I made it to 2155(still going, boardroom to fire me soon), but I gotta say, it's gritty as hell.

I ran the simulator just like I live life.

It called it quits around 2186, kaboom. The funny thing is, I had no oil wells left(I did say gritty here)

I have this saved on my netbook and I play it often, its ridiculously addictive, and there are some eerie things like massive oil spills caused by offshore drilling, economic collapse, and choices whether or not to raid villiages and stage terror attacks. Depending on your methods, your civilization can last until well past 2200 and you can generate human-energy eventually, if you rig the game right. If you suck all the oil too fast, you go bust.
