A little over a week ago, May 9th, President Obama gave a commencement address to the students graduating from Hampton University decrying what he called “a 24/7 media environment that bombards us with all kinds of content and exposes us to all kinds of arguments” warning that because of this “information becomes a distraction, a diversion, a form of entertainment, rather than a tool of empowerment, rather than the means of emancipation. He further stated that because of all the information now available to Americans it “… is not only putting pressure on you; it's putting pressure on our country and on our democracy.”

According to Obama’s logic, too much information is bad, puts too much pressure on people and government, should never be entertaining, and most of all should NEVER expose anyone to any other arguments/opinions/thoughts than those that are deemed trustworthy.

Trustworthy according to whom?  Obama? The current American President who now holds the distinction of having held less press conferences than any other President in history? Who’s White House “message machinery” is reported to be an “enormous operation” employing over 350 and costing millions of dollars?

This is chilling on so many levels that by your very reading of Obama’s words you would be correct in wondering what has happened to freedom and liberty in America, especially when the person who took the Presidential oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States begins sounding like a totalitarian dictator advocating information censorship and containment.

But guess what? Obama isn’t the only President to advocate such things, far from it!  Throughout the United States long history, the Presidency has been held by an assortment of individuals who felt likewise, and in many cases so openly clashed with the press that newspapers were closed by government order along with hundreds of publishers and writers jailed for telling the truth, and at no time greater than when the fate of the Nation was at stake due to economic crisis and/or war.

Today American finds herself, along with the rest of the Western World, being tested yet again by economic crisis and war, and like all of the times this has happened before, its people are being bombarded by competing sources of information, the most dangerous of course being those refusing to mimic the “official” version of events. (That’s the category we are in.)

The main problem with the “official” version of things is that they are nearly all lies, and governments absolutely hate it when they are exposed.  Such as when they manipulate the stock market to give the you the illusion of economic recovery, when in fact the stock market is EXACTLY at the same level it was 10 years ago;  when they tell you that the economy is recovering, when in fact the true unemployment rate has now hit the Depression era level of nearly 25%.; when they tell you your country is winning the war, when in fact its top general says at best it’s a draw; when they tell you that the latest pick for the Supreme Court is the best that can be found, while the facts shows this person is a lifelong committed socialist.  

Fortunately for the “official” version of things it nearly always wins out over the truth because those few of us still telling it are always demonized and relegated to the extreme margins of society that’s reserved for the conspiracy nuts, tin foil hat brigades, etc.  After all, what we say can’t possibly be the truth because…..it’s not “official”.

Unfortunately for the “official” version of things, like is happening today, is when the lies become so big and preposterous that even the most common of people begin seeing how stacked this game against them is, especially when millions are being thrown out of their jobs and homes while their government, banking and corporate “overlords” continue amassing huge fortunes.  And when the common people begin to see the truth the “officials” begin to get very afraid, especially when one of their own gets tossed out of power… like what happened to 14 term (that’s 28 years) West Virginia US Congressman Alan Mollohan who lost his primary bid this week.

What’s most important to note about Congressman Mollohan being tossed from his job is not that it happened, but that it should have happened years ago as he’s been one of the most corrupt lawmakers ever elected to the US Congress and has funneled an estimated $250 Million to his personal accounts of American taxpayer’s money.  The voters of West Virginia didn’t know about what he was doing because of the “official” stories either, they had to find this out from sources like us…you know, the conspiracy nuts and tinfoil hat brigade folks.

That is why Obama and his fellow elitists are all afraid now about “too much information” contesting against the “official” stories that are not being listened to any longer. And people are starting to “get it”, and when they start to “get it” they stop listening to the “official” lies and start turning to those, like us, who have been telling the truth, to anyone who would listen, for years and decades.

And the greatest fear these “officials” have is that once you start listening to us “nutters” you will begin understanding not only what is truly happening, how long it has been going on, how evil it really is, and what is ultimately being planned…and none of it is good.

For instance:

They absolutely don’t want you to know about the economic collapse of the Western World called the “Panic of 1873” that forced tens of millions of people in the United States and Europe to abandon their farms and crowd into cities providing the slave labor needed to fuel the Industrial Revolution that amassed the fortunes of corporate and banking interests still surviving to this day.

They absolutely don’t want you to know about the economic collapse of the Western World called the “Panic of 1907” that led to the destruction of the United States monetary system allowing the private European banking giant known as the Federal Reserve System to gain total control over the American economy by 1913 and leading to World War I starting in 1914.

They absolutely don’t want you to know that the father of one American President and grandfather of another, Prescott Bush, was one of the chief financers for Americas corporate and banking elite of Adolph Hitler’s Nazi Germany.

They absolutely don’t want you to know that two brothers from the German Warburg banking family, Paul and Max, headed both the US Federal Reserve and German Central Bank that financed both World War I and II.

They absolutely don’t want you to know that the aftermath of the Great Depression and World War II remade American, once again, by forcing millions of its citizens into what are called suburbs and away from their city centers where modern electric transit systems were dismantled leaving these people dependent upon automobiles thus fueling massive profits for the car and oil industries while at the same time encircling these suburban enclaves with massive road systems called Interstates that were actually designed by Nazi German engineers to allow these areas to be militarily controlled in “times of war”.

Note: Not many Americans even know that their “Dwight D. Eisenhower National System of Interstate and Defense Highways” is now, and always has been a military project.

And even though I could go on and on with so many critical and important to know historical truths that have been hidden from you, the most important one these “officials” don’t want you to know about is that each and every time these elites have come against the American people they met fierce resistance, and they’re afraid is about to happen again.

These periods of resistance are called by historians as the Great Awakenings and of which there were three: The first began in the 1730’s and led to the American Revolution, the second began in the early 1800’s and led to the American Civil War, and the third began in the late 1800’s-early 1900’s and led to the rise of social movements gaining women the right to vote, the abolition of child labor, and the unionization of workers.

Foreign Ministry reports circulating in the Kremlin today are warning that an already explosive situation in the United States is about to get a whole lot worse as a new law put forth by President Obama is said capable of seeing up to 500,000 American citizens jailed for the crime of opposing their government.

Sparking the concern of Russian diplomats over the growing totalitarian bent of the Obama government is the planned reintroduction of what these reports call one of the most draconian laws ever introduced in a free society that is titled “The Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act”.

First introduced in the US Congress in 2007 by Democratic Representative Jane Harmon, this new law passed the US House of Representatives by a secretive voice vote, but failed to pass the US Senate, after which it was believed dead until this past week when it was embraced by Obama who became the first American President to name his own citizens as a threat to his Nations security.

In what is called the National Security Strategy document, that is required of US Presidents by their Congress, that embraces the dictatorial ideals of the “Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act”, Obama has ordered his Federal police and intelligence forces to begin targeting Americans opposed to him and his radical socialist polices.

Obama’s top counter-terrorism advisor, John Brennan, in speaking to reporters about this new “strategy” says it makes the problem of home-grown terrorists a top priority because an increasing number of individuals in the US have become “captivated by extremist ideology or causes.”

The Times of London is further reporting that Obama’s new National Security Strategy “officially” ends America’s “War on Terror” in what they call “a sweeping repudiation of the Bush doctrine of pre-emptive military strikes.”

And as Obama begins re-focusing his forces from fighting America’s foreign enemies, to those opposed to him in his own country, it is important to remember the warning about this new law given by the former CIA official, Philip Giraldi, who had previously warned of the Bush-Cheney plan to attack Iran with nuclear weapons, and who said:

“The mainstream media has made no effort to inform the public of the impending Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act. The Act, which was sponsored by Congresswoman Jane Harman of California, was passed in the House by an overwhelming 405 to 6 vote on October 24th and is now awaiting approval by the Senate Homeland Security Committee, which is headed by Senator Joseph Lieberman of Connecticut.

Harman's bill contends that the United States will soon have to deal with home grown terrorists and that something must be done to anticipate and neutralize the problem. The act deals with the issue through the creation of a congressional commission that will be empowered to hold hearings, conduct investigations, and designate various groups as "homegrown terrorists."

The commission will be tasked to propose new legislation that will enable the government to take punitive action against both the groups and the individuals who are affiliated with them. Like Joe McCarthy and HUAC in the past, the commission will travel around the United States and hold hearings to find the terrorists and root them out.

Unlike inquiries in the past where the activity was carried out collectively, the act establishing the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Commission will empower all the members on the commission to arrange hearings, obtain testimony, and even to administer oaths to witnesses, meaning that multiple hearings could be running simultaneously in various parts of the country.

The ten commission members will be selected for their "expertise," though most will be appointed by Congress itself and will reflect the usual political interests. They will be paid for their duties at the senior executive pay scale level and will have staffs and consultants to assist them.

Harman's bill does not spell out terrorist behavior and leaves it up to the Commission itself to identify what is terrorism and what isn't.

Language inserted in the act does partially define "homegrown terrorism" as "planning" or "threatening" to use force to promote a political objective, meaning that just thinking about doing something could be enough to merit the terrorist label.

The act also describes "violent radicalization" as the promotion of an "extremist belief system" without attempting to define “extremist.”

As an example of those American’s Obama will be targeting, Giraldi further writes that The Simon Wiesenthal Center, in testifying before the US Congress in support of this new law, swore that an organization called “Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth” was an example of a homegrown terrorist organization, leading one Russian diplomat in this report to state “If 1,200 of America’s top architectural and engineering professionals are deemed terrorists simply  because they question their governments propaganda than truly no one is safe in the United States anymore”.

As another example of how dictatorial the Obama regime has become, and as the Gulf of Mexico oil debacle has now become the worst ecological disaster our World has ever seen, the White House press secretary, Robert Gibbs, this past week slammed American reporters for “asking too many questions about BP”.  Leading one to ask that if Obama’s regime can’t be asked about this disaster, what can they be asked about?

The answer is apparently none, as Obama himself, just this past week, in announcing his signing of a new law called the Press Freedom Act refused to answer any reporters questions and abruptly left them standing in stupefaction over the irony an ordeal that shows how far America has fallen.

Another irony apparently lost upon the American people is that their President Obama, who has been dubbed “The Great Communicator”, now holds the dubious distinction of having held less press conferences than any American President in modern history.  And if yesterday’s press conference, his first in nearly a year, was any example one can see why as incredulous press corps was left astounded that Obama had no knowledge of the firing/resignation of one of his top officials.

In all of these events one fact, beyond all others, stands out….in what was once called “The Land of the Free, And the Home of the Brave”…..the United States today has become “The Land Of Slave, And the Home of the Coward”….and these Americans have only themselves to blame.

Top Obama czar: Infiltrate all 'conspiracy theorists'
Presidential adviser wrote about crackdown on expressing opinions

In a lengthy academic paper, President Obama's regulatory czar, Cass Sunstein, argued the U.S. government should ban "conspiracy theorizing."

Among the beliefs Sunstein would ban is advocating that the theory of global warming is a deliberate fraud.

Sunstein also recommended the government send agents to infiltrate "extremists who supply conspiracy theories" to disrupt the efforts of the "extremists" to propagate their theories.

In a 2008 Harvard law paper, "Conspiracy Theories," Sunstein and co-author Adrian Vermeule, a Harvard law professor, ask, "What can government do about conspiracy theories?"

"We can readily imagine a series of possible responses. (1) Government might ban conspiracy theorizing. (2) Government might impose some kind of tax, financial or otherwise, on those who disseminate such theories."

In the 30-page paper – obtained and reviewed by WND – Sunstein argues the best government response to "conspiracy theories" is "cognitive infiltration of extremist groups."

Continued Sunstein: "We suggest a distinctive tactic for breaking up the hard core of extremists who supply conspiracy theories: cognitive infiltration of extremist groups, whereby government agents or their allies (acting either virtually or in real space, and either openly or anonymously) will undermine the crippled epistemology of believers by planting doubts about the theories and stylized facts that circulate within such groups, thereby introducing beneficial cognitive diversity."

Sunstein said government agents "might enter chat rooms, online social networks, or even real-space groups and attempt to undermine percolating conspiracy theories by raising doubts about their factual premises, causal logic or implications for political action."

Sunstein defined a conspiracy theory as "an effort to explain some event or practice by reference to the machinations of powerful people, who have also managed to conceal their role."

Some "conspiracy theories" recommended for ban by Sunstein include:

"The theory of global warming is a deliberate fraud."


"The view that the Central Intelligence Agency was responsible for the assassination of President John F. Kennedy."


"The 1996 crash of TWA flight 800 was caused by a U.S. military missile."


"The Trilateral Commission is responsible for important movements of the international economy."


"That Martin Luther King Jr. was killed by federal agents."


"The moon landing was staged and never actually occurred."
Sunstein allowed that "some conspiracy theories, under our definition, have turned out to be true."

He continued: "The Watergate hotel room used by Democratic National Committee was, in fact, bugged by Republican officials, operating at the behest of the White House. In the 1950s, the CIA did, in fact, administer LSD and related drugs under Project MKULTRA, in an effort to investigate the possibility of 'mind control.'”

Sunstein's paper advocating against the belief that global warming is a deliberate fraud was written before November's climate scandal in which e-mails hacked from the Climatic Research Unit at East Anglia University in the U.K. indicate top climate researchers conspired to rig data and keep researchers with dissenting views from publishing in leading scientific journals.

Sunstein: Ban 'right wing' rumors

Sunstein's paper is not the first time he has advocated banning the free flow of information.

WND reported that in a recently released book, "On Rumors," Sunstein argued websites should be obliged to remove "false rumors" while libel laws should be altered to make it easier to sue for spreading such "rumors."

In the 2009 book, Sunstein cited as a primary example of "absurd" and "hateful" remarks, reports by "right-wing websites" alleging an association between President Obama and Weatherman terrorist William Ayers.

He also singled out radio talker Sean Hannity for "attacking" Obama regarding the president's "alleged associations."

Ayers became a name in the 2008 presidential campaign when it was disclosed he worked closely with Obama for years. Obama also was said to have launched his political career at a 1995 fundraiser in Ayers' apartment.

'New Deal Fairness Doctrine'

WND also previously reported Sunstein drew up a "First Amendment New Deal" – a new "Fairness Doctrine" that would include the establishment of a panel of "nonpartisan experts" to ensure "diversity of view" on the airwaves.

Sunstein compared the need for the government to regulate broadcasting to the moral obligation the U.S. had to impose new rules that outlawed segregation.

Sunstein's radical proposal, set forth in his 1993 book "The Partial Constitution," received no news media attention and scant scrutiny until the WND report.

In the book, Sunstein outwardly favors and promotes the "Fairness Doctrine," the abolished FCC policy that required holders of broadcast licenses to present controversial issues of public importance in a manner the government deemed "equitable and balanced."

Sunstein introduces what he terms his "First Amendment New Deal" to regulate broadcasting in the U.S.

His proposal, which focuses largely on television, includes a government requirement that "purely commercial stations provide financial subsidies to public television or to commercial stations that agree to provide less profitable but high-quality programming."

Sunstein wrote it is "worthwhile to consider more dramatic approaches as well."

He proposes "compulsory public-affairs programming, right of reply, content review by nonpartisan experts or guidelines to encourage attention to public issues and diversity of view."

The Obama czar argues his regulation proposals for broadcasting are actually presented within the spirit of the Constitution.

"It seems quite possible that a law that contained regulatory remedies would promote rather than undermine the 'freedom of speech,'" he writes.

Writes Sunstein: "The idea that government should be neutral among all forms of speech seems right in the abstract, but as frequently applied it is no more plausible than the idea that it should be neutral between the associational interests of blacks and those of whites under conditions of segregation."

Sunstein contends the landmark case that brought about the Fairness Doctrine, Red Lion Broadcasting Co. v. Federal Communications Commission, "stresses not the autonomy of broadcasters (made possible only by current ownership rights), but instead the need to promote democratic self-government by ensuring that people are presented with a broad range of views about public issues."

He continues: "In a market system, this goal may be compromised. It is hardly clear that 'the freedom of speech' is promoted by a regime in which people are permitted to speak only if other people are willing to pay enough to allow them to be heard."

In his book, Sunstein slams the U.S. courts' unwillingness to "require something like a Fairness Doctrine" to be a result of "the judiciary's lack of democratic pedigree, lack of fact-finding powers and limited remedial authority."

He clarifies he is not arguing the government should be free to regulate broadcasting however it chooses.

"Regulation designed to eliminate a particular viewpoint would of course be out of bounds. All viewpoint discrimination would be banned," Sunstein writes.

But, he says, "at the very least, regulative 'fairness doctrines' would raise no real doubts" constitutionally.
