Could "Operation Blackjack" have very well been this BP oil spill disaster?

OK-I may be WAY off on the deep end here, but the way this catastrophe is going, and everything Lindsey Williams said today, it looks like thing thing is engineered to get worse and be used as a crisis to potentially kill a good % of the population(at worst).

Could it have been the case that this buzzed-about "Operation Blackjack" which went viral on many MBs last year...the elite could have very well have warned of this very BP oil catastrophe?

My take on Blackjack is: that they did it to see if they could wind up several forum communities, to lead them around by the nose, and for the lulz.  I don’t believe they had access to any inside information.  Their shenanigans resulted in a serious loss of credibility for the Telegraph as far as I’m concerned. (or maybe they never had any)

Of course, if their primary job is perception management, then their little beta test seemed to prove somewhat successful for them. IMO
