Pink Ribbons

http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/independent/pinkribbons/

The ubiquitous pink ribbons of breast cancer philanthropy--and the hand-in-hand marketing of brands and products associated with that philanthropy--permeates our culture, providing assurance that we are engaged in a successful battle against this insidious disease.

But the campaign obscures the reality and facts of breast cancer: more and more women are diagnosed with breast cancer every year, and they face the same treatment options they did 40 years ago. Yet women also are the most influential market group, buying 80 percent of consumer products and making most major household purchasing decisions.

So then who really benefits from the pink ribbon campaigns - the cause or the company? And what if the very companies and products that profit from their association have actually contributed to the problem?

I posted in another area of the forum; this is an important film that is being BLOCKED by TPTB from being available on iTunes, Netflix, cable networks, etc. The film has had limited distribution due to the controversal topic of ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. I think Alex Jones should have the director, Dennis Lynch, on his show. There's definitely a censorship problem going on with this movie.

Here's the link to a YouTube video where Mr. Lynch was interviewed on May 25, 2012:

has anyone watched
Conspiracy of Silence: The Franklin Cover Up, I saw it on topdocumentaryfilms.com

1. is there some truth in this?
2. is there anything worth learning/watching?

I just got done watching this. I'm not sure if there's a conspiracy, but it sure does sound like it, especially after the documentary ends & the John DeCamp interview begins. I guess more research is needed. Just remember, the PTB have the ability to hide things rather well!

In light of the Obamacare ruling, something came to mind - for those that saw John Grisham's movie adaptation "The Pelican Brief", you remember that the plot centered around 2 Supreme Court justices getting assasinated b/c they were a threat to getting the high court going against an oil baron who's interests were a threat to Louisiana's environment. One of them was a conservative, however he was also a closet homosexual who favored a liberalism agenda(environmentalism).

Kinda sound like John Roberts? Conservative, albeit a closet homosexual who voted to uphold the most communist bill ever to come to this nation?

Bush's biggest coup was his choice to be the new Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. John Roberts, a gay judge, is not only queer himself, but he's the infamous attorney who represented the entire homosexual community of America in the notorious, landmark court case, Romer v Evans (1996), in which all state laws forbidding acts of sodomy were declared unconstitutional.

Unlawful Killing

A documentary on the allegedly conspiratorial killing of Lady Diana and Dodi Fayed.

It argues that the British and French authorities have covered up uncomfortable facts about the crash, accuses Queen Elizabeth and Princess Margaret of being 'gangsters in tiaras', and alleges that Prince Philip has a 'Nazi background'

Director: Keith Allen
Writer: Victor Lewis-Smith (screenplay)
Stars: Mohamed Al-Fayed, Lorna Bennett and Phil Cornwell etc...

Well, Hollywood conditioning the masses to accept the AC is really, really heating up. Yeah, they've been doing it for years and years, but I don't recall the previous "Superman" movies having these subtle, twist deceptions like this one(not that I endorse the other ones)...

Exclusive: ‘Man of Steel’ teaser trailer gives first glimpse of new Superman
http://d.yimg.com/nl/movies/site/player.html#startScreenCarouselUI=hide&repeat=0&vid=30051313&browseCarouselUI=hide

Quote
The first teaser for "Man of Steel," next summer's new big-screen version of the DC Comics hero, is in theaters with "The Dark Knight Rises." Though in a unique turn, there are two versions of the trailer, depending on which theater you're in.  Both trailers have the same images, but with different voice-overs.  One (seen above exclusive here on Yahoo! Movies) features Kevin Costner as Jonathan Kent, the Earthling who took in the boy who fell from the sky and named him Clark. The other is spoken by Russell Crowe, who plays Superman's Kryptonian father, Jor-El. Both actors, by some twist of fate, have played Robin Hood.

Quote
Both of Superman's father figures give him their thoughts on growing up as a super-powered alien amongst humans.

Jonathan Kent (Coster): You're not just anyone. One day, you're going to have to make a choice. You have to decide what kind of man you want to grow up to be. Whoever that man is, good character or bad, is going to change the world.

Jor-El (Crowe): You will give the people an ideal to strive towards.  They will race behind you, they will stumble, they will fall. But in time, they will join you in the sun. In time, you will help them accomplish wonders.

Rev 12:7  And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
Rev 12:8  And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
Rev 12:9  And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Rev 12:10  And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Rev 12:11  And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Princess Diana documentary Unlawful Killing is shelved

Controversial film about Princess Diana's death, directed by Keith Allen and funded by Mohamed Al Fayed, fails to secure insurance for US distributors

Ben Child
guardian.co.uk, Thursday 5 July 2012

A controversial documentary questioning the circumstances of Princess Diana's death has been shelved after insurers refused to indemnify the makers against potential libel lawsuits, reports the Sun.

Unlawful Killing, directed by Keith Allen and funded by Diana's partner Dodi Fayed's father, Mohamed Al Fayed, was screened at Cannes last year, though it was not part of the official festival. It alleges that "dark forces" within the British establishment worked to cover up the true details of Diana's death in 1997.

Producers admitted last year that lawyers had warned them to make 87 cuts if they wanted to show the film in Britain, but the makers had hoped to show the film in the US and other territories to coincide with the 15th anniversary of the deaths of Diana and Dodi in a Parisian tunnel. Unfortunately, insurers have baulked at the prospect because US distributors might have faced litigation through their UK offices.

"Unlawful Killing has been sold all around the world," a spokesperson for the film told the Sun. "But there was a specific form of insurance needed by the US distributors to cover them for their French and UK offices. This proved impossible to secure. The film has been withdrawn in perpetuity."

Unlawful Killing – the film the British won't get to see

My documentary about the Diana inquest will be shown everywhere but the UK. Here's why
Keith Allen
The Guardian, Friday 6 May 2011
...

Why is the film being premiered next week at Cannes, three years after the inquest ended? Because British lawyers insisted on 87 cuts before any UK release could be contemplated. So rather than butcher the film, or risk legal action, we're showing it in France, then the US, and everywhere except the UK. Pity, because at a time when the mindless sugar rush of the royal wedding has been sending British Rrepublicans into a diabetic coma, it could act as a welcome antidote.

Paul Newman shows us what is normal in this legal system.

You would not be denying anyone justice with an outright boycott of the U.S. legal system. There is no justice. If you see them and you leave with the same property as when you started how are they going to buy beers?

'Homeland's' Amazing Wizards Forecast

Wednesday, December 5, 2012 10:53 pm

The hapless Washington Wizards' win over the mighty Miami Heat on Tuesday was so improbable that it could have been produced in Hollywood.

Indeed, some people are now wondering if the upset was already written and forecasted by one of the most popular shows on television.

A crafty Homeland fan noticed that the Wizards-Heat game played out in an eerily similar manner to a scene in the TV show. Check it out below, and don't worry, there are no spoilers.

Video inside link above

As you can see, the Wizards were leading by five points in the Homeland scene. The margin of victory in the actual game was four points: Wizards 105, Heat 101. But the gap would have been five if Nene Hilario of Washington hadn't missed one of his two free-throw attempts with two seconds left in the game.

For all of our sakes, let's hope this is the only coincidence between Homeland and real life.
