning free speech, restricting movement, massive taxation the presenter didn't know what to think. Also one of the earliest Judge Dredd comics has a mad dictator take over as chief Judge and he does crazy things like appoint his pet goldfish as his deputy and in a fit of rage when the citizens stop obeying him he orders the execution of everyone in Megacit in alphabetical order.

Excellent interview! It was so refreshing to hear someone be direct and straightforward and not mince words. We very rarely see interviews like that in the US on MSM.
