Glad you all found my upload from last night; unfortunately I can’t do it on a regular bases due to work and family commitments. Also being in Scotland I have to rely on internet streams which are prone to cutting out occasionally, so I preferred to listen to Chakras or 7's uploads. I read on one of 7's post at concen that he cant do the Sunday show, so I captured last nights show. Thanks to chakra, and modemho before him for these edits. And also to 7's for continuing the good work.  |

simple just go to a previous show and then manipulate the url. for example, the friday shows link is: http://prisonplanet.tv/members/livetv/LiveTV_Archive2.php?id=20090206_Fri_Alexlook at the ending 20090206_Fri_Alex if you wanted the next monday, u would simply type 20090209_Mon_Alex i do it all the time. be careful though because sometimes the links on the page aren't complete. like when i download the video, it may have 100mb out of the 300mb available so you have to refresh until its all there. |

Yeah okay that sounds good - offers us enough redundancy so's at least one show might get up  I'm happy not to be 'relied upon' for daily posts as I have too many committments, but I will 'catch up' when I can. I tend to alter the files I cobble together for big-screen handhelds like the ipod touch, so I use different album art to what folks here may be used to. I also shorten the file names to, eg "AJR 090209 h1", as the itouch won't scroll anything off-screen. This is a capture of what I get on my touch  Since I got this for Christmas, I've become such a geek |

I will do it as much as I can, one suggestion to tj7 can you use the .tv stream for the torrent, I find the that 64bit vs 32bit stream has quite a difference in audio quality. thanks all for your time and effort. |

True but PP.TV offers so much more than audio. The only difference being is 32kbps and 40mb extra. *Cough* http://www.prisonplanet.tv ! *Cough*But it's cool, someone is doing the PP.TV audio torrent. Don't worry, they will only raise the pole if you do. Point in case...before modemho, Chakra and I were posting the audio, there was only audio available on the Usenet. Then Infowars started posting the podcast, and modemho started the torrents. I enhanced the audio further and posted it all over the net. Then after Chakra posted regularly for a while, when I had to stop, Infowars started a podcast archive. As we had updated the quality to reflect better quality streams, they made the better version on PrisonPlanet.tv...I figure, if you use the PrisonPlanet.tv as your base audio, they will just come out with something better. We'll always be one-uping each other. Hence progress...but you can use any source audio you want. I just like quality myself, personally. |

I agree with you on this... I don't think that people subscribe only for the commercial free, higher quality show, but 32 kbps is good quality and you will find that HD space will become an issue if you keep an archive of your own work, or for others that do. I do archive the AJ show, Rense, and The Intel Report and my 500 gig drive is quickly becoming full. I say keep doing the 32 kbps and if someone else wants to do the 64k one then that's fine and for those that want it they can either subscribe or go get that version. But that's just my humble opinion.  Oh, and the quality on your 2009.02.10 show was excellent. Very good. Thanks! |

i see people getting confused. mp3s can't be 64bit, they are 32bit files!. it's 64Kbps (kilobits per second) CBR (constant bit-rate) , 44.1Khz !!! the other free version is halved, 32Kbps. BTW I heard alex saying on his show today, that there are pictures out there of him with 2% body fat and totally ripped when he was 23 ? anyways made a cool youtube vid of him saying he's ripped 2% body fat but can't find these images ! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s6gK6FFwYMs |
