Why it seems just like yesterday when it was NLE09. With the Times Square “scare”, I predict we will see some sort of false flag event during NLE10. Remember last years event, where the BATF and DHS caught those evil jihadists in North Carolina. The usual scare tactics. PS: A couple of parenthetical notes on Area 51 and the Janet terminal: 1) Area 51 is on the edge of the Nevada Test Site, where, with the proper equipment, tons of radioactive material can be extracted; 2) The "Janet" commuter terminal, which has had its own security furnished by EG&G for decades before there was a TSA, is on the opposite side of the runway from the main Las Vegas-McCarran International Airport terminal...but yards away from the hotels of the Las Vegas Strip. Here is a possible source of radioactive materials that could be mined at Area 10 of the Nevada Test site, taken over the short "Mercury Highway" from Area 10 to Area 51, incorporated into an IND (as simple as putting radioactive material into a conventional IED of sufficient size), flown from Area 51 to the "Janet Terminal" at Las Vegas-McCarran International Airport, and driven a few blocks, right to the Las Vegas Strip. Sedan Crater, the world's largest manmade crater (please see http://pdfhost.focus.nps.gov/docs/NRHP/Text/94000183.pdf ), produced so much fallout in 1962 that it was largely responsible for the abandonment of the proposal to mine with nuclear bombs: it is a rich, easily accessible (for those with clearance) place to mine radioactive materials (by remote control,I would think!) Once again, I hope I'm wrong on this one...and if so, perhaps that I have contributed in some small way to making it so by helping to expose this possibility. |

Actually, I have been expecting that Anthrax and Anthrax vaccine might be part of the scenario/exercise/false-flag, as well as other bio agents (influenza, plague), but especially Anthrax because of connections to Booz Hamilton (hence, to Ptech/PROMIS/911). Don't know about LA. Hope not. My mother and sister and her family are in Southern CA (though not in LA proper anymore, thank God. Mom got out after I did.). -- I plan to advise my mother not to accept any free vaccines they might be giving people in the very near future. Doubt if they have solved ALL of the problems of weaponizing Anthrax just yet, but I believe they may have made some breakthroughs in the last nine years that might surprise everybody. BTW, Moshe Bar Joseph used to live in Westchester where my mom lived. They might have been neighbors for all I know. Weird world. |

I think the UCLA center shows that influenza could possibly be part of any ff scenario as well. People are more primed for vaccination with influenza and they have or could claim to have vaccines ready to go, but I am seeing signs of anthrax, too. I don't count anything out entirely at his point.
Think that any ff right now would be directly connected to Bilderberger attempt to get Israel and U.S. (and others?) into war with Iran.

Just because a drill is designated to be in one place does not make that place the primary target. So we are saying the IED's may just be a distraction for a bio attack? Is that what we are leaning towards here. This topic needs to be at the top of PPF discussion this weekend please.

uh guys, wtf is with all the nostradamus predictions.... go to the documents, let people know about them. we do not engage in scenario building and what ifs, just stick to the facts and make sure people are aware. before 9/11 no one even thought it was possible to have that be a false flag, now probably 100 million just in the US know this is a high likelihood and probably the only way that something could happen. |

NLE 2010 will engage federal, state and local partners in a series of events and opportunities to demonstrate and assess federal emergency preparedness capabilities pertaining to a simulated terrorist attack scenario involving an improvised nuclear device. "Every day we are taking steps to continue to strengthen our nation's emergency response team, from the local level up to the federal government," said FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate. "NLE 2010 provides an important opportunity to exercise these response and recovery capabilities across all levels of government." Regional, state and local response operations will be simulated; no federal departments or agencies will respond to the notional site, but a contingent of regional, state and local personnel will travel to the National Capital Region (NCR) to serve as exercise simulators. A core exercise objective will be a realistic examination of federal planning for dealing with the consequences of an improvised nuclear device. In addition, as part of NLE 2010, all federal departments and agencies within the NCR will participate in Eagle Horizon 2010, an annual exercise that requires federal departments and agencies to demonstrate their capability to perform mission essential functions in the event of a major emergency. NLE is a Tier 1 exercise-conducted annually in accordance with FEMA's National Exercise Program (NEP), which serves as the nation's overarching framework for planning, organizing, conducting and evaluating national level exercises. In accordance with the NEP Implementation Plan, NEP Tier I exercises are aimed at demonstrating national capabilities pursuant to U.S. government-wide strategies and policies and are executed with the participation of appropriate department and agency principals or their deputies, other key officials, necessary staff, and appropriate operations centers both at the national and the regional level. NLE 2010 has been planned, and will be conducted and evaluated in accordance with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP). well it better not be DC considering that is where I operate. IMO they have exhausted the major east coast outlets at this point and California sounds just about right when you add up all the factors. Of course, likely nothing is going to happen.
