To play devil's advocate...

No question that the cop was being a jerk, BUT I don't see the point of blowing bubbles at the cops.  I mean, he did have a point... bubbles in the eyes stings pretty bad and even though you'd have to be quite the wus to have it "hurt" you, it would be an unnecessary nuisance.

What was the conversation like prior to what the video shows?  What occurred between the fade-to-black and "moments later"?  After all, she said she was putting the bubbles away.

However, a bubble touching you is hardly "assault"... laughable at best.
