Lucas Smith was going to be represented by Orly Taitz    but backed out when she allegedly asked him to lie in court. Larry Sinclair has made the same statement, Taitz asking him to lie in court as well.  I believe Taitz is an agent provocateur to discredit, crash, and trash the Birther movement with improper behavior on the part of an attorney.

 I am searching now for the link to the website of the man who found this. It apparently is a fake. He claim he did it to prove a point.  I was goning to post that Youtube link until I ran accross that website. It looks dam convincing though.    Still seaching.  . .

Faking something to make a point is bad, especially when it can spread. Then the real truth will be less valued, or even considered another fake. "If you lie too many times, the real cry for help might be mistaken for another lie." He shouldn't have done it. It looks too damn convincing.

Just wanted to say, that I believe this guy is from the Obama camp, and is a journalists. When I did view the website I just scanned the article and recall him claiming that he just wanted to prove something to the birthers that anyone can fake a document to look authentic.  I do not think the "birthers" did this sham.

obvious fake....too many digital errors for a 1961 piece of paper...in fact, whole "paper" is fake.....the fake "Fax" curves are all digitally created, fonts are too dark in area's.....doubt there was even a physical piece of paper involved on this one...

somebody correlate an actual kenyan BC from ANYBODY from the same time period and see if it even resembles this faux doc......

I am also wondering about that baby foot print. I know each state is different, but I  have family members born in the 60s and there is no foot print. I didn't think that came out until much later.  Could be totally wrong since each state is different.  Also, I do know that in many African countries if the child was born in the village, their birth certificates are usually enlongated aprox 6x18. This too is not universal.  Bottom line, we all know that Obama was born in Kenya, but just as larsonstdoc states, it is probably under lock and key. We won't get the truth until long after Obama is probably dead and gone.

Another possible discrepancy I am noticing, is the name of the deputy registrar. He is Kenyan and his last name is Oduya.  Africans typically placed their family name "Oduya" first, then the middle name and then the first. Westerner's place their last name last.

I agree--but that is exactly what the Obama/CIA camp will be doing to discredit the credible reports--and there are many.
Whether Lucas Smith's Birth Certificate he purchased in Kenya is real or a forgery--you'll need document experts to examine it and if, as he says, the hospital administrators signed it--was he a witness? Or was it the person who got the B.C. for him?
