(CNN) -- One person died when a pipe bomb exploded outside a nightclub in West Virginia early Saturday morning, state police said.

The incident, which took place at Cactus Joe's in Barboursville in the southwestern part of the state, occurred around 2:30 a.m.

"We have an individual that brought explosive devices outside of the business. One of the devices detonated, proving fatal for the individual," Cabell County Sheriff Tom McComas said. "I don't know an exact age of the victim. We're still in the infancy of this investigation."

Police evacuated as many as 100 people from an apartment complex, mobile home and 20 to 25 houses while they searched for other bombs, police officers said.

Angie Ferguson, assistant supervisor of Cabell County 911, said authorities found another pipe bomb that had not been detonated. She said there were no other casualties from the incident.

Authorities said they have a theory about what happened, but were unwilling to elaborate on any details.

"It would be imprudent for me to speculate at this point if the bombing was an act of terror," McComas said, adding "it was strange activity" for the working-class town, which sits eight miles east of Huntington.

"We are still in the process of rendering the area safe. We anticipate that to take another hour to three hours," McComas said. "We have a major U.S. route that runs through here, Route 60...we have about a mile of it shut down until we can get the area safe," he said.

Police were examining a sport utility vehicle the victim was believed to have driven to the club, McComas said.

Ferguson called the blast an "isolated incident" and said it was unlikely that the explosion was related to terrorism. "We don't have much of that here."

BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. — Authorities in West Virginia say a pipe bomb exploded outside of a bar, killing a man. No other injuries were reported.

Cabell County Sheriff Tom McComas said the man who was killed apparently brought the bomb to the area outside the bar Friday morning. It detonated around 2:30 a.m.

He says 20 to 30 residents were evacuated from the area while investigators searched for more bombs. West Virginia State Police said the agency's bomb technicians defused two other bombs that were found.

McComas says the investigation is ongoing. Few other details were released.

A phone message left by The Associated Press at the Cabell County Sheriff's Office was not immediately returned.

In the movie, an undercover CIA agent created dozens of suicide bombers in the US and manufactures and distributes the military grade bombs, he also trains the terrorists on how to infiltrate the US and gives them the bus routes throughout the US to conduct dozens of simultaneous terror events hoping for tens of thousands of dead americans to usher in a new world order of an imprisoned society.

At the last minute he changes their destinations and they are all on the same bus together.

The movie is surreal to watch because it becomes overly obvious that this is a CIA/DARPA/NRO/Bilderberg plan and this is what they are conducting war games for, to lay cover for this New World Order plan.

UPDATE: Four Suspicious Devices Found In Deadly Explosion

One man is dead after an explosion early Saturday morning outside a Barboursville bar.

Cabell County Sheriff Tom McComas tells MetroNews the man had apparently brought four explosive devices to an area just outside of Cactus Joe's on U.S. Route 60. One of the devices went off, killing the man and three other devices were found and detonated by a State Police special unit in the following hours.

No one else was injured.

Sheriff McComas says police have interviewed bar patrons and their investigation continues.

More than two dozen residents in the immediate area were evacuated for a few hours and U.S. Route 60 was closed down, but reopened by mid-morning.
