Instead of using HAARP to create hurricanes and thunderstorms.  The government should be using HAARP or contructing a machine to suck energy from the ionoshpere like Tesla wanted.  Tesla did not want to create death rays and weather modication.  He wanted to tap the power of the ionosphere for all mankind, so that they could have free energy.

But the government keeps wanting to build stupid weapons instead of using the technology to gather energy.

HAARP is simply a needle in a haystack. It is nothing compared to the uncanny demise of networks known as HIPAS, EISCAT, SABRE, and SUPERDARN. I have said this all before, but I will say it again. There are a number of xmission apparatus' that heat our atmosphere. HAARP is a small part of these, with the forementioned systems making up the rest. Now, there is one intelligable way that data is gathered from these expirements....

They are known as 'sondes'.... which relates to information which is relayed by soundwaves. Ionosonde, digisonde, radiosonde, Dynosode... (search), these technologies are the epitome of electron microscopy, along with IR... which is where SUPERDARN comes in.

Now.... what we have here.... is a mass conspiracy which is too deep for the average human to comprehend, apparently. Many exploitations have occured in our atmospheres over many years. Yet public acclaimation is still lacking. And this isn't coincidental.......

My point is.... HAARP is only a fraction of the puzzle. I have on many occasions released esoteric and priveleged information on this site. Information which has not been properly assimilated. Information which has been disregarded. What am I to do. I spend my time trying to help people understand, but alas, at least a year later people are still struggling with the same trivialities.

Simpletruth19- oh my ... Lots I would need to say here. But before I do I would rec researching zero point free energy in quantum plasma dynamics ... Also look through my norway eiscat thread for possible data your looking for in particular the Norway spiral and what was involved ... I hope you are not mislead to think 'haarp is huuricanes' ... Kinda complex this subject will get for average knowledge.

Please post a link to your threads and information

If you do that I might consider making a webpage with your information if it makes sense.  There is not much haarp information on the internet, I just think it is an extension of Tesla's work.  Stupid ass government agents would rather make a weapon, than do what tesla really wanted, take energy from the ionosphere.

Try to state the information you have on haarp in three short paragraphs.  Paragraphs that include terms that I can look up.

The norway spiral was not haarp project, that was project bluebeam or a stargate.  I go more for the bluebeam side,

Simple- I'll write something up for you.

And sidenote why do u suspect the NW spiral of not being haarp project connection? I have very clear evidence of collaboration of eiscat/Hipas/1989 Chinese missile test dubbed project tequilla sunrise... Please look through my haarp threads! You want these for what you may be looking for -

Well if you look at the norway spiral video, it looks like the spiral is being projected from the ground.  There is a blue beam coming from the ground that looks like it is projecting it.  If it is projecting it, then it does not have anything to do with teslas work which is more complicated.  Teslas work would not need to have anything projected.  Look at the norway spiral video again, it looks like it is being projected from the northeast section of town.

AMISR (advanced modular incoherent scatter radar)

http://cedarweb.hao.ucar.edu/workshop/tutorials/2005/kelley05.pdf

***very important info here folks...
...

AMISR is a modular, mobile radar facility that will be used by scientists and students from around the world to conduct studies of the upper atmosphere and to observe space weather events.

SRI International, under a grant from the National Science Foundation, is leading a collaborative effort in the development of AMISR, whose novel modular configuration is designed to allow relative ease of relocation for studying upper atmospheric activity around the globe. Remote operation and electronic beam steering will allow researchers operate and position the radar beam instantaneously to accurately measure rapidly changing space weather events.

When completed, AMISR will consist of three separate radar faces, with each face comprised of 128 building block-like panels over a 30 x 30 meter roughly square surface. AMISR is being constructed in two stages: the first face in Poker Flat, Alaska, has been completed and is already being used for scientific investigations. The remaining two faces are under construction in Resolute Bay, Nunavut, Canada. Future AMISR locations will be determined by a scientific advisory panel. Since each face of AMISR functions independently, AMISR can be deployed in up to three separate locations at the same time.

The “Argentine Ionospheric Radar Experimental Station” (AIRES) project was born in 2005, with the long term objective of deploying the first “global ionosphere plasma laboratory” exploiting the geomagnetic conjugation between Arecibo (Puerto Rico) and La Plata (Argentina). In those days, the “Advanced Modular Incoherent Scatter Radar” (AMISR) –a state-of-the-art incoherent scatter radar developed under the sponsorship of the US NSF–, become operational and demonstrated its potentiality for high resolution 3-D remote sensing of Mesosphere, Thermosphere and Ionosphere. AIRES was founded on the basis of deploying AMISR at the Arecibo geomagnetic conjugate point. The road map to AIRES was traced during a workshop convened jointly by Argentina and US scientists. It was held at the Arecibo Observatory, in 2006, and was attended by 50 participants. The workshop report stated three major action items: 1) formalized collaborations between Argentine and US scientific Institutions and founding agencies; 2) deploy smaller instrumentation while developing strong collaborative ties; 3) fully deployment of AIRES. Particular emphasis was paid to capacity building activities associated to AIRES, in both, technology and science fields. Accomplishing the action items sated in the workshop, a broad consensus was constructed witting the US and Argentina Upper Atmosphere community. In April 2009, the AIRES project was presented in an ad-hoc meeting between US NSF and Argentina MINCyT and CONICET authorities. The Instituto Argentino de Radioastronomía (IAR) was identified to deploy AMISR. A site survey conducted there demonstrated the suitability of this site and identified the main requirements to deploy AMISR: improving power supply and access infrastructure, and build up the AMISR platform. A variety of small instruments dedicated to upper atmospheric studies are being deployed in Argentina, involving a budget of U$S 2.5 millions mostly afforded by the US NSF. In parallel, a variety of capacity building activities are being performed, including interchange of US and Argentina students and the organization of the “School in Upper Atmospheric Dynamics and Chemistry” that will be held next October, in San Juan (Argentina), under the sponsorship of the Pan American Advanced Study Institutes (PASI) and CONICET. 30 students and 15 lecturers from US and Latin America will be fully granted by the sponsor institutions. Besides, UNLP initiated the process to establish an Atmospheric Science Curriculum for under- and post-graduated level. During its five years life, AIRES proved to be very synergetic for developing research and capacity building activities involving scientists, engineers and students from a number of US and Argentina institutions. The deployment of AMISR at IAR will provide the unique opportunity to establish the first global ionosphere plasma laboratory. The geomagnetic conjugation between Arecibo and La Plata will open unprecedented opportunities for understanding global-scale energy transport processes in the upper atmosphere. AIRES could be operational at IAR as early of 2013 (the US NSF has already approved U$S 2.5 millions for constructing the initial phases). Several Argentina institutions have committed their efforts to make this dream reality. Next efforts must be devoted to extract the maximum benefit from this initiative regarding science, technology and capacity building in Argentina. Doors to board AIRES are open and Argentina scientists and institutions are encourage to make part of this great challenge.

Alaska Radar System Aids Research On Space Weather, Solar Storms

Tuesday, 2 June 2009

Scientists are using the novel system to investigate the interaction of upper atmospheric phenomena, which are driven by energetic particles and the solar wind that cause spectacular displays of the aurora borealis, with lower atmospheric phenomena such as tropospheric storms and weather patterns. Remote operation and electronic beam steering allows researchers to operate and position the radar beam instantaneously to accurately measure rapidly changing space weather events.

(to control the interaction)

"The AMISR system is unique among upper atmospheric radars in that it is capable of observing small-scale and temporally dynamic phenomena such as the aurora and space weather storms. Scientists need to understand how the upper atmosphere behaves on these scales to adequately study climate change and other processes linked to the transfer of energy and momentum from the surface of the sun to Earth’s atmosphere," said Robert Robinson, AMISR program manager at NSF.

(it is capable of reproducing)

The article, "Coordinated Optical and Radar Image Measurements of Noctilucent Clouds and Polar Mesospheric Summer Echoes," by Michael Taylor, Ph.D., professor at Utah State University, describes the first detailed investigation of the common horizontal and vertical structures of radar and optical mesospheric clouds. These are the highest altitude clouds, which form in the mesopause, the coldest part of the Earth’s atmosphere. These high-altitude clouds may be an indicator for global climate change since their increasing occurrence rate implies a cooling mesopause.

A second article, "Volumetric Imaging of the Ionosphere: Initial Results from the PFISR," by Joshua Semeter, Ph.D., associate professor at Boston University, presents the first three-dimensional images of the aurora borealis seen from PFISR. Volumetric imaging allows scientists to observe in three dimensions where and how magnetospheric energy is deposited into the system that couples the Earth’s ionosphere and upper atmosphere. Without this kind of detailed understanding, space weather models can not reproduce or predict future behavior.

NSF operates other large incoherent scatter radars, including ones located in Greenland, Peru, Puerto Rico, and Massachusetts. The SRI-designed AMISR is the first NSF-funded radar system that was developed and built specifically for scientific research.

NASA has used the array to determine the most optimal space weather conditions for launching scientific rockets. Since AMISR is capable of simultaneous monitoring in multiple directions, measurements can provide a multi-dimensional view of Earth’s upper atmosphere and ionosphere in real-time, providing a unique perspective for scientific rocket and satellite missions. AMISR is a significant technical advance from systems that provide one-dimensional measurements along a single trajectory.

(to reproduce the most optimal)

Sojka explained, "The year-long AMISR data set contained the information we needed to resolve long-standing questions about how the ionosphere responds to energy input associated with such phenomena as the aurora borealis and atmospheric waves and tides. Only AMISR has the necessary temporal and spatial resolution to study this very dynamic region of Earth’s atmosphere."

"Because the very large AMISR system is configured in modules, the facility can be relocated for studying upper atmospheric activity around the globe," said John Kelly, Ph.D., director of SRI's Center for GeoSpace Studies. "In addition, each of the three antennae faces of the system can operate together or can be independently deployed in up to three separate locations. This facilitates comprehensive data gathering to increase our scientific understanding of upper atmospheric phenomena, which ultimately will help prevent the potentially large economic losses that can result from severe space weather events."

(Will help exploit the potential)

SRI's Center for GeoSpace Studies researches the fundamental processes governing the nature of the upper atmosphere and space environment. Experimental studies use incoherent scatter radar, satellite and optical instruments, and radiowave diagnostics. Under the auspices of the National Science Foundation, SRI's Center operates, manages, and conducts research at a facility in Sondrestrom, Greenland, and at the Resolute Bay Early Polar Cap Observatory in Canada.

(the SRI side of haarp program)

Advanced Modular Incoherent Scatter Radar (AMISR) is the first system to provide scientists with the technology necessary to collect critical data and study global climate trends from year to year. Scientists can now investigate the energy and momentum transfer among all layers of the Earth’s upper atmosphere, accessing critical data on the complex physical processes that comprise the sun, magnetosphere, and ionosphere. Data collected from the high-latitude atmosphere and ionosphere provide an opportunity for early detection of climate-change phenomena. Space weather events, which can potentially damage and interrupt power grids and satellite and electronic communication, are also monitored.

(reread that last sentence would ya)

AMISR measures 30 meters on a side and is made up of 4,096 antennas, giving a combined power of up to two megawatts. By phasing the signal coming from the individual antennas, the radar beam can be steered almost instantaneously from one position in the sky to another. This unique feature of AMISR is especially important for studying rapidly moving features of the atmosphere.

(500 watts per transmitter)

AMISR has enabled researchers to better understand how the magnetosphere and solar winds deposit energy into the Earth’s atmosphere. By studying radar clouds and aurorae in three dimensions (two horizontal, one vertical), scientists can determine whether a change in the upper atmosphere at one location is caused by a real change in the overall system or simply the movement of a plasma cloud that already existed. (Did the plasma cloud form here or move from another location?)

This is crucial for truly understanding this coupled system and to make predictions about future behavior.

Bernard Eastlund, who developed the technology at ARCO, has described his original plan as an opportunity to use the transmitter to shoot down missiles and alter the weather.

The secret is the beam-steering agility and pulsing of the transmissions. . . .

HAARP's phased-array transmitters are intended to "heat" the ionosphere, the uppermost portion of the earth's atmosphere, which is composed mainly of charged particles: "HAARP will excite these particles by injecting more than a gigawatt (one billion watts) of electromagnetic radiation into the earth's atmosphere, in the form of high frequency radio waves,"

The Eastlund ionos-pheric heater was different; the radio frequency (RF) radiation was concentrated and focused to a point in the ionosphere.

"Thus, this invention provides the ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in the Earth's atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled than heretofore accomplished by the prior art, particularly by detonation of nuclear devices of various yields at various altitudes... "

"Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens  or focusing device. ... molecular modifications of the atmosphere

As if electromagnetic pulses in the sky and mental disruption were not enough, T. Eastlund bragged that the super-powerful ionospheric heater could control weather.

The concept of non-linear is important in understanding the concerns of independent scientists who are knowledgeable about advanced physics and who warn against brash high-energy experiments on the ionosphere. Non-linear processes can change suddenly and unexpectedly, or they can increase in power dramatically. Some theorists such as Zielinski say that a non-linear process can under certain conditions tap into the background energy of space, which is also called "zero-point fluctuations of the vacuum".

a tool that can focus and steer the radio frequency energy upward. This makes it capable of hitting the ionosphere with a far greater impact than possible from the previous design of heaters.

...

HAARP technology is quite simply, an Ionospheric Heater utilizing “electron cyclotron reasonance” – meaning it creates vortices.  It is euphemistically referred to as “ionospheric enhancement technology.”

...power potential and beam steering capabilities to focus its powerful beam specifically on its intended target...

...utilizing the “electron cyclotrone resonance heating effect”...

Simply stated, chemtrails and HAARP clouds are apples and oranges. Yes, they may occur at the same time, and the last year or so, they often do. MOST of the “chemtrail” websites and/or YouTube.com videos innocently and mistakenly include all the strange, man-made, unexplainable clouds as “chemtrails” – well they’re not all “chemtrails.” I promise you that by the time you’re done reading this paper and researching the many links – AND LOOKING UP AND SEEING WHAT’S GOING ON IN OUR SKIES - ON A REGULAR BASIS, you will be able to tell the difference. I promise!

RAX (Radio Aurora eXplorer)

RAX is a collaborative nanosatellite science mission comprised of teams from the University of Michigan (UMich), Ann Arbor, MI (James W. Cutler), and SRI International, Menlo Park, CA (Hasan Bahcivan). The mission is funded by NSF (National Science Foundation) to study space weather. The primary mission objective is to study plasma instabilities that lead to magnetic field-aligned irregularities (FAI) of electron density in the lower polar thermosphere (80-300 km). These irregularities are known to disrupt communication and navigation signals. The RAX project started in September 2008. 1) 2) 3) 4) 5)

The RAX mission will use a network of existing ground radars that will scatter signals off the FAI to be measured by a receiver on the RAX spacecraft (bistatic radar measurements).

RAX experiment:

To characterize the FAI anomalies, a ground-based radar transmitter will be used in conjunction with a spaceborne radar receiver onboard the RAX spacecraft to measure the FAI intensity and distribution. The ground-based PFISR (Poker Flat Incoherent Scatter Radar) will emit high-power radio frequency (RF) pulses into the ionosphere to be scattered off the FAI structures.

The PFISR facility is part of the AMISR (Advanced Modular Incoherent Scatter Radar) system. PFISR is actually the first of the AMISR facilities built and operated remotely by SRI International..

PFISR has a combined transmission power of ~2 MW. By changing the phase of the current in the different antenna elements the radar beam can be electronically steered. This unique feature of PFSIR is especially important for studying rapidly moving features of the atmosphere.

Investigations of the cascade of langmuir wave turbulence over haarp (Alaska)

...
Theory of convective saturation of Langmuir waves during ionospheric modification of a barium cloud

a parametric decay instability was excited by an ordinarywave HF pump during an ionospheric chemical release from a rocket over Arecibo, PR, which created an artificial ‘barium ionosphere,’ with peak plasma frequency above the pump frequency, and a density gradient with a (short) 5 km scale length. Simultaneous incoherent scattering measurements revealed a strong initial asymmetry in the amplitudes of almost vertically upgoing versus downgoing measured plasma waves. We can account for this asymmetry in terms of linear convective saturation of parametrically unstable plasma waves propagating over a range of altitudes along geometric optics ray paths.

These experiments are aimed at cross-checking our ionospheric plasma heating experiments at Arecibo, Puerto Rico using an HF heating facility (heater). The plasma phenomenon under investigation is the spectral characteristic of Langmuir wave turbulence produced by ordinary (o-mode) electromagnetic pump waves. The Langmuir waves excited by o-mode heater waves at Arecibo have both a frequency-upshifted spectrum and a frequency-downshifted (viz., cascading) spectrum. While the cascading spectrum can be well explained in terms of the parametric decay instability (PDI), we have interpreted the frequency-upshifted Langmuir waves to be anti-Stokes Langmuir waves produced by a nonlinear scattering process as follows.

Carlee thank you for your observation, with a quick look I noticed the following...
Various other graphs are missing data or flatlined for oct 7 ...(induction,TEC) ... And on the other hand some graphs show continual activity for oct 7 (spectum, ionosonde)

But I must say what stands out also is the riometer, weird gradual downfall for oct 7...

Checking sun alerts they say nothing is expected ...

***so my first theory would proly be 'equipment maintance of some sort' without fully looking into various cross data...

Carlee- what do you think?... I hope you don't just look/rely on the mag graph ... As well as just the AK location ... Do you understand?

The Methodic Demise of Natural Earth

-An Environmental Impact Overview

 Dr. R. Michael Castle

Many of the operations we have collectively found in our investigations of this debacle have remained a secret, classified and not for general populace information or knowledge.  You must answer the question, Dear Reader as to why someone would possibly deploy these Geo-weapons.  Just follow the money trails.  We will yield all of our voluminous data, information and all references we have used in our validation of facts surrounding this Global atrocity. The recipients of this information must be interested enough in what we are trying to expose, the Human-health risks, the Environmental risks and the plain, simple "wrongness" that prevails. We must determine first if you are provoked to really care, because the research and development of this information for a Major Media whistle-blowing expose will require passion and dedication.   Our research work has spanned almost five years of....watching and discovering, with disgust, the scenarios which follow.

This is not a small task.....but the Mission is simple.  Expose and Stop the Methodic Demolition of our Natural Earth and its inhabitants.

These Global-Warming Mitigation Strategies, UV Mitigation and the cessation of the effects of Atmospheric Greenhouse-gases were given a commonality by Teller, et al, and this was the use of a sub-micron particulate.  Barium, Aluminum, Thorium, Selenium were to be processed into a sub-micron particle dispensed from high-altitude aircraft, ionized with a specific electrical charge. ( BARIUM MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET )  We must surmise that ionization keeps the specific heavy metal particulate aloft for longer periods of time.  This electronically charged particulate matrix might also be the perfect RF control field. Theoretically, the heavy metals would block and reflect the sunlight from entering the Earth’s atmosphere and reflect 1-2% back into space.  UV radiation levels would decline. Teller also recommended the use of Commercial Aircraft as-well-as-Military Aircraft to carry out the enormous and epic task of coverage to the Earth’s Stratosphere.  We believe that the weaponization use of these technologies has been well demonstrated for a US DOD program entitled “RF Dominance”.   The US Air Force VTRP and the Navy’s RFMP are other military programs utilizing aerosolized heavy metal particulates, including aluminized fiberglass or chaffe are characteristic of current military operations.

CIA-led Project Cloverleaf was one of the initial “aerosolized heavy-metal particulate” operations.  Massive spraying of the upper-atmosphere/Stratosphere commenced.  The U.S. DOD operations soon followed, as the US Air Force became embedded in the overall operations, strategically.  The U.S. Air Force would also play significantly into the expansion of a significant Global-Warming Mitigation strategies in the form of Weather Modification and Geo-Engineering practices.

Federal Approved Contractors, FAC’s, were part of the research, Development and deployment aspects of these projects. FAC Academia, multi-National Corporations, U.S. Military/Industrial Complex/Corporations, became eager partners in this effort.  One in particular, Hughes Aircraft Corporation of California turned research efforts towards this endeavor.

HAARPs punches massive holes in the open-air column Ozone, electronically.  This is the basis for the Ozone Remediation/Mitigation Strategies found associated with HAARPs.  However, "patching" the holes in the Ozone layer has become a standard practice for US Air Force and FAC flight operations.  The US Air Force has recently, 2001-2002, resorted to the utilization of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV's) technology.  High-flying Stratospheric Robotic Platforms negate the manned operation factors.  Robots don't complain and never talk and remain, forever, non-union.

Welsbach Seeding and Ozone Hole Remediation sciences utilize chemistries that are toxic to Humans and the Environment.

Ozone-Hole Remediation - The composition most notably utilized in Ozone-hole patching is elemental Selenium and an Aromatic Hydrocarbon such as Toluene (Benzene component of Gasoline) and mixed isomers of Xylene.  Sprayed from Stratospheric flying Aircraft, films of this toxic mixture fall into the area just above the Troupopause, the Ozone Layer. Ozone or triatomic Oxygen forms rapidly upon the irradiation of the Selenium and the Hydrocarbon with Ultra-Violet/Actinic sunlight.  This is the identical photon/chemical reaction that causes Ozone Alert Days and is problematic.
!!!
Weather Modification - An integral part of the US Department of Energy's (US DOE) Global-Warming/UV Mitigation/Climate Change, Strategies.  Led by the US Air Force, as a distinct Geo-Weapons method, Weather Modification is occurring on a Global basis.
!!!
All of the chemical spraying operations have been conducted and deployed without public knowledge and not one Human Health Risk Assessment nor Environmental Impact Study has been submitted for Public and Civil scrutiny or for comments.  This alone is an egregious violation of Civil, Environmental and International Laws, with respect to Treaties.

Our ultimate mission is to develop Legislation for the United States Congress to pass that will halt, prohibit and forever abate the practices of deploying, dispensing or otherwise releasing any chemical into the Atmosphere/Stratosphere of the airspace above the entire North American Continent.  Such a Draft Law has been written by the Author, R. M. Castle, entitled: The Unified Atmospheric Preservation Act of 2003 (UAPA3), has been reviewed by other ChemTrails Investigators and seems to be the only method of intervention to halt these insidious methodologies.  However, the US Congressman we hoped would carry our cause, tends to back off when it becomes clear that the US Government is strategically involved in many aspects of the debacle.  We are not asking for this legislation to be considered, we will demand its passage.  Once in force, who will then become bankrupt?  We will shut down the HAARPs Electromagnetic radiation machine with UAPA3.  I would be very honored if anyone would like to receive a copy of the draft legislation UAPA3, for review and/or endorsement.

Representative Dennis Kucinich listed chemtrails as an exotic weapon in his bill, "The Space Preservation Act of 2001," H.R. 2977, introduced in the107th Congress.  Read the bill because it is a very good synopsis of every exotic weapon that is in our arsenal.   Apparently, there are many related intelligence, communication, warfare, and space technologies that use carbon, chemicals, metal cations, aluminum, and barium in atmospheric and space releases.

Chemtrails and ionospheric heaters are related technologies directly connected to the workings of space, near space, and atmospheric weapons along with laying down sprayed antennae for illegal surveillance and psychotronic programs.  The patent below is for a structureless, plasma antenna, but it is called a lens in the title.  Why is it called a lens if it is an antenna?  Is it just an antenna? Read the patent carefully, and you will realize that the ionization of the atmosphere can create something like a plasma channel. These atmospheric, plasma channels can be used much like an electric line to the target. Other electromagnetic transmissions such as microwave, radio, or ELF can be sent along these plasma channels.

We will talk about four active projects ongoing in the atmosphere across America now.(global)

-The first project is an effort to block the rays of the sun. The aerosol is probably aluminum oxide or a compound that would have similar properties.

-The second and most secretive project is the United States Navy's, RFMP, Radio Frequency Mission Planner, military program. The RFMP is the system name given to a group of computer programs and one of the supporting, subprograms within the RFMP system is called the VTRPE computer program. VTRPE is an acronym that stands for Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation, It is a computer Radio Frequency propagation program that deals with radio waves and enables the RFMP system to visually see the battlefield terrain in 3 dimensions (3-D) on a television screen. The RFMP system also depends on satellites to feed their images of the battlefield into the RFMP system to be combined with the battlefield picture painted from the ground thus producing 3-D images.

The VTRPE computer program only worked accurately over water and along coastal areas but not over land masses because the system's radar waves required an atmospheric condition known as "ducting", over land, to operate accurately.

The government and military solved the "ducting" problem by releasing an aerosol, a mixture of barium salts into the atmosphere over America. They made an atmospheric RF duct with a base of barium aerosol from aircraft. The chemical and electrical characterics of the mixture will cause water moisture to stay in clouds. Again, the aerosol sets up an electrical and chemical environment that supports RF ducting for the RFMP / VTRPE warfare system. Fibers with barium may support ducting. The mixture of barium salt aerosol when sprayed in a straight line will also provide a ducting path from point A to point B and will enable high frequency communications along that path, even over the curvature of the earth, in both directions. Enemy high frequency communications can be monitored easier with the straight line A to B ducting medium.

-The third project also utilizes the mixture of barium salts in the atmosphere. Weather control is a project of the U.S. Air Force and utilizes Nikola Tesla concepts of radio frequency radiation against the ionosphere above the earth and control the jet stream. The mixture of barium salts, supporting moisture, is encouraged along the weather fronts and manipulated in a control fashion. It is believed microwave energy is also utilized in the weather control program. Weather data is also a required input to the VTRPE program of the RFMP system.

The fourth project in the atmosphere is the DARPA, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, biological detection and decontamination programs. The program also utilizes the mixture of barium salts as the base vehicle in aerosol along with special polymer fibers in the atmosphere. They have released biologicals into the atmosphere in trials, testing the detection and decontamination systems. BCTP oily - water liquid aerosol is considered a biological decontaminate. It is believed that barium salt, polymer fibers and other chemicals, in the atmosphere are the physical irritants that are either directly or indirectly responsible, for the recent nationwide epidemic increase in cases of nose bleed, asthma, allergies, pneumonia, upper respiratory symptoms and a noticeable increase in arthritis symptoms, recently reported nationwide.

Earth’s Artificial Ring: Project West Ford

The first attempt at remote communications using the West Ford belt was made on May 14th, 4 days after the launch. At this point, the dipoles had not completely spread out to fill their entire orbit so they were much more densely spaced than in their final configuration. Using two 18.5 meter microwave dish antennae, Project West Ford engineers managed to send voice transmissions between Camp Parks, California and Millstone Hill, Massachusetts. The voice connection was described as “intelligible” and was transmitted at a data rate of approximately 20,000 bits per second– about the speed of a 1992-era telephone modem. But as the needles continued to disperse to their final cloud, the data rate dropped off significantly, so much so that by June 18th only 400 bits per second could be transmitted. On July 2nd, the experiment was terminated. At this time, the tiny needles were spaced about 400 meters from each other.

Despite its technical success, the ultimate goal behind Project West Ford was never attained. Serious scientific opposition to the project sprung up almost immediately after it was first proposed in the late 1950s. Though West Ford’s cloud of dipoles was carefully designed to return to Earth within a few years of its launch, a fully-functional cloud dense enough for robust communications might be a permanent fixture of Earth’s orbit.

Because of the great distance between the tiny needles, the West Ford belt was visible only in the first few days after launch when the spacing was much smaller. A denser belt intended for permanent communications would probably not have been visible except by very powerful optical telescopes. But, at radio and microwave frequencies, the final dipole clouds may have become scars on the night sky, forever obscuring the universe beyond.

For quite some time now, a worldwide hunt for ozone destroyers such as fluorochlorocarbons has been in progress, and rightly so. Yet American industry and government have obstructed many environmental issues and seem to be indifferent to the advancement and protection of life in general. This is proven by America's adherence to capital punishment which is glorified by many of its citizens and mercilessly used. The same arbitrary disregard for human welfare by its power-elite and their followers is exemplified by their acquisition of the new HAARP weaponry. Without consulting any other human inhabitants of this planet, their military is blasting dangerous holes into the fragile ionosphere and is thereby endangering all terrestrial life. These powerful people are taking it upon themselves to make these crucial decisions without concern for anything else other than their damned power-madness and megalomania. The ionosphere will indeed be damaged and partly dissolved by the HAARP program, thereby allowing dangerous, unimpeded cosmic radiation to enter the Earth's atmosphere. This alone proves HAARP to be an irresponsible project. Such insanity can be seen in the annals of human history but it is routinely hidden from the people. In 1958, for instance, three atom bombs were detonated in the atmosphere to influence the weather. Within two years following this stupid action, an entire series of climatic catastrophes resulted. Three hundred and fifty thousand copper needles, each approximately 1-2 cm in length, were fired into the ionosphere in 1961. The result was that the Earth avenged herself by an earthquake in Alaska that measured 8.5 on the Richter scale, while in Chile a large portion of the coastline slid into the ocean.

How Does The Artificial Ionosphere Affect Climate?

Certain advanced nations have been purposefully tampering with the atmosphere for some time now. Half a century ago their method of choice was the use of atomic weapons , but since then their arsenal has grown in sophistication to include the 'injection of chemical vapors and heating or charging via electromagnetic radiation or particle beams'. In a 1996 US Air Force review of the subject, it was emphasized that 'many techniques to modify the upper atmosphere have been successfully demonstrated experimentally' .

The abstract from the proceedings of a 1990 conference held on 'Ionospheric Modification and Its Potential to Enhance or Degrade the Performance of Military Systems' noted lamentably that 'interest in the [upper atmosphere] has been focused on identifying and quantifying the limitations it imposes on [military] systems, rather than on ways it might be altered, or controlled' (ed.: all italics in this paper are mine). Nevertheless, the authors go on to say that 'A variety of [atmospheric] modification techniques are being investigated, both ground- and space-based, to increase or decrease existing ionization or to create independent artificial plasmas. These techniques include high power radio waves, lasers, particle beams, and chemical releases'.

1. What is the effect of an artificial ionosphere on climate and the weather?

2. What is the effect of deliberate chemical releases of barium 'and more noxious gases' into the atmosphere, on climate and the weather?

3. What is the effect of 'electromagnetic radiation and particle beams', on climate and the weather?

4. Are said effects likely to be negligible - that is, unworthy of study - in the study of climate and the weather?

5. If said effects are in fact not negligible, then why have these factors not been scrutinized or addressed?

Past applications and future uses of chirped ISR plasma line observations

Copyright...1989
online 23 October 2002...

Application as a diagnostic tool in ionospheric modification experiments is addressed. The method has been implemented at the Arecibo Observatory and EISCAT. Examples of recent observations are presented. The chirp observation method has not yet found application in routine ISR observations because of lack of sufficient real time computing power.

Observations of the Temporal and Spatial Development of Induced and Natural Plasma Lines During HF Modification Experiments at Arecibo Using Chirped Incoherent Scatter Radar

Observations were made of the HF‐modified ionosphere over Arecibo during the daytime on March 4, 1987 and April 6‐8, 1988, and during the nighttime on April 13 and 14 and 14 and 15, 1988, using chirped incoherent scatter radar (ISR). The daytime observations show a difference in the frequencies of the HF‐induced plasma line (HFPL) and the photoelectron‐enhanced (natural) plasma line (PEPL) at the same height of the order of 100 kHz. In addition, the daytime HFPL originates within about 200 m of the reflection height (that is, the O mode cutoff), often within 20 ms of HF turn‐on, and may remain at that location for many seconds. A second HFPL source region was sometimes observed to form between approximately 1 and 4 km below the usual source region after 5 to 10 s of heating. During the nighttime, rapidly changing regions of HF‐induced plasma lines spread over more than 3 km in height were observed; the existence of these regions appears to be strongly dependent on HF heating power. At times, frequency shifting and broadening of the PEPL during heating was noted; the shift in frequency is due to increasing electron temperature and the frequency broadening to the appearance of short‐scale density striations. These effects continued even during periods when the heater remained on and the HF‐induced line was not observed by the radar.

Chirped incoherent scatter radar plasma line measurements

The detectability of the plasma line in incoherent scatter radar experiments on the ionospheric plasma can be increased by factors in the range of 10 to 50 by chirping the transmitter frequency and the receiver local oscillator at a rate matching the linear change of plasma line frequency with height. The method of observation is explained in detail and experiments carried out at the Arecibo Observatory are described.

Chirped Incoherent Scatter Radar Plasma Line Measurements
***1987...

Using a nonlinear least squares fit it is possible to also determine the quadratic coefficient of a locally parabolic plasma line frequency versus height profile. In measurements of the daytime ionosphere the plasma line was found to be enhanced by about 70 times over that of thermal equilibrium. Observations during ionospheric modification experiments show that on the time scale of the 1 second integration period used the high frequency heater wave creates plasma depletions instantly. For a scale height of 51 km, a plasma line frequency of 5.1 MHz, a plasma line frequency gradient of 50 kHz/km and a HF-heater power density input of 800 kW/m('2) the heated region is depleted by 3 to 5% of its electrons. This provides the first direct evidence that the heater-induced modifications involve Langmuir waves trapped in cavities, cavitons. !!!A number of future applications of this observation technique are discussed.!!!

...
Studies of the natural incoherent scatter plasma line

However, the techique is also sensitive to other types of waves. In particular, free electrons in the ionosphere form high frequency waves known as Langmuir waves that are responsible for a separate feature known as the plasma line. The plasma line is sometimes called the natural plasma line in order to distiguish it from related features observed during ionospheric radio wave interaction experiments.

The natural plasma line has unique properties which make it of interest from both theoretical and experimental viewpoints. The frequency of the line can be used to derive the local electron density many times more rapidly and hundreds of times more accurately than from standard measurements of ion acoustic waves. The plasma line also holds the promise of providing a method of obtaining the temperature of the electrons indepent of measurements made using the ion line, and the Doppler shift of the plasma line is related to the bulk motion of the ionospheric electron gas and might be used to directly measure ionospheric currents, yet the utility of these last two measurements depends on first resolving the recently discovered dependence of the line on the variation of the electron temperature with altitude. Finally, the line intensity appears to be sensitive to the properties of the collisions between the electrons and the surrounding neutral gas, a discovery which may be useful for fundamental research in chemical physics.

Falkland Islands Radar Study Impacts Climate Research: New Equipment Will Monitor Activity Which Creates the ‘Southern Lights’

Oct 22 2010

...The radar station itself is a group of 16 fifty-foot aerials which can bounce radio signals off charged particles in the ionosphere...

...The new radar joins a network of 22 such radars, the international Super Dual Auroral Radar Network or SuperDARN...

...The Falklands radar is funded by the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC)...

...It is a collaboration between the University of Leicester, which supplied the masts, and BAS, which provided the electronic equipment...

...When the equipment came back to the UK for refurbishment, we realised that we could combine it with a spare set of antennas and temporarily establish a station on the Falklands."...

...It is based at Goose Green, a remote community which was the site of a famous battle during the 1982 Falklands conflict...

TRY - best bet to see what they are up to is to follow the uni of leicester lead and see if they have published recently. I`ll get on that - I use pubmed daily anyhow.

We should all google and check out "SuperDARN" apparently it puts out real time data on the web

Might be wrong time of year for southern lights though since its summer down there now, but still more sauce for the pot

While im here - I came across this:

Declassified patents of the cold war and SDI

-secrets of cold war technology-

...The discoveries of Tesla properly begin after his development of Polyphase Technology. Tesla discovered a radiant electroshock phenomenon, the study of which eventually compelled him to abandon alternating current technology altogether. Tesla discovered this effect while performing experiments on violently disruptive capacitor discharges. The radiant electroshock phenomenon demonstrated the instant development of sensible shock and pressure effects at great distances from the apparatus. Its effects could be sensed right through copper plates, an obvious violation of simple electro-dynamic laws. When wires were connected to his discharge device and immersed in oil baths, Tesla found that the focused pressure effect could produce strong gaseous fountains. Tesla concluded that the effect was a new electrostatic force, and immediately went about studying its aspects to the exclusion of all other research...

...While intensity was the critical factor in producing sufficient power from his apparatus, Tesla discovered that the duration of each spark pulse produced different kinds of distant effects. His development of various mechanical switches gave him certain control over the pulsation brevity. When the spark pulsations were shorter than 50 microseconds, the stinging pain disappeared. Tesla then devised a magnetic arc disrupter, one which used the thrusting force of a strong magnetic field to pulse an explosive DC arc discharge. By adjusting the magnetic intensity of the gap and the electrical capacity of the primary circuit, Tesla was able to selectively modify the duration of each discharge...

SAEAC 45th meeting

...The Saskatoon SuperDARN group continues research with HF radars as the main instrument. In terms of scientific personal, Dr. M. Watanabe became an Associate Professor in the Department of Earth and Planetary Science at Kyushu University in Fukuoka, Japan, starting from April 2010. Two MSc students (X. Yan and H. Liu) graduated and moved for PhD studies elsewhere. The SuperDARN network experiences currently fast expansion with two new radars started operation in the southern hemisphere (Falkland Islands and McMurdo) and two new radars in the northern hemisphere (Fort Hayes, Kansas, East and West). The Saskatoon team has identified a place for a new PolarDARN radar (funded through the Resolute Bay incoherent scatter radar CFI grant), Clyde River. The group is actively involved in CaNoRock project. Future is discussed with respect to the Canadian Balloon Research facility that is planned to be built in Saskatoon area as a joint venture of the CSA and U of Saskatchewan...

-Atmosphere Science sub-committee

...Model: MOPITT is developing the 'MOPITT on the Sphere' as a visualization tool.
The committee finds it very positive and recommend to the CSA to look into ways to bring this experience to the other missions. A suggestions made was for the CSA to look into the possibility to enhance each mission contract to support the team to put the data in a format that can be used for initiatives like Google Earth or the 'Earth in a Sphere'.
ACTION: for the CSA to set up a demonstration product for sometime in the fall 2010 where the scientific community can be inspired and devise ways to effective use this same approach for outreach on other missions datasets.
Discussion on enhance missions data exploitation For example, OSIRIS data now has a great potential to be used to generate Essential Climate Variables (ozone and sulphuric aerosols for example)...

OK - So I have been doing ALOT of reading recently - and it seems that an aurora causes the "magnetometer" graph to show a "northward" trend in all traces.

If haarp mimics the aurora - then - stands to reason that if it is on then it should do similar - now we just need to figure which is north. I`m working on it (it might not necessarily be "up").

So, I was also thinking. We know when haarp was built that the company APTI (research division od ARCO) owned the patent.
They are an oil company,
They can apparently use haarp to find oil
They can also talk to subs
BUT . . .

It says that it can only shoot (and i do mean shoot - it is a particle gun) straight up or 15 degrees each side of straight up.

So . . .

How is it finding oil in the ground?

:/

Phasma- with all that reading did you happen to read what I 'recommended' in specifics within this very thread?Huh And do you understand what I tried to bring to light with you and the haarp program?

P- very good Questions. Can you define 'particle gun' in this scenario please. and may I stress just one thing at the moment 'This is not haarp the facility, this IS A PROGRAM using a technology of assortments suppressed to public that IS NOW GLOBAL. And sidenote in the above photo of locations around the world they do not include the Russian sites, this clearly states many things within itself.

Hey TRY - Yeah I think I get that haarp is not just an array in alaska but a globally organised program.
To what end though I do wonder.

Particle Gun - Sure, The HAARP pulse consists of two frequencies which are timed to occur one after the other to form a 6.25 second pulse which is repeated every 15 or 30 seconds (according to what I have read) with the first part of the pulse the machine causes the air above it to be "ionised" alot of free ions in addition to alot of charged and uncharged atoms which causes them to move around and "heat up" haarp also makes the signal spiral - like a corkscrew up into the sky - you knew that already - the next step though which is unique to haarp is that the second part of the pulse (which resonates at 0.9Hz) blasts the circulating particles - which would otherwise remain in the upper atmosphere - out into space to the magnetic field where they circulate the globe within 1 second.
It "injects" ions into the magnetosphere - these ions get stuck there. "for a very long time" whatever that means.

***well put, I'm glad we are on the same page ;p and I agree the alaska facility dubbed 'haarp' is a big piece of the program for sure, but not it's beginning, and not it's end... It's sorta the loop hole they have learned to 'fine tune' many aspects to all this. But we are getting to the bottom of it ... Whether they like it or not.
