I LOST CUSTODY OF MY NINE YEAR OLD DUE TO REFUSAL TO VACCINATE

PLEASE HELP!  Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently lost custody of my nine year old son due to my refusal to vaccinate. A Guardian was appointed and I was accused of medical neglect.  After meeting with me only one time at her office, and my insistence that is was my Constitutional right to refuse to vaccinate, she gave custody of my son to his alcoholic, violent father who agreed to vaccinate.  This Guardian did not do many things she was required by law to do.

My son is now with his father who drinks daily, abuses and neglects him, is bipolar, was convicted and served jail time for assaulting a Police Officer, was evicted out of a half way house for violence, has been in in-patient treatment for alcohol and drugs at least two or three times, has violated probation, etc.

My son spends several hours a day home alone, even when very sick, with no phone in a filthy duplex that reeks of body odor.  There is rotten food sitting out, grime and hair INSIDE the refrigerator, beer cans, clutter and extremely filthy.  He also does not bathe or brush his teeth.  He now wears dirty clothing that is two sizes too small and not weather appropriate.

My son's father, in one of his drunken rages, told my son to throw away his beer bottles.  Apparently my son was not doing so fast enough, so his dad threw something sharp and hit him in the head.  This caused him to drop and break said beer bottle.  He was made to pick up the broken glass with his bare hand and then beat with the belt for breaking it.

His dad often calls him stupid.  He often misses school. He only attended 10 days in November, 9 days in December and 13 days in January.  When he does attend he is frequently late and often in trouble.  He has had In School Suspension four days so far.  His grades have dropped from straight As to mostly Cs.

I have documentation, photos, recordings and witnesses to back up all of my claims.  Please pray for Chance and Lesa.

I found another case where this same Commissioner took another nine year old boy away from his mother because she dared to homeschool him Heslop II vs Sanderson :

Update:  I am having a hard time selecting an attorney.  I have been interviewing attorneys and researching case law.  Guess what I found?

This SAME commissioner took another son away from his mother and gave him to the dad.  The background on this case does not say who the judge was on the divorce, but it was not this commissioner. In the original divorce, the dad was granted SUPERVISED visitation.

Then the dad filed for modification and lucky for him, this commissioner was assigned.  This commissioner gave him UNsupervised visitation.

IMMEDIATELY there after, the son started coming home from visits with bruising and claiming dad hit and pinched him.  DFS was called and abuse was substantiated.  The DFS case worker instructed the mom to NOT let the dad have UNsupervised visits.


Within six months of the UNsupervised visitation order, dad was filing again asking for custody. The DFS worker testified on mom's behalf saying the abuse was substantiated and that she had instructed mom to deny the visits.

This commissioner gave custody to the DAD and found the MOM in contempt of court and gave her jail time.


In my search, this is the second ruling I have found from this commissioner.  The first she took another son away from his mother because she dared home school him.  I have not found any rulings where she ruled in favor of a mother.

What is going on in Missouri with this commissioner.  One attorney told me that she does not like feminine women (she herself is very masculine)

my god i am appauled and horrified to read this. My thoughts are with you.
i can`t be too much help because i am from the UK, but it seems to me you have to get the kids and run !
if that isn`t possible can you claim to be mormon or something - not meaning to offend anyone - but they have the right not to vaccinate i believe because it`s against their religion?
It seems like your commisioner might be predudiced - there must be someone above her that you can appeal to on the basis of , well whatever you like or can conjure up.
Go to the media - make noise - be as big a pain in the ass as you can be, they love the quiet people who make no fuss, like all bullies they don`t want everyone watching.

Just be like i have the right to choose to be vaccinated or not the same goes for my child and f**k you im taking my kid back you had no right to take him in the first place.
