FYI... The use of agreements to undermine the American Constitution began in earnest during the 25th Amendment first term of GHWBush beginning in 1981. That would be during the post assassination attempt Reagan years…

The FTA, NAFINA/NAFTA Timeline plan was hammered out during this period through the Rockefeller Foundation. The FTA (Free Trade Agreement) was signed on January 1, 1989… Clinton followed in ‘94 with NAFTA, Little George escalated the destruction with the SPP in 2005, and Barry "the Obama" Soetoro is here now as the NORTH AMERICAN UNION closer… and the American, Mexican, and Canadian people largely have no clue about this!!!!!!!

Why is the President ignoring the Constitution?

Why is the President ignoring the Constitution and the outcry of the people to control the southern border? Why has he allied himself with Mexican President Felipe Calderon against Arizona’s legislative action to hopefully stop the invasion? It makes little sense until you understand his intent is to ram historically unpopular amnesty legislation through Congress. Obama told Arizona Senator John Kyl privately: “If we secure the border, then you all won’t have any reason to support comprehensive immigration reform,” blanket amnesty.

Outraged, Kyl  characterized the President’s position on the border situation as “holding hostage” to push his amnesty package. All in spite of popular anti-amnesty sentiment, increased border violence, threats against border county Sheriffs and other law enforcement, resulting in the closing of state parks and border areas considered too dangerous for Americans to enter. So what’s going on? Why this unconstitutional federal stance and violation of Arizona’s 9th, 10th, and 11th Amendment rights and sovereignty?

Here’s a little background.  On March 23, 2005, while everyone was riveted to the tube during the televised euthanasia of Terry Shaivo, there was a secret meeting taking place in Waco Texas.  It concerned an extenuation of the NAFTA agreement called the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America or SPP.  At this foundation meeting were President’s George W. Bush, Vincent Fox, and PM Paul Martin of Canada, all signatories to the agreement.  Their signatures began the systematic dismantling of the United States of America, and it continues under Barack Obama, Felipe Calderon, and Stephan Harper.  Did you vote for, or even know about this?

According to Alex Jones, “This globalist partnership– pursued “in stealth,” without the knowledge or consent of the American, Canadian or Mexican peoples– is indeed a treasonous collaboration with foreign powers, and very much in the spirit of that which the11th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, is intended to prevent and punish.”

Social costs of illegal immigrants is often the focus of unrest over the unsecured border, yet the increasingly violent Mexican drug gangs pose the greatest threat. Even the Mexican government is rumored to be under drug cartel control. Unspeakable violence is now rampant throughout the border region, not only on the Mexican side, but on the U.S. side as well. This alone is reason to take border security very seriously. As yet, President Obama and his administration refuse to do anything that is necessary and constitutional.

A recent Bloomberg report revealed that major U.S. banks have knowingly financed Mexican drug cartels and facilitated money laundering without taking any action to stop it. And then there are revelations, even open admissions that U.S. troops in Afghanistan are not a eradicating opium crops, but growing, gardening, and “tolerating” them. Drugs from these crops are being shipped into the United States with little being done to stop their flow. This points to the sad fact that those in power in the United States, including the CIA, have driven the drug trade, not slowed or stopped it.

And the Drug Wars continue, and preys upon the American people. The alphabet agencies search, and surveil Americans, imprisoning and punishing users of these “tolerated” drugs. Through tax funds the DOJ and the prison industrial complex profits at both ends, thus do nothing to end Wall Street money laundering or cross-border smuggling operations.

It was recently announced in New York that National Guard will patrol American neighborhoods for the purpose of drug interdiction. Not only is the use of military to police the American People a violation of Posse Comitatus, but it is a symbol of the ultimate hypocrisy and treason that has been committed by America’s globalist leaders for many decades now.

So, the "why" remains... the reason is as it has been since our founding... for the unscrupulous to attain total power the Constitution must be destroyed; this would require traitorous acts as we have seen. The President in his unconstitutional actions is well supported by the leadership of both Houses of Congress, many in the federal courts, and the main-stream-media; complicit are they all in this liberty destroying treachery. So... the question for us becomes this... are we ready and willing to do what it takes to stop this government wide treason?

I snipped a lot of good stuff to make room, but I think I retained an important line. In dealing with issues such as immigration and the drug war in Mexico, it is not a problem that a simple solution could fix. There is a demand for drugs in the mostly law abiding population, which is in blatent disregard for the litany of drug laws. The issue of immigration is more of the problem that we find in Mexico's economy and social issues. The US dollar may not have the force it had, but it still is worth more in Mexico than the peso. That fact alone makes our jobs, which pay in dollars and entice the average Mexican barely making enough money to keep away starvation. The nature of both issues makes enforcing national border security a nightmare for all parties involved, plus there's the bleeding heart public opinion. Most of the people in the public bitch about how things are now under the current security situation. You can't please the people who want tighter security while making the liberals upset and getting lots of angry Mexican Americans more pissed. In such a situation there is no real way the constitution can be followed, even nearing perfect world scenario levels.

If the Feds since Gerald Ford, had been living up to their Article IV Section 4 Constitutional Mandate regarding the border, from the time they abandoned that mandate by ending the Bracero Program in 1975, we would not be having this conversation OR THIS PROBLEM. The problem will be solved when the Feds do their job, and a Bracero like program is reintroduced.

There is a demand for drugs in the mostly law abiding population, which is in blatent disregard for the litany of drug laws.

The Demand is created by the globalist media showing drug use as exciting, yet dangerous "forbidden Fruit"... All federal drug laws should be repealed, that power falls within the realm of the states only.

The issue of immigration is more of the problem that we find in Mexico's economy and social issues. The US dollar may not have the force it had, but it still is worth more in Mexico than the peso. That fact alone makes our jobs, which pay in dollars and entice the average Mexican barely making enough money to keep away starvation.

This is excusing the fact that these illegals are taking entry level jobs and higher level jobs as well, away from the American people at the profit, almost slave labor profit, of the corporations. If over the last 25 years the “FLIGHT” response to America of thirty million illegals had been a “FIGHT” response turned inward toward the corrupt power centers of Mexico… we would have a patriotic liberty loving ally in Mexico today.

The nature of both issues makes enforcing national border security a nightmare for all parties involved, plus there's the bleeding heart public opinion. Most of the people in the public bitch about how things are now under the current security situation. You can't please the people who want tighter security while making the liberals upset and getting lots of angry Mexican Americans more pissed. In such a situation there is no real way the constitution can be followed, even nearing perfect world scenario levels.

This is not about pleasing people, this is about following the LAW, the rules of the game, the Constitution. If the rules were being followed this problem would not exist. This country is designed as a Constitutional Republic, not a Socialist Democracy.

When we stop electing the media foisted corporate enemy to our high offices, and begin electing the best and brightest from the body of the PEOPLE instead, only then will the globalist nonsense stop. The problem in all of this is that the globalists in control of our government are in complete accord with the coming conflagration; we must become aware of this en-mass or we will have hell to pay.

You brought up some interesting points, which I can't refute one by one since I'm still unfamiliar with the quoting system. I'll touch on this one first, just because it stuck out the most. I agree almost 100% that drug laws should be either abolished as they are or given to the states for review. I disagree that the media glamorizes drug use, since many people make the decision to use drugs for other, less boilerplate reasons. I grew up mostly in the 90's and I heard all through that period about how video games were causing gun violence and school shootings. The point I'm trying to make is, that no matter what you do to find a root cause, there will be a long line of strawmen. You can say it's the media today and then some other thing will pop up as the reason tommorow. Yes, the illegal nature of drugs makes people do it IN PART but not in a whole picture view of the issue. Most people will see one thing when in fact there are a great many reasons for a certain social issue. Yes, we need better drug laws. No, it probably won't be federal but local that will enforce what laws and what penalties for what violations if any are in the books. Take a look at the Netherlands for an example of reasonable drug legalization.

Obama gains foreign support against 2nd Amendment

Virtually out of the inaugural gate, President Obama picked up the anti Second Amendment gauntlet and held it high on his first trip to Mexico City in April of 2009.  In a meeting with Mexican President Felipe Calderón, he promised to urge the U.S. Senate to pass the international arms control agreement signed by Bill Clinton in 1997.            

This agreement is titled the “Inter-American Convention Against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives, and Other Related Materials” better known as CIFTA.

Though signed, it was thankfully never ratified by the Senate. This regional treaty, was adopted by the Organization of American States, yet the US and four other member states have not ratified it, at last accounting. Among the notable sticking points are disagreement over the lapsed U.S. assault weapons ban,  cross-border trucking between Mexico and the US, and the ever present illegal drug and illegal immigration problem.

So now, to make this all palatable to the American People, it is couched in the rhetoric of fighting the international Drug War. An attempt to rationalize under the auspices of solving drug violence in Mexico the curtailing of firearms ownership in America. Blaming Americans not only as the market for illegal drug traffic from Mexico, but as the source of illegal firearms going back into Mexico. Yet, it is a well known fact that most firearms on the Mexican streets are supplied by European and Chinese arms manufacturers with little if any coming from, or through the legal arms network in America.  However, much of the arms, munitions, helicopters, armored personnel carriers, and other “policing” paraphernalia utilized by the Mexican government is supplied by the U.S. government.

With that said, if this treaty is ratified and the U.S. is found to be in violation of even one small provision — like the provision that would outlaw ammunition reloading without a federal license — this treaty would empower the President to implement regulatory policy, law, without the approval of Congress. A dictatorial power to be sure, that will not stop the violence in Mexico, the border states, nor will it stop the flow of illegal drugs into America. It will only erode away at the Constitution and further disarm the law abiding American People.

With his latest over arching attack on the 2nd Amendment, President Obama is blocking a trade deal between arms merchants here in the U.S. and South Korea. He is wooing the South Korean government into blocking the deal. To stop the lawful purchase of 100,000 World War Two era, surplus M1 Garand and M1 Carbine rifles destined for the curio firearms market here in The States. He is disallowing the return of these antique American made auto-loaders, the very first of their kind, desirable and useful relics of a bygone time — this is unbelievable.

This President will pull out the stops to block legal relic firearms from importation into the U.S. through legal channels, but will not lift a finger to stop the illegal drug and illegal immigration traffic across our southern border. Perhaps the president is seeking to get these World War Two relic arms re-directed into the illegal Mexican arms market, so when giving a speech at a future treaty summit on arms control in the Americas, he can  say in condemnation, that actual U.S. made arms are being used in Mexico.

Alexander Hamilton has the last word on this. He was right on the money when he stated, “The only constitutional exception to the power of making treaties is that it shall not change the Constitution…”.

Obama violates Constitution again; elicits UN involvement in Arizona!

In an unprecedented act of unconstitutional abridgment and over-reaching presidential power, Barack Obama is poised to call the United Nations Human Rights Council vultures down on the state of Arizona.

He is apparently not satisfied with his last 11th Amendment faux pas; the commanding of Attorney General Eric Holder to unconstitutionally sue Arizona for enacting a state law to correct federal inaction on Arizona’s Constitutional request for assistance. Now, as if that wasn’t enough 11th Amendment stumbling, he is bringing the UN into it.

In his report to the United Nations Human Rights Council on human rights in the US, aside from calling for U.N. involvement in Arizona, he leaps right into America bashing.  He points out what he considers flaws in the U.S. Constitution, then toots his own horn as the president who promoted and passed universal health care legislation, and ended “torture” at Guantanamo. As if torture there was the American people’s idea.  Sounding more like a constitutional destroyer than a constitutional scholar, he points out what he calls our human rights inadequacies — discrimination and oppression of ethnic minorities, women,  the handicapped and homosexuals.  Making himself look like the American people’s deliverer, our messiah — it reads like he’s stumping for election, perhaps as Secretary General of the UN.

In this report the federal government will turn over to the UN, control of all action regarding Arizona border policy. Arizona Governor Jan Brewer demanded that it’s new immigration law, SB-1070 be removed from the Human Rights report to the United Nations, which also contains the unconstitutional federal court challenge to the Arizona law, listing it as one of the federal methods used to protect human rights. Governor Brewer, in a letter to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton stated that the inclusion of the Arizona law as a human rights violation was not only wrong, but was “downright offensive.” She continues, “The idea of our own American government submitting the duly enacted laws of a state of the United States to ‘review’ by the United Nations is internationalism run amok and unconstitutional.”

This unparalleled call for United Nations intervention to cover federal inaction on the border, and spin it as a civil-rights violation by Arizona, is incorrigible.  Some would call it treasonous.  Arizona has been fighting this illegal immigration problem now for over 30 years, while the federal government has been doing everything it can to avoid the problem.  There are those who will say that the immigration situation is so vast that the only way the federal government can solve it, is by calling on the United Nations.  This is poppycock, pure unadulterated internationalist tripe of the highest order.  He’s merely escalating the Bush open-door immigration policy Americans don’t want, nor can we afford to have continue.

For the president to insinuate civil rights abuses as his reasons, is a slap in the face of the people of Arizona, and the United States. We have bent over backwards and been taxed to the hilt, to accommodate and pay for the 30 million from south of the border who have already entered the country illegally.  The president’s language suggests the beginnings of sanctions, that could escalate into actions similar to those on Iraq after the First Gulf War.  Sanctions that took a first world nation back to Third World poverty in less than two decades. This President’s actions betray his true loyalties, and begins the toppling of the first domino within the United States — Arizona.  To quote Abraham Lincoln, “This nation can never be conquered from without. If it is ever to fall it will be from within.”

War on Drugs? No! A Border War
on the 2nd Amendment.

In early September of 2010 I published an article on these pages titled "Obama gains foreign support against 2nd Amendment." The article was spawned as a result of an April 2009 meeting between Mexican President Felipe Calderon and newly inaugurated U.S. President Barack H. Obama. This summit centered on Mexican fears that illegal firearms may be entering Mexico across our common border.  

Revelations the last few weeks by Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms whistle-blower John Dodson, show proof that not only did illegal firearms begin entering Mexico, but for the last 15 months with the assistance of the BATFE, at least 2000 rifles and pistols from 5.56mm to 50 caliber have found their way into the hands of Mexican drug and street gangs -- all with the sanctioning of the U.S. Justice Department. This is detailed in a February 23, 2011 article titled   "Gunrunning scandal uncovered at the ATF" and is blown wide open in the March 3, 2011 follow-up, "Agent: I was ordered to let U.S. guns into Mexico", both written by CBS Journalist, Sharyl Attkisson.  A search on these titles will get you the facts.

Knowing a little of the background on this little Justice Department black operation code named "Fast and Furious" -- in operation, now 15 months, apparently without the knowledge or consent of the Mexican government -- oooh, that's gonna leave a mark, eh Hillary?  

Let's do a little "dot connecting," let's see if we can flesh out this operation that over the last 15 months or so has been anything but fast and furious.  Initially we learn that the program was to target individuals and groups who purchase firearms, so-called straw buyers, and then smuggle these weapons across the Mexican border.

If that be the case, why weren't the guns and perps stopped, arrested, and weapons confiscated when they reached the border?  After all the BATFE was videotaping these straw purchases, and the half dozen or so gun shops that supplied the guns were in on the sting.  Well, perhaps stopping straw purchases wasn't the real reason after all. There has to be another reason why the BATFE and the Justice Department allowed these guns to make their way deep into Mexico.  

What other logical reason might the the Feds have for allowing "Fast and Furious" to become "Slow and Deadly" -- could it be since these weapons were used  to murder literally thousands of people in the bloodiest 15 months in modern Mexican history?... Nah.

Does this sanctioned smuggling make it easier for the Drug Enforcement Agency and the Border Patrol to interdict Mexican gang and drug cartel members as they cross the border?  No, it does not.  In December 2010 while attempting to stop cartel members crossing our border, a shoot-out erupted in which Border Agent Brian Terry was killed.  Two of the weapons found on the invaders were from the straw purchases. This is when BATFE agent John Dodson decided to blow the whistle.

At almost exactly the same time as Dodson's revelations were becoming public the news exploded with, 'Gunman Kills and Wounds dozens in Arizona Safeway Shootings.' With that, Dodson's BATFE expose was obfuscated.

The question is, were the shootings a cover-up? If so it succeeded.  We are finding now the likely purpose for allowing thousands of American firearms, smuggled in and used in the killing of thousands of Mexicans, is to get the Mexicans People on board with Obama, and other anti-Seconders, fighting to destroy the Second Amendment -- even if they have to create a REAL War across the Mexican border to do it.

Hoping to score a major prosecution of Mexican drug lords, federal prosecutors and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives permitted hundreds of guns to be purchased and retained by suspected straw buyers with the expectation they might cross the border and even be used in crimes while the case was being built, according to documents and interviews.

The decision — part of a Phoenix-based operation code named “Fast and Furious” — was met by strong objections from some front-line agents who feared they were allowing weapons like AK-47s to “walk” into the hands of drug lords and gun runners, internal agency memos show. Indeed, scores of the weapons came back quickly traced to criminal activity.

One of those front-line agents who objected, John Dodson, 39, told the Center for Public Integrity that these guns “are going to be turning up in crimes on both sides of the border for decades.” Dodson said in an interview that “with the number of guns we let walk, we’ll never know how many people were killed, raped, robbed … there is nothing we can do to round up those guns. They are gone.”

Dodson has taken his misgivings to the Senate Judiciary Committee as a whistleblower after his concerns were dismissed by his supervisors and initially ignored by the Justice Department’s inspector general.

Sen. Charles Grassley, the panel’s top Republican — who is spearheading a probe of ATF’s actions – said “it’s time to step back” and examine the policy. Two of the guns involved in the sting operation turned up at the scene of a fatal shooting of a U.S. agent.

The Justice Department said today that Attorney General Eric Holder has asked the department’s acting inspector general to evaluate the concerns about ATF’s investigative tactics.

This may of course be their plan, or one of them to be tested and was talked about a lot on PP and infowars when the SPP/NAU was first signed in 2005... six years ago the 23rd of this month (3/23/11)...

The question for the globalists was this, how do we provoke a broader incident between the US and Mexico large enough to warrant China coming in on the side of Mexico... which they will do should this less than likely HUGE incident occur.

Ground zero for all of this incremental merging take over is and for a while has been Arizona.  A lot of us have been onto this globalist plan since before NAFTA/GATT... but the 2005/06 SPP/NAU meetings were the real attention getters...  Beginning on the ground, with the MCDC and Minute Man project which were merely volunteer early warning system organizations for the undermanned Border Patrol. They were demonized badly in the first direct media salvos fired at our border and the people who want it protected.  Yet only one MSM reporter fired back supporting greater security and exposing the SPP, this was Lou Dobbs.

Then in early 2009 the BATFE comes along and accelerates the poorly thought out, (or was it) pre-existing "Stealth gun running" plan, all without Mexican sanction (or was it) but fully blessed by the US Department of Justice and full knowledge of Eric Holder.

The result was inevitable, border-men were going to get killed with the guns, and someone was going to blow the whistle. The Loughtner shootings false-flag was an attempt to hide the BATFE involvement. However whistle blowers loudly speaking out, one fearless agent was talking to the media, John Dodson... and as we find out now, many involved have been against this plan from the beginning.

So what happens to cover it all up, we get these horrid news headlines,  Lone Gunman kills and wounds dozens in Arizona Safeway Shootings. A pro 2nd Amendment Congressional Representative and a dozen others are maimed and a half dozen are killed, including Judge John Roll, the most pro 2nd Amendment Constitutional federal judge in the Southwest, bar-none.

When put together these two OPS take a direct shot at the peoples right to keep and bear arms... Together they cover up the fact the DOJ is arming Mexican street gangs and drug lords against us. How convenient for the globies.

Are we going to wait until the mercenaries are full force inside our borders, or are we going to blow this thing wide open NOW with this opportunity to expose and stop the whole agenda... this is the keystone that will bring their whole agenda crashing down.

I'm amazed at the courage displayed by the local Mexican police, fighting against all odds to protect their unarmed border-state populations from the marauding terrorist gangs, heavily armed and aided by two governments -- one having already disarmed the Mexican people, while the other moves at break-neck speed in disarming the people of the United States. These Mexican cops are the canaries in the coal mine. They are the early warning system alerting danger at our common border. Unlike local law officers here in the States, who are lucky to be backed by an armed populace the local Mexican police have no such luxury. I think it's about time we start paying attention to what is happening on the border, instead of pooh-poohing the border news as inconsequential. We got us some border problems folks, so please lend an eye.

Yesterday, news broke concerning the disappearance of the police chief of a small town outside Ciudad Juarez called Praxedis Guadalupe Guerrero.   Chief Marisol Valles Garcia, a 20 year old college criminology student, who was the only one in the small town left that qualified for the position, or would take the position back in October of 2010, has gone missing. An unidentified relative told sources that she left quickly to seek asylum in the US for herself and her 8 month old son. This following some very serious death threats from local gang members. It's been almost a week now and no word at all on her whereabouts.  Authorities deny reports the Mexican police chief has fled.

Ms Garcia is not the first police chief to disappear from a small town outlying the border state of Chihuahua's biggest city, Ciudad Juarez, situated just across the Rio Grande from El Paso Texas. It's also Mexico's murder capital with 3100 killings in 2010 alone. Just before Christmas 2010 in the town of Guadalupe Distrito Bravos, about 45 minutes from Juarez, 3.1 miles from the border, police chief Erika Gándara, 28 was violently abducted from her home. Erika Gándara is still missing -- she was the last holdout of what in the summer of 2009 had been a functioning 12 officer force... Just like in the nearby town of Praxedis Guadalupe Guerrero reported earlier, the police force exterminating violence started at the time BATFE Gun-running operation "Fast and Furious" was initiated. Coincidence?

Another female police chief killed was Hermila Garcia on Nov. 29, 2010 in Meoqui, a town about 43 miles from Chihuahua City, the state capital, she was the first female police chief violently murdered in Mexico. There are 4 women police chiefs still sitting in the state of Chihuahua, but for how long I wonder... without an armed population willing to protect themselves against the high powered weapons the BATFE is allowing the gangs to smuggle, Things look bleak, especially considering the "More of the Same" meeting last week as Obama and Calderon Discuss the Violence:

"President Barack Obama met with Mexican President Felipe Calderon on Thursday to extend their collaboration on combating drug violence. During the joint news conference at the White House, Obama said that he would speed up aid from the U.S. meant to train and equip Mexican forces, but he also acknowledged that the countries should make a greater effort to keep that aid out of the hands of the drug cartels.

"We are very mindful that the battle President Calderon is fighting inside of Mexico is not just his battle, it's also ours," said the president.  "We have to take responsibility just as he's taken responsibility."

The meeting came just weeks after U.S. Immigration and Customs Agent Jaime Zapata was shot to death in northern Mexico with a gun smuggled into the U.S. "One of the BATFE "Fast and Furious" let-them-walk guns.

Obama, McCain, Biden, Holder, Clinton, heck... the whole rascally bunch in Washington, and all the federal wannabees in state governments, would have us totally disarmed and unprotected, completely defenseless in a New York second. It's this very bunch, Barry and his gang of Chicago thugs, who through the BATFE have been arming the "drug gangs" -- so Filepe "the despot" Calderon can use our Foreign Aid Dollars -- our taxes, to build up his army and supposedly go after and stop the gangs?

Many of the so-called "drug gangs"  are not drug gangs at all, they are fighters in the 20 year old war for Mexican Liberty against a corrupt and despotic government. A government that supports, and is supported by an equally despotic, corporate-rogue, the fraudulent US federal government. The media wrongly blends and mixes the Liberty fighters in with the "drug gangs. Which makes the drug war seem much more ominous and huge, when not all of the violence is drug related, yet a majority of the border town violence is globalist terror related with border control as the object. You can easily tell the difference between the gangs and the anti-Despot Freedom Fighters by who they put in the cross-hairs. The Mexican liberty fighters target corrupt fat-cat politicians, federales, and highly placed officers, military, and elites who are loyal to the Despot, in and around Mexico city and the surrounding southern states.

The "drug gangs,"  the terrorist weasels -- they kill small town police and town folks terrorize families and wipe out small rural towns in the border states along the main routes that connect with the United states, and even snipe across the border. These are the gunmen that are being armed by the BATFE -- they are really the NWO shock troops amassing along the border. They use the agency smuggled arms to kill some folks in this little town... then smuggle some coke or crank across a few miles away, killing a border agent or two. Then they move to another unprotected little town and behead a few there, after raping and sodomizing them for a few days -- just biding their time -- just awaiting the word, when Martial Law is declared in America, and the Constitution comes crashing DOWN. Let's not allow this to happen!

As police chief of a small Mexican town caught up the country's drug wars, Marisol Valles García hoped that turning a blind eye on the criminals would keep her safe. But just five months after taking up the post she is in hiding in the US, where she has applied for asylum.

"Her neutrality was not allowed," Gustavo De La Rosa, a local human rights ombudsman, said. "It sounds like this stemmed from some new capo taking over the territory and demanding absolute unconditionality."

A 20-year-old criminology student with a small baby, Valles became an international media sensation last October when she was named police chief of Praxedis G Guerrero in the Juárez valley, just over the border from Texas.

As a local police chief she had no legal obligation to deal with large-scale drugs crimes, which are primarily investigated by federal authorities. But she became a symbol of resistance to the view that community life was now impossible in much of Mexico...

Last week, Alex was mobile broadcasting from less than 15 mile across the border from one of the most lawless Mexican towns I wrote about. There, law enforcement were forced either or quit or they were slain by the federally armed "Drug Gangs" now in control... this was a year ago...

"The president has directed us to take action to fight these cartels and Attorney General Holder and I are taking several new and aggressive steps as part of the administration's comprehensive plan. These steps include the following:

DOJ's Drug Enforcement Administration which already has the largest U.S. drug enforcement presence in Mexico, with eleven offices in that country displacing sixteen new DEA positions in southwest border field operations; specifically to target Mexican trafficking and associated violence. The DEA has also deployed four new mobile enforcement teams to specifically target Mexican methamphetamine trafficking both along the border and in U.S. cities impacted by the cartels.

DOJ's Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco firearms and explosives, is increasing it's efforts by adding thirty-seven new employees in three new field offices using ten million dollars in Recovery Act funds, and redeploying 100 personnel to the southwest border in the next 45 days to fortify Project Gun-Runner which is aimed at disrupting Arms trafficking between the United States and Mexico. ATF is doubling it's presence in Mexico itself, from five to nine personnel working with the Mexicans separately to specifically facilitate gun tracing, an activity which targets illegal weapons and their sources in the United States."

This is certainly contradictory to Eric Holder’s testimony. He stated he only learned of the operation in the last few weeks.

Actually, no... Government is instituted to guard and protect culture or society... So in this sentence, government and guards mean the same thing.

The gist of the clause calls for the provision of new protection after throwing off the old government when it becomes predatory upon the people and or destructive of the culture. Government by definition is instituted by men to protect the people and the culture, not to prey upon them or to manipulate or determine the culture. Perfect government is merely "Organized Justice" as Bastiat points out. It's maintenance requires constant vigilance by the people themselves in order to keep it within it's protective boundaries.

The agents of good conscience in the BATFE and the Border Patrol, began questioning the orders allowing guns to walk across the border in operation "Gun-Walker," after one was used to murder Border Agent Brian Terry on December 15, 2010.

Within 2 weeks, BATFE Special Agent John Dodson began blowing the whistle, yet, before the story could grow legs, on January 8, 2011 MKULTRA tool Jared Loughner opened up with a 9mm Glock at a Tucson political rally. He killed Judge John Roll, political aide Gabe Zimmerman and four others. He tragically wounded Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and twelve others also.  

This event took the wind from the sails of "Fast and Furious" for over 2 months... the usurpers were hoping F&F would drop into the memory hole. It didn't disappear thanks to agent John Dodson who didn't desire to end up missing in the desert somewhere, so he kept blowing that whistle.

These events illustrate without doubt that the federal government is not our federal government, but a clever enemy, a foreign cartel, a usurping alien pod that must be exposed to the light and then destroyed.

Most of the sites relating to the FTA/NAFTA, NAFINA, SPP/NAU have been taken down, along with many of the mirror sites which are also no longer active or have been sanitized for the general public. This is no doubt to make us all think that the idea of a North American Union and their plan for an eventual economic world dictatorship has downsized or has disappeared also... well, we know none of this is true. The only portion of the signed agreement I could find was the last page which holds the signatures of the "representatives" of the three countries from the March 23, 2005 agreement... No heads of state were signers however, here in America the president's signature on such a document without a debate in congress would be seen as blatant treason.

The signature of Secretary of Homeland "Treason",  Michael "the body scan peddler" Chertoff however, is seen at the top left... The term "...for our citizens" in the portion of the text on the top left in the image above does not refer to the common folks of the three countries "represented"... nor the eventual 90+% of the world's population that must be "eliminated" so these knights of the NWO can realize their despotic Orwellian nightmare...

-- it funds drug eradication efforts, but only in FARC-EP and ELN areas; government-controlled ones are exempt; trafficking is big business; laundering drugs money reaps huge profits for major US and regional banks; the CIA has also been linked to the trade for decades, especially since the 1980s; after Afghanistan's invasion and occupation, opium harvests set records - mostly from areas controlled by US-allied "warlords;" the Taliban's drug eradication program was one reason it was targeted; Colombia's drug eradication is horrific; it causes ecological devastation; crop and forest destruction; lives and livelihoods lost; large areas chemically contaminated; bottom line of the program - record amounts of Colombian cocaine reach US and world markets; trafficking is more profitable than ever; so is big business thanks to paramilitary terror;

-- it's to topple the FARC-EP and ELN resistance groups; Latin American expert James Petras calls the former the "longest standing (since 1964), largest peasant-based guerrilla (resistance) movement in the world;" it's also to weaken Hugo Chavez, other regional populist leaders and groups, and destabilize their countries; and

-- it supports the "Uribe doctrine;" it's in lockstep with Washington; its policies are hard right, corporate-friendly and militarized for enforcement.

Plan Colombia turned the country into a dependable, profitable narco-state. Business is better than ever. Violence is out of control and human rights abuses are appalling.

It gets worse. Two-thirds of Columbians are impoverished. Over 2.5 million peasant and urban slum dwellers have been displaced. Thousands of trade unionists have been murdered (more than anywhere else in the world), and many more thousands of peasants, rural teachers, and peasant and indigenous leaders have as well. Paramilitary land seizures are commonplace. Colombian latifundistas profit hugely. Wealth concentration is extreme and growing. Corruption infests the government. Many thousands in desperation are leaving. Colombia's "democracy" is a sham. So is Mexico's. Plan Mexico will make it worse. That's the whole idea, and it's part of the secretive Security and Prosperity Partnership - aka the North American Union.

It's planned behind closed doors - to militarize and annex the continent. Corporate giants are in charge, mostly US ones. The idea is for an unregulated open field for profit. The Bush administration, Canada and Mexico support it. Things are moving toward implementation. Three nations will become one. National sovereignty eliminated. Worker rights as well. Opposition is building, but moves are planned to quash it. That's the militarization part.

Business intends to win this one. People are to be exploited, not helped. That's why it's kept secret. The idea is to agree on plans, inform legislatures minimally about them, get SPP passed, then implement it with as few of its disturbing details known in hopes once they are they'll be too late to reverse.

SPP is ugly, ominous and hugely people destructive. Hundreds of millions in three countries will be affected. Others in the region as well. Plan Mexico is a contribution to the scheme. Below is what we know about it.

Plan Mexico - Exploitation Writ Large

The plan was first announced in October 2007 as a "regional security cooperation initiative." It's to provide $1.4 billion in aid (over three years) for Mexico and Central America on the pretext of fighting drugs trafficking and organized crime linked to it. FY 2008 calls for $550 million for starters with about 10% of it for Central America.

In fact, Plan Mexico is part of SPP's grand scheme to militarize the continent, let corporate predators exploit it, and keep people from three countries none the wiser. Most aid will go to Mexico's military and police forces with its major portion earmarked back to US defense contractors for equipment, training and maintenance. It's how these schemes always work.

This one includes a menu of security allocations, administrative functions, and special needs like software, forensics equipment, database compilations, plus plenty more for friendly pockets to keep our Mexican cohorts on board.

After failing on May 15, House passage will likely follow the Senate's approval on May 22 - below the radar. It's one of many appropriations tucked into the latest Iraq/Afghanistan supplemental funding request, and its purpose is just as outlandish. It will militarize Mexico without deploying US troops. It will also open the country for plunder, privatize everything including state-owned oil company PEMEX, give Washington a greater foothold there, and get around the touchy military issue by allowing in Blackwater paramilitaries instead to work with Mexican security forces.

Only privatizing PEMEX is in doubt thanks to immense citizen opposition. Thousands of "brigadistas" were in the streets, protesting outside the Senate and Chamber of Deputies, as lawmakers considered ending PEMEX state-control. They paralyzed debate and brought it to a halt - temporarily putting off a final resolution of this very contentious issue. Big Oil wants it. Most Mexicans don't. The battle continues. Mexico's military may get involved.

The US State Department describes them as follows:

-- ...."impunity and corruption (in Mexico's security forces are) problems, particularly at the state and local levels. The following human rights problems were reported: unlawful killings; kidnappings; physical abuse; poor and overcrowded prison conditions; arbitrary arrests and detention; corruption, inefficiency, and lack of transparency in the judicial system; (coerced) confessions....permitted as evidence in trials; criminal intimidation of journalists leading to self-censorship; corruption at all levels of government; domestic violence against women (often with impunity); violence, including killings, against women; trafficking in persons; social and economic discrimination against indigenous people; and child labor."

Mexico's military fares little better with promises Plan Mexico will worsen it. President Calderon now deploys troops around the country. People fear them when they come. They're purportedly against drugs traffickers, but that's mostly cover. Their real purpose may be sinister - a possible dress rehearsal for martial law when SPP is implemented.

Mexican soldiers are hard line. Their reputation is unsavory. People justifiably fear them. They commit flagrant human rights abuses and get away with them. The major media even report them. The New York Times, CNN, BBC, USA Today and others cite evidence of rape, torture, killings, other human rights abuses, corruption, extortion, and ties to drugs traffickers. Little is done to stop it. Government and military spokespersons often aren't available for comment. They're part of the problem, not the solution. Plan Mexico promises more of the same and then some. Billions from Washington back it.

Social protests in the country already are criminalized. Hundreds are filling prisons. Many languish there for years. Labor and social activists are most vulnerable. Injustice and grinding poverty motivate them. Plan Mexico ups the ante. Things are about to get worse.

Militarizing society is toxic. Police state enforcement follows. Accountability disappears. The rule of law no longer applies. Plan Mexico assures it. So does SPP for the continent. In classic doublespeak, the White House claims it will "advance the productivity and competitiveness of our nations and help to protect our health, safety and environment." Its real purpose is to annex a continent, destroy its democratic remnants, lock in hard line enforcement, and secure it for capital.

Plan Mexico is part of SPP. It will militarize and annex the continent. It was formerly launched at a March 23, 2005 meeting in Waco, Texas attended by George Bush, Mexico's President Vincente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin. They forged a tripartite partnership for greater US, Canadian and Mexican economic, political, social and security integration. Secretive working groups were formed to accomplish it - to devise non-negotiable agreements to be binding on all three nations.

Details are hidden. No public input is permitted. Pro forma legislative voting is approaching. It will try to avoid a NAFTA-type battle. Legislatures aren't being fully informed. The worst of SPP is secret. It's not a treaty, and the idea is to pass it below the radar and avoid a protracted public debate.

What's known so far is disturbing, and considerable opposition has arisen but thus far too inadequate to matter. SPP, Plan Mexico, and a final continent-wide plan amount to a corporate coup d'etat against three sovereign states and hundreds of millions of people. It's to erase national borders, merge three nations into one under US control, and remove all barriers to trade and capital flows. It's also to militarize the continent, create a fortress-North America security zone, and have in place police state laws for enforcement. Billions will fund it. All for corporate gain. Nothing for public welfare.

SPP takes NAFTA and the "war on terrorism" to the next level en route to extending it further for more corporate plunder. It's based on outlandish notions - that doing business, protecting national security, and securing "public welfare" require tough new measures in a very threatening world.

SPP bolsters US control. It enhances corporate power, quashes civil liberties, erases public welfare, and creates an open field for plunder free from regulatory restraints. It's being plotted behind closed doors. A series of summits and secret meetings continue with the latest one in New Orleans from April 22 to 24.

Three presidents attended and were met by vocal street protests. They convened a "People's Summit" and also held workshops to:

-- inform people how destructive SPP is;

-- strengthen networking and organizational ties against it;

-- maintain online information about their activities;

-- promote their efforts and build added support; and

-- affirm their determination to continue resisting a hugely repressive corporate-sponsored agenda. Opponents call it Nafta on steroids.

Business-friendly opposition also exists. Prominent is a "Coalition to Block the North American Union." The Conservative Caucus backs it. It has a "NAU War Room." It's the "headquarters of THE national campaign to expose and halt America's absorption into a 'North American Union (NAU)' with Canada and Mexico." It opposes building "a massive, continental 'NAFTA Superhighway.' "

It has congressional allies, and on January 2007 Rep. Virgil Goode and six co-sponsors introduced House Concurrent Resolution 40. It expresses "the sense of Congress that the United States should not engage in (building a NAFTA) Superhighway System or enter into a North American Union with Mexico and Canada."

The April summit reaffirmed SPP's intentions - to create a borderless North America, dissolve national sovereignty, put corporate giants in control, and assure big US ones get most of it. Militarism is part of it. It's the reason for fortress-North America under US command. The US Northern Command (NORTHCOM) was established in October 2002 to do it. It has air, land and sea responsibility for the continent regardless of Posse Comitatus limitations that no longer apply or sovereign borders easily erased.

Homeland Security (DHS) and its Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) also have a large role. So does the FBI, CIA, all US spy agencies, militarized state and local police, National Guard forces, and paramilitary mercenaries like Blackwater USA. They're headed anywhere on the continent with license to operate as freely here as in Iraq and New Orleans post-Katrina. They'll be able to turn hemispheric streets into versions of Baghdad and make them unfit to live on if things come to that.

It lists principles agreed to; bilateral deals struck; negotiations concluded; study assessments released; agreements on the "Free Flow of Information;" law enforcement activities; efforts related to intellectual property, border and long-haul trucking enforcement; import licensing procedures; food and product safety issues; energy (with special focus on oil); water as well; infrastructure development; emergency management; and much more. It's all laid out in deceptively understated tones to hide its continental aim - enhanced corporate exploitation with as little public knowledge as possible.

Militarization will assure it, and consider one development up North. On February 14, 2008, the US and Canada agreed to allow American troops inside Canada. Canadians were told nothing or that the agreement was reached in 2002. Neither was it discussed in Congress or the Canadian House of Commons. It's for "bilateral integration" of military command structures in areas of immigration, law enforcement, intelligence, or whatever else the Pentagon or Washington wishes. Overall, it's part of the "war on terror" and militarizing the continent to make it "safer" for business and be prepared for any civilian opposition.

Congress may soon pass SPP, but with no knowledge of its worst provisions kept secret. It's to assure enough congressional support makes it law. Nonetheless, federal, state and local opposition is building. It ranges from private activism to vocal lawmakers. In 2008, a dozen or more states passed resolutions against SPP. Around 20 others did it in 2007. Congress began debating it last year with opposition raised on various grounds - open borders, unchecked immigration, a NAFTA Superhighway System, and the idea of giving unregulated Mexican trucks free access to US roads and cities.

There's also talk of replacing three national currencies with an "Amero." Unfortunately, little is heard about trashing the Constitution or giving corporate bosses free reign. There's even less talk about a militarized continent against dissent. SPP is a "new world order." Companies are plotting to get it. People better hope they don't. Disruptive opposition might derail them. It's building but needs more resonance to matter. Time is short and slipping away. These schemers mean business. They want our future. We can't afford to lose it.
