A 21-year-old man has been arrested with 98 fake credit cards, four counterfeit driver’s licenses, including three picturing a woman, and counterfeit money, Henry County police said Wednesday.
Police were tipped off that Issa Diallo of Decatur was planning to use a fake credit card at a Kroger on Fairview Road last Wednesday. Detectives arrested him after he allegedly bought a $400 gift card using a homemade American Express, according to police spokesman Jason Bolton.

Police said Bolton had four credit cards and a counterfeit driver’s license on him when detective approached him in the parking lot last week. They also allegedly found in his car a bag containing 94 credit cards, three fake driver’s licenses and some counterfeit money.

When I was much younger (twenties) I was almost enticed to join in with some gangsters on a credit-card forgery scheme.  Of course, I have grown up a lot since then.  This was approximately twenty years ago.

I did go as far as breaking into an apartment complex with them to acquire (steal?) some of the machinery.  But, apparently, our info. was wrong or something.  I've forgotten about much of it.

About ten years ago I met a man in a pub in San Pedro where I was living who claimed to be CIA or Ex-CIA who showed me a book full of credit cards he carried with him.  They looked legitimate.  It was the size of a big business-card carrier.

Since then I have read many stories of people who may have been CIA agents, assets or opreatives who have been involved with this kind of activity -- credit card forgery.

I would bet this Issa Diallo could be a agent/asset/patsy.  For what it is worth, Issa is a Middle Eastern/Arabic/Muslim name (meaning, "Jesus").  Not sure of origin of surname, Diallo.
