Fresno, CA is at the core of the valley's water scam. Cities secretly torn apart and rebuilt on top of a secretly-replaced water system. Annihilation of targeted property owners in order to "clear the path." The City of Fresno uses their risk analyst to lie to victims as they are deluged in raw sewage, leaving a trail of illness, infections, respiratory, amputations, deaths. Property is reconstructed on top of the new water system (haphazardly-clamped together - tied into the main line) without permits or inspections, property lines altered, much more ~ title companies record forged/fraudulent legal documents while altering the parcel maps to make it appear that nothing took place. Wilbert Swieso, former employee of the City of Fresno, claims to be the mastermind behind this operation. He has invested 50 yrs into preying on victims ~ including his estate planning/insurance clients. He gains access to their property with offers of
"help with home repairs." More deaths - followed by forged/fraudulent legal documents and insurance papers as he cites his motto,
"You can't live for the dead." He says no one will ever figure out what he is doing.
Reporting this nightmare was treated as the biggest crime of all. The City of Fresno committed perjury; prohibited reports; followed by death threats against me for exposing the operation. Beware ~ others are learning this technique of eliminating property owners ~ taking properties and assets by fraud.
