What the f**k?

Great now I have to find that newspaper....

Maybe they just had to make a fake newspaper... for copyright reasons... so they printed 500,000 of them and the studios still use them? Dunno. Will look for it and see if it's a real paper.

One blog thinks that it is something akin to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdbYsoEasio

The big, big gallery: http://picasaweb.google.com/kata180/CrossoverekUjsag#

Even then... why so many, many friggin shots of the same page?

Are the networks really that fricking cheap.

How is this not undeniable proof that the media colludes with each other. How much independence is possible if someone can make every single show use the same exact fricking page of the same exact newspaper?

The same "UN debates..." story in 3 of these... Same "Blue streak" and "Metro final" text on the 2. Same stupid headline: "Serving a most progressive community."

Huh

it's a known fact that intel groups will actually coordinate with one another when working in cells or alone through mediums such as newspapers or (if they control them) quite possibly television networks.

It's a prop newspaper. If they use a real paper they might have to pay royalties.

Just wow. Quite amazing - I think the main thing to take about this find is:

what he said ^^^^^^

its not hard to imagine multiple prop houses having the same prop newspaper in stock. it is kinda creepy though. I find myself wondering who the woman is in the photo.

Yeah I was about to say I think it's a Pagemaker-type layout artist's function called standard "Greeking" It just has a few pics, maybe some headings and columns of actually Latin-word nonsense configured as masthead, headline, heading captions, columns, etc. It just simulates what any sort of a proposed document layout will appear like when/once populated by content

While in older low-res Made for TV productions this used to be ok it's days as a prop are numbered,

every network uses the exact same prop office that uses the exact same fake page with the exact same fake stories in the exact same fake newspaper?

So we really do have a 100% state run propaganda ministry with total and absolute control of content including the props.

Nah it's most likely the default "test page" lihographers use to set up the big presses and they just bundle them up just the same as they do the normal fish wrap that passes for MSM "news-journalism" and sell those to people that just want to act like they can read.

over a 20 year cycle? is this in the production contracts with every studio that they must use this prop over and over again? So who is storing these 500,000 papers? And is there ever a need to use a different paper, but the writer is told "ya gotta use this one because we still have copies"?

Anyway, this paper is fricking everywhere: http://geektyrant.com/news/2010/6/4/the-reoccurring-prop-newspaper-in-film-and-tv.html

Now you know why they call them "Television Programs"...they're programming you to believe that everyone is on the same page.

Television serves one purpose...to manipulate and control your world perspective.

This is why every network covers or ignores the same stories.  They work in an obviously coordinated fashion.

Nice find, Jackson!

Thanx 37. You can imagine how shocked I was to see it in the window.  Undecided

Here's another one ...

Ever notice how clocks/watches in ads and media are set

VERY often at 10:10?

I became aware of it once when I got a gig to photograph some clocks

for my business. The art director clued me in, insisted on 10:10 for all clocks.

All I can say is .... RHUBARB!
