U.S. senator rips sign from hands of Ron Paul supporter
In the Chicago Tribune there is an article about the Illinois straw poll that gives results. But there is also a tiny blurb at the end...which grabbed my attention.

http://ronpauldaily.blogspot.com/2007/08/us-senator-rips-sign-from-hands-of-ron.html

"They frequently interrupted TV reports of the event and at one point, Romney's Illinois chairman, state Sen. Dan Rutherford (R-Chenoa), ripped a sign out of one Paul supporter's hands and threw it on the ground"
Yes folks, you've read that correctly...a SENATOR, one of two representing the state of Illinois has used violence against a Ron Paul supporter.
What also pisses me off, is the fact that the newspaper only used 2 lines to talk about this, when they should have made a much bigger deal about it.

If you wish to call him and give him a piece of your mind, here is his contact information:

No. There's a difference between a *state senator* and a *U.S. senator*. He's a state senator in Illinois, not one of the two U.S senators from Illinois.

the act is simply unconstitutional and ANY representative should know it.
the matter should be brought up as an act of treason, and this so called "representative" should be investigated for everything that could be construed as treason against the American people..
his part selling or "privatizing" roadways and public services,
moves against the 2nd amendment (in Illinois this is rampant)

this should begin happening everywhere, isnt it just cute and convenient that the anti-terrorist manuals mention people who cite the constitution or
advocate "policing the police" as potential terrorists?
that of itself is unconstitutional and unAmerican, the writers of the manuals should be wrangled into courtrooms OF THE PEOPLE too.
(not THIER martial law courtrooms with gold fringed flags)
