Will someone please give me some compiled information and arguments against the use of vaccines, so that I can convince my wife that our kids don't need to get anymore vaccines!?

The Food and Drug Administration licensed a live-virus varicella vaccine (Varivax; Merck & Co Inc, West Point, PA) in March 1995. Prelicensure adverse events were minimal; however, since licensure and increased vaccine use, rare previously undetected risks have arisen. If no one knows the child has inheirited an autoimmune disease ahead of receiving a vaccine (or has the genetic marker for one) it can be devastating. But they don't test for possible adverse reaction until it is too late. |

Immunocompromised Children
Primary And Secondary Immune Deficiencies
The safety and effectiveness of vaccines in people with immune deficiency are determined by the nature and degree of immunosuppression. Immunocompromised people vary in their degree of immunosuppression and susceptibility to infection. Immunocompromised children represent a heterogeneous population with regard to immunization.

Live Vaccines
In general, people who are severely immunocompromised or in whom immune status is uncertain should not receive live vaccines, either viral or bacterial, because of the risk of disease caused by the vaccine strains. Although precautions, contraindications, and suboptimal efficacy of immunizations in less severely immunocompromised children and adolescents are of concern, benefits may outweigh risks for use of routinely recommended live vaccines.

Thank you infowarriors!!!  Thanks to our collective efforts, there are 2 more kids who WILL NOT receive anymore vaccines! My wife is now on-board! |

Now we are trying to find a local pediatrician who will not try to push vaccines on our kids. Are there any resources out there to aid in our search?

Also do not allow anyone to bully you all into thinking that there are vaccines laws and your children must have them--there is no laws! If your children go to public schools, each state has a waiver form you ask for it, because they do not voluntarily offer it to you. |

That's great news!!
Also do not allow anyone to bully you all into thinking that there are vaccines laws and your children must have them--there is no laws! If your children go to public schools, each state has a waiver form you ask for it, because they do not voluntarily offer it to you.

You are very welcome. My daughter (a mom of three boys) is very sick. A year ago her youngest got a live mmr vaccine and ten days later my daughter got what was diagnosed as Acute Disseminated Encepalomyelitis (demylination of nerves in her brain). Now they have "changed" the diagnosis to Multiple Sclerosis. She had a rash right after her son's vaccine. The neurologist (at first) said it was due to the live vaccine she was exposed to via diaper changing and cell shedding. Now they have retracted that statement. I say it is BS. Care-givers or people who come in close contact with those that have just received live vaccines are in danger of being exposed to the live virus. It's a FACT. |

PS: I would check out Naturopathic Physicians before I ever take my children to an MD!
I just looked at naturopathic.org and they have a ND search feature, and unfortunately the nearest naturopathic doc is 80 miles.  But thx for the suggestion bc i didnt even know they existed... |
