Former Norad worker Stanley Fulham said aliens to reveal themselves Oct. 13

   Former Norad worker Stanley A. Fulham said that aliens are to reveal themselves in the skies on October 13, 2010.  Some may have doubted his claims but there have been recent sightings during the week of, October 5-9, in Xiaoshan Airport in Hangzhou and Baotou of Inner Mongolia. 

   His first encounter with UFOs was during his military service in his youth as a fighter pilot.  During his service he said that his fellow soldier and he saw a, “red flashing rocket,” in the sky.  The object was not a rocket but a UFO.  After his service in the military he worked at NORAD as a radar flight control operator, helping guide jet pilots toward enemy bombers.  At his work in NORAD he also saw strange UFOs. 

   After he left the Norad he still had questions in the phenomena he saw when he worked for the government.  Having his questions still unanswerable, by chance he met a channeler, who helped him communicate with beings called, “transcenders.”  It was through these beings and the channeler that he received his important information that he is trying to get through to humanity.

   He said that the earth and the human population are in deep trouble because of earth changes (earthquakes and tsunamis), environmental pollution, international terrorism, and the financial crisis.  Of these he said that the environmental pollution caused by CO2 is the most dangerous to humans because the pollution increases at a rate of 1% annually and that humans cannot live beyond a CO2 pollution percentage of 22%, that would leave us 22 years before we are in dire straits. 

   He said that the aliens are going to eventually intervene to stop the environmental catastrophe.  He has written a book called, Challenges of Change, which he said his being read by Russian officials.  We will also see what happens on October 13th, but the china ufo of recent has taken many people’s interest.

Real or fake if they go by what most Christians go by, then they will present something to the public, be it a system, a robot, an alien, whatever. I still don't know what kind of "image" might be created that it both speaks and has some kind of power over the public. I don't remember who named the girl, Leonov or me -- was the intact EBE. Humanoid, female, 1.65 meter. Genitalized, haired, six fingers (we guess that mathematics are based on a dozen). Function; pilot, piloting device fixed to fingers and eyes, no clothes, we had to cut two cables connected to the nose. No nostril. Leonov unfixed the eyes device (you'll see that in the video). concretions of blood or bio liquid erupted and froze from the mouth, nose, eyes and some parts of the body. Some parts of the body were in unusual good condition, (hair) and the skin was protected by a thin transparent protection layer. As we told to mission control, condition seemed not dead not alive. We had no medical background or experience, but Leonov and I used a test, we fixed our bio equipment on the EBE, and telemetry received by surgeon (Mission Control meds) was positive. That's another story. Some parts could be unbelievable now, I prefer tell the whole story when other videos will be online. This experience has been filmed in the LM. We found a second body, destroyed, we brought the head on board. Color of the skin was blue gray, a pastel blue. Skin had some strange details above the eyes and the front, a strap around the head, wearing no inscription. The "cockpit" was full of calligraphy and formed of long semi hexagonal tubes. She is on Earth and she is not dead, but I prefer to post other videos before telling what happened after."

Hey folks, had to chime in here...I don't buy into the the new agy, groovy aliens from planet poptart crap..but, I do work in the aerospace industry.  I have never seen a ufo, but a number of good, very reputable people I work with have.  There are a few good examples that the skeptics don't seem to have satisfying answers for.  In 1994 or 96, not sure which, an America West airliner reported a sighting to atc...you can listen to the actual tape on youtube....folks, an aircrew DOES NOT do that for jollys.  Unless you want to chuck your career and livelihood down the drain.  Then in 1986 I believe it was the JAL crew over the nw pacific reported a ufo...it was backed up by radar, and a hard paper copy of the radar tape was preserved.  Likely not Venus being reflected off of swamp gas.   Lastly, in November of 2006, over gate "C" at Chicago O'Hare, uniformed crew, both pilots and flight attendants, mechanics and agents ( United Airlines I believe), witnessed a disk shaped ufo at approx. 1500'...after several seconds, it shot up vertically into the overcast.  If you are a pilot in uniform, at the airport, you don't make stuff like that up.  Again, unless you decide you no longer want to pay your mortgage.  I am not going to speculate what "they" are, or whom is at the controls....but something IS going on.

I do not doubt for a nano-second that governments around the globe have technologies that most people are not privy too.  Governments have been hiding advance technology from it's citizens for a long time--the stealth bomb comes to mind as one example.

Retired NORAD Officer's New Book Predicts a Tentative Worldwide UFO Display on October 13, 2010
A newly-published book by a retired NORAD officer predicts October 13, 2010 as the tentative date for a fleet of extraterrestrial vehicles to hover for hours over the earth's principal cities. Author says the event to be the first in a series intended to avert a planetary catastrophe resulting from increasing levels of carbon-dioxide in the earth's atmosphere dangerously approaching a "critical mass."

 A newly-published 352-page book by a retired Air Force officer, Stanley A. Fulham, tentatively predicts October 13, 2010 as the date for a massive UFO display over the world’s principal cities. According to the author, the aliens will neither land nor communicate on that date; they are aware from eons of experience with other planets in similar conditions their sudden intervention would cause fear and panic.

The book, Challenges of Change (3rd ed.), reports this event will be the initial interaction in a process leading to mankind’s acceptance of the alien reality and technologies for the removal of poisonous gases from the earth’s atmosphere in 2015, if not sooner.

The author draws upon his military experience with the UFO phenomenon dating back to WW2, and later, with NORAD and his subsequent life-long association with a senior NORAD intelligence officer who provided him a wealth of historical data relating to NORAD’s experience with the UFO/alien reality which has never been revealed to the public. In the military's view, as conveyed to and understood by Fulham, the public is not yet ready to accept an alien reality.

Fulham writes it is generally recognized UFOs function beyond our earth's physical laws, and has concluded answers to questions regarding who they are, where are they from, why are they here, are they a threat, and the mystery of abductions could only be found at a higher dimension of reality.

How and why are witnesses created?

While unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV’s) have been openly used in military operations for several years now, it is likely that the use of UAV’s in black projects goes back several decades. Any civilian or NCO who witnessed a UAV several decades ago would have classified it as a UFO. The CIA may have worked with the entertainment industry to ensure that if civilians did see UAV’s, they would assume they’d seen alien spaceships[1].

Reports of alien abductions go back to the 1950′s, coincidentally at around the time the CIA was abducting individuals for mind control experiments under Project MKULTRA. I believe any UFOs which aren't holographic etc are white pretty boy f*cks, slaves of the elite or the elite themselves, or simply prototypes of advanced gov't projects around the world.

Interactions/sightings/conflicts sound like they have terrestrial basis to me.

Neutral sightings/interactions followed by fleeing could be offworld visitors.

I'd be far more scared of earthbound gov'ts with TESLA technology (electromagnetic craft?) and nuke-disabling weaponry etc.

"If" an alien presence is coming to visit, with technology far beyond ours, of which we have NO CONTROL over, then the armed forces and intelligence agencies would not like to admit they are incapable of protecting our airspace, ground and population. How would you tell the public- "Look folks, we are being visited by: were not exactly sure who and they have capabilities far beyond ours, we cannot stop them, and we don't know exactly what they are up to--but NO WORRIES, things are all a-ok.--------Yeah right!

Bluebeam may have another more desperate use--to cover for this alien presence. Since most people would be terrified to learn we have no control over an elusive superior alien race, so it's an easy sell to the fearful and since belief in flying saucers is tantamount to being a conspiracy theorist/nut in the MSM (Why--peer credibility is at stake!)--So "they" say UFOs are secret government craft and part of a black op to scare people into accepting the NWO. Good theory with the assumptions that aliens could be real.  I am stating my theories on the basis that there are no aliens.  If this is the case then the endgame to what we see lately screams conspiracy and psy-op which could include the Project Bluebeam in parts, gives us clues to where missing billions have gone, why money is still being piled into the NASA Space Agency when the country is going to crap (I thought it would be the very first thing to get cut...I was wrong http://www.voanews.com/english/news/Obama-Lays-Out-Plan-for-US-Space-Program--90983264.html), and a perfect false flag to gain even further control.

Either way the OP is a good question to ask.  Obama's continued space program plan sends my head spinning.  Who cares about being able to allow man to orbit Mars at a time when the country is going to shit.  Why keep funding it at this time?  If there are no aliens, then the money is either being completely wasted or is being used to build these false flag "ufo" scenarios along with Project Bluebeam, imo.  If there are aliens, then the money should be in defense instead of orbit capabilities and missions to Mars.
