Time for some major infowarriors to deconstruct this shit...
This is the Cass Sunstein, Holdren, Emanuel, Soetoro, Rockefeller, Rothschild, Gore, Strong agenda.
This is their battle plan, this is the reason for BP blowing up the oil rig and the reason they are planning to direct more extortion via cloud seeding, chemtrailing, and as Secretary of Defense stated in 1997...weather manipulation projects. This is the reason that FEMA is planning evacuation (and of course murder which occurs in any TRAIL OF TEARS) of 50 million American citizens for more extortion.
They need their new pricing system, they have planned it for over 60 years. This is their plan, and they always use fear to sell it:

The Technocracy Technate design offers a viable alternative...
a scientific social design, that uses Energy Accounting (biophysical economics), in contrast to the Price System method.

http://knol.google.com/k/technocracy-technate-design Technocracy technate design originated via information from the Technical Alliance formed at Columbia University. Those connected ideas propose a fundamental change in both the economy and form of government in North America.
Technocracy Technate design is a science applied to society method of social operation using energy economics referred to as biophysical economics in a non monetary method based on energy accounting.
These concepts of a Thermoeconomics based scientific social design were first presented in the publication Technocracy Study Course.

Brief history.
The Technical Alliance, formed at Columbia University in 1918, and published their findings in 1934. They found that the U.S.A. and Canada and the rest of North America together constitute a 'high tech society' of continental dimension... one in which the operation of society is dependent on a vast array of installed technology and a high rate of energy conversion to run it. It is a continent wide structure, a high energy 'machine', providing the means whereby we live. It is manned by an 'army' of engineers, scientists, technicians and operators of many kinds, without which it would not continue.
With Peak Oil, and the Global Warming crisis now developing and also the debt based monetary system and culture failing in most meaningful ways (environmental destruction), it can be easily argued that it is becoming apparent that our present form of economy, a Price System, and our present form of governance, a political system, are structurally incapable of taking effective action.
A new administration of science, is called for. Technocracy technate design, is the possible 'Plan B,' for enabling a continuance of the technology, with its operating staff, that will ensure our survival. The technate design proposes a non political governmental system using in a non-market/non Price System method, based on energy economics. The core concept that is unique to the technate design, (established 1934) is this: In a 'high tech' society (such as North America), to ensure stability, and continuity, it will be necessary to institute measurement and control of the economy by energy units instead of monetary units (money), and management of the economy by energy budgets instead of money budgets, at all levels. quote... Howard Scott.

Technocracy Technate ideas and concepts are not connected to other groups, despite the fact that some groups have tried to partially adopt those ideas... and at the same time change them to other purposes, that are unrelated to a scientific social design.
Thus, the purpose of incorporating the design originally, was to prevent others from changing the ideas into Price System theories or constructs unrelated to science.
Technocrats are not revolutionaries... and do not have an assumption to power theory. Technocracy Technate information was a well known concept and idea in the 1930's and 40's in the United States and Canada. Then... the media pulled the plug on it. Today it is becoming known again, because of changes in media.

Out of America's fascination with technology came a reform movement known as Technocracy, a serious intellectual movement centered around Columbia University; although as a mass-movement its real center was California where it claimed half a million members in 1934. Technocracy counted among its admirers such people as the novelist H.G. Wells, the author Theodore Dreiser and the economist Thorstein Veblen.
Technocracy holds that all politics and all economic arrangements based on the "Price System" (i.e., based on traditional economic theory) are antiquated and that the only hope of building a successful modern world is to let engineers and other technology experts run a technate area on engineering principles. Technocracy's rallying cry was "production for use," which was meant as a contrast to production for profit in the Price System. Production for use became a slogan for many of the radical-left movements of the era. Upton Sinclair, among others, affirmed his belief in "production for use" and the Technocrats briefly made common cause with Sinclair, and even Huey Long, in California. But the Technocrats were not of the political left, as they held every political and economic system, from the left to the right, to be unsound.
The Technocrats believed that the solution to all problems of economic security were the same, the rigorous application of engineering principles in a system freed from the Price System. They conceived of retirement as being made possible at age 45 for everyone due to the prosperity a technate design would usher in. The Technocracy movement rejected all forms of traditional political science.
Among the collection of radical movements of the 1930s, the Technocracy movement survives, into the present day. -End from excerpted edited material from Social Security online site.
The governmental ideas presented by Technocracy design are designed as an administration of science. Anthropological ideas are used.
Special interest groups are precluded from the design.
It is not a democratic program. Contracts can not be made between people in a Technate.
The Technate design is based on sustainable abundance within a given resource base. Because it is designed around thermodynamics... it is current in the aspect that the metric that it uses, is real and not a monetary Price System metric (debt tokens or money).
