I don't like the name "Constitutional Homeland Security", though. "Homeland" is not a traditional American concept, but is an imperialist idea used by the British and adopted by Adolf Hitler.
 
Just realized that the motto of Republican Rome was SPQR, Senatus Publiusque Romanorum "The Senate and People of the Romans". Note: the People had equal status with the Senate. Of course, as you know, the American Republic was originally modeled on this Roman Republic.

Itse supports House Concurrent Resolution 6 calling for states' rights "based on Jeffersonian principles." Alex also talks with Rep. Paul Ingbretson about the New Hampshire resolution.
