For those that knew somewhat about Assange is that he shied away from the media spotlight, now he seems to be very accessible.

Pity about his connection to Iceland.  Sad  If Tarpley is correct, and think he is, then Assange may be used to demonize Iceland as a "haven" of "illegal" online activity and thus pressure them to comply with international net policy.
