     I know very well that it could be a scam, but no one has any experience yet with GIN to call it a scam at this point.  Yes, I know his background and all of the bad things found about him on the internet.  That doesn't automatically make this a scam.  We will see how it plays out and I will post updates.

Your intentions sound noble.

I sincerly hope that whatever facts are revealed to you, you find it in your heart to share with humans who have devoted their very hearts, minds and soul to bringing the truth to others.

One question, why is the information you have received confidential?HuhHuh?

Thanks

     I haven't really received anything yet that would amount to much at this point since it is in the beginning stages.  The only reason I said that I wouldn't get into specifics is because the GIN is very stern about keeping information confidential.  I don't want to ruin that trust at this point.  What I can do is report whether the program is genuine and whether the information given is valuable.  If it turns out to be for real, then it would be well worth the cost of signing up.

I don't mean to sound ugly, so bear with me here.  If this does not work and you have this kind of money at your disposal, would you kindly invest it where we all here know it is not a scam, JT is a patriot who has endured a 3 pronged attack to take his home.

See more here :

http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=111225.600;topicseen#lastPost

If I had that kind of money, I would have paid off that diabolical bill and he wouldn't be in this fix.  If you would read the story of what happened and consider it.

TIA

(BTW)  This GIN thing sounds like the neo-tech society that trudeau is in also.  I like his books.  Don't like the secret information he sells, cuz It is not good in the long run.  When you find out what the real goal of the organizations are.

Are you sure that this is by bilderberg, and, not some prankster?

I'm not playing the skeptic's hat here.  Just want to air a bit of caution.  Plenty of hoaxters like to do this.

Check out the website www.illuminati.org- as- an example of what these hoaxters can do.

What makes you think it's the bilderberg doing this?

Just thought I'd ask.

I, for one, am glad we've got somebody inside this thing.

Somebody's got to hit the barbed wire first. Thanks, man.

So, are you saying that you get privileged info, but you must keep it a secret?

That sounds fishy to me.

What good is inside info if you can't alert the rest of the American people?

You should consider joining the Global Information Network if you want to learn how to:

    * Make serious money
    * Develop global wealth
    * Protect your assets
    * Achieve financial independence
    * Raise $10,000 USD CASH in 24 hours
    * Raise $100,000 USD in 90 days
    * Make $100,000 USD or more each month from home
    * Raise over $1 million USD in credit within a year for business purposes
    * Be debt free"

I can raise 10,000 dollars in a day, but it is highly expensive debt, however in GIN apparently you can do that debt free?

However I am glad that someone (supposedly) is putting their money where their mouth is.

I'd avoid this. Several years ago I started to get involved in MLM, and then saw the futility of them for the vast majority of people. Only a handful at the top every makes any serious money. The rest of the "downline" are nothing more than consumers paying for over-priced retail products.  This "GIN" nothing but a multilevel marketing plan that is questionable at best. In the MLM industry, their compensation plan is one of the worst since it has volume requirements(they do that to ensure sales of crap products, which ensures commissions for the top people). And even worse they aren't revealing up front the payout percentages per level or the matrix structure(2x4, 3x9, Binary, etc?). Run away from ANY MLM that won't reveal up front the details of their compensation plan(they are hiding something for a reason!).

The whole program seems like all the others, just a different product and sales pitch; make money through signing up new people while offering products of questionable value with inflated prices. $1000 plus $150/month? For information? I think not. I'm willing to bet that there is no information that his program can offer that those in the truth movement hasn't already uncovered or couldn't uncover for free.

Two HUGE red flags:

1) Promises extraordinarly large return on investment.(plays on people's greed)

2) Plays on peoples interests in "little known secrets" and their desire to be in the "in crowd". It also plays on the fact that many people are enticed by the prospects of somehow "beating the system" and even plays on people's thoughts of larceny. People tend to think that since they are being scammed by the system, it couldn't hurt to do a little scamming back and make a couple bucks while they're at it.

Ultimately this program is playing on people's lusts for more. The age old fact...the love of money is the root of all evil.

     luckee1, I really don't have the kind of money JT needs to get out of his situation.  I already give 10% to my church among other things.  If GIN works out and I am able to profit from it, then I would absolutely help out.  There are many needs to be met especially in today's environment.

     Infoninja, at this point I haven't gotten any secret info because the program is just beginning.  It officially launches Nov.1, 2009.  I can understand why GIN wouldn't want its members to leak out information, just like any organization that sells a product.  That would take away from others joining the program.

     nustada, yes I am actually putting my money into this and investigating it for others.

     LeftyLeo, yes this could be scam and there are some red flags and too good to be true statements.  I do feel that it is worth exploring and seeing how it plays out.  Actually, from what I have seen so far it looks less like a scam than it did in the beginning.  There are already meetings planned and weekly audio recordings.  Having the same information that the insiders have and using it to your advantage isn't scamming in my opinion or greedy.  What I want is a level playing field and to stop getting screwed by the manipulaters.  If more people know their information they will have less influence.

Think about it. This guy is selling info that he claims is so important yet he won't give it away? Doesn't sound like he's very concerned about getting that secret insider info out there, but rather making money.

Sounds like a scam. If he had any real info of any real worth he`d spill it, or they`d spill him (his blood!)

Hate to say it but i very much doubt you`ll hear anything after nov 1st - except maybe an invite to join a higher up club - for a price of course.

Virtually anything Alex has on his sites can be had for free somewhere. Alex is not claiming to be THE source for some secret info no one is allowed to see without a fee. HUGE difference.

Alex is also not trying to operate a MLM scam either.

     I'm not defending Kevin Trudeau, but how is that different than Alex Jones selling his information through books and videos and others through their newsletters that require subscriptions?

Alex provides his movies free.  He asks for folks to buy them and copy and share them everywhere.  He allows them to be viewed on many sites.  He does so with the provision that no one tries to make money using his videos though.  On the DVD cases and on the DVDs it shows right there the copy share logo, permitting others for freely copy and give away.  He wants the truth out.  It does cost him money to get this information out and the document/aries out, so he also offers them for sale.

I am thinking on KTs site and I am concerned even more about the fact that you all are not to get any info until Nov 1st.  As you said it does not launch until Nov 1st.  Why then is so much $ money required of 'members' prior to that.  How many days do you have before your cash back expires?

My questions are based on your post.  Again do not misunderstand.  His books (fill in the blank  "_____They Don't Want You to Know About" are good sources of information.  Some of the things he disclosed saved me from cancer.  But his little clubs that he has for the privy, I suspect.  Ask him about neo tech and the Nouveau Tech Society of Secrets.  See what he says.  If this is in anyway related to it, I warn you from it.  I have the "heirloom secrets".  It is bunk.  And they claim themselves to be the Illuminati.  Further, The end goal they have is the very same as the NWO plans.

Please investigate further into this.  I have and I don't like it at all.  I don't like what happens in their dreams of the future for all those who do not comply.

The scam is, like most Trudeau scams, in the recruitment of others to the scam..in other words a pyramid scheme.

While the information is obviously going to be of some value, it will be available for free elsewhere and probably c&p'd from Rense or infowars or others.

Again, the earning potential from this Trudeau scam is purely from the pyramid or MLM element of recruiting others into the scam. In fact, because there is no real value-addition in this scam, the more accurate description is a classic pyramid scheme..

Ohhh, so that's why the scam is based in Nevis and Nevis contract law and no Feds are even allowed to visit the site! Not to mention that members are barred from taking legal action...would probably be illegal in many jurisdictions.

Nevis?

http://www.firstfidelitytrust.com/Nevis.asp

FFT is the largest trust company domiciled in Nevis, West Indies. The progressive trust laws of Nevis provide formidable obstacles to potential creditors, making it the most favorable independent jurisdiction in the world for an Asset Protection Trust. According to Nevis law, Nevis courts do not recognize or enforce U.S. judgments or judicial orders. Prior to commencing litigation proceedings in Nevis, a plaintiff-creditor is required to post a sizable cash litigation bond and to retain local counsel recognized by the Nevis courts. Any fraudulent conveyance claim must be filed within one year from the cause of action, and in no case more than two years after the transfer of assets. Fraudulent conveyance claims must also be proven beyond a reasonable doubt, rather than by a mere preponderance of the evidence. An unsuccessful plaintiff is normally liable for all legal costs, including those of the defendant. The enormous cost of litigation alone is usually enough to discourage most creditors.

Nevisian trust ordinances provide the grantor/settlor with the ability to appoint a protector. The protector has the authority to oversee the trustee and may have the discretion to replace the trustee or move the trust to another jurisdiction. These options offer the grantor/settlor considerable assurance that the trustee will consider his/her request.

Nevis has no perpetuities period and follows rules that benefit multi-generation treatment, making Nevis an ideal jurisdiction in which to create an international trust as part of your estate plan. If your tax advisors recommend a charitable trust, Nevis trust laws make the country a favorable jurisdiction for such a trust.

The FFT Asset Protection Trust (APT) is inherently a more protective trust and can provide major advantages over a U.S. domestic trust. Unlike a U.S. domestic trust, an APT formed by FFT can maintain control of present and future ownership and provide estate tax and probate cost savings. Perhaps the most important difference between an FFT trust and a U.S. Domestic Asset Protection Trust is that Nevis law allows the grantor/settlor to be a discretionary beneficiary of the trust (self-settled trust) without losing the ability to protect the trust assets. Although a few U.S. states have recently amended their trust statutes to allow self-settled trusts, there is little or no case law to support the U.S. Domestic Asset Protection Trust.
The advantages of incorporating in Nevis are numerous:

    * Nevis does not levy taxes on assets, income, dividends or other distributions derived outside the country; however, clients may be responsible for taxes in their home jurisdiction.
    * Corporate documents are not a matter of public record. There are no filing requirements for corporate financial returns, annual reports, and no notification requirements for changes of shareholders, directors or officers.
    * The corporation’s principal office, company records, and meetings may be held or maintained outside of Nevis.

About the Island of Nevis

Formerly a British colony, Nevis obtained its independence in 1983 and is part of the federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. This stable, democratic government is based on the British Parliamentary System, with a cabinet headed by a Premier as leader of the Majority Party in the House of Assembly. It is an active member of the Commonwealth of Nations and the United Nations. English is the official and commercial language. The unit of currency is the Eastern Caribbean (EC) dollar, which is fixed at EC $2.70 to U.S. $1.00. There are no currency exchange controls, and the U.S. dollar is readily accepted as a secondary currency.

Communications are state-of-the-art, with fiber optic digital systems and direct dialing to the U.S., Canada and Europe. Air service from North America is available from American Airlines, Air Canada, BWIA, and Delta, as well as regional carriers.
-------------------------------------

There is some information to be had that covers this.  Basically, whoever is using this place to sock away money is protected from those who do not have the fiduciary capabilities to take on any of their clients.  If this is where KT is putting all this money, you ain't getting it back.

     I wasn't trying to pick on Alex, I was just using an example.  Maybe a better example would be a financial advisor.  Would you expect them to give away their valuable information for free?  Hopefully you know the concept I'm trying to convey here.  People don't generally give away important information for free.

     It is premature at this point to call GIN a scam.  There is no clear evidence at this point to say that it is.  There are certainly a few points to be cautious of, but I knew that before I got involved.  I never expected to get any money back either.  I am familiar with pyramid schemes and this is certainly structured as such, but it doesn't make it a scam just for that reason.  It may very well turn not turn out to be what expected, but I knew that going in and I will be able to warn others about it from first hand experience.

     The information Alex and others are getting isn't specific.  We know in general that the Bilderberg group wants to crash the ecnomony, but when and how?  I will be looking for those kind of specifics at GIN.  GIN has already started weekly audio updates.  The first one was last week, which mostly discussed upcoming meetings.  I shall see what comes out of this in the coming months.

     So far it doesn't appear to be a load of crap or a scam.  If it had been a scam they would have taken my money by now and stopped responding to my emails.  I would only have to get five other people to join as members and all of my fees would be completely paid for.  At least there is a way on the front end to make some money from this even if the information given later on turns out to be worthless.  You can sign up for free as an affiliate, get five people to join as members, and you would essentially be able to join as a member for free.  Of course, as a member, if you get people to sign up there are more incentives.  Also, if it were a scam, I don't think there would be so many meetings scheduled and they wouldn't be constantly updating their website.

     I'll post anything here that I feel is significant regarding the legitimacy of the program.

A scam is when money exchanged does not equal product received. You did not enlighten us on what they are doing for you. Have you got your 10 grand yet, because according to the website you should be able to get 10 grand in a day without debt.

Are you really that naive'? For 30 years people were convinced they were investing with a bonafide Wall Street expert with a long history of success. That "expert" was Bernie Madoff!

First red flag is the promise of wealth that you can only get through them. Greed causes people to fall for that line every time. Wake up and smell the ruse!

     Since GIN is in the beginning stages and doesn't officially launch until Nov. 1, there hasn't been a lot received yet except for weekly audio updates but there are meetings planned in August.  These are free seminars that give information about marketing, advertising, and making money in general.  The GIN website is also supposed to be updated with lots of information as well.  Some of the CD's that are sold for $1,000 normally are on there for free.  These would count as a product received.  Whether it turns into real valuable information that I can use practically is another issue.  Yes, theoretically I could make $10,000 with no debt if I had signed up for free as an affiliate and got 50 other people to sign up as members.  That is if they actually send the checks out, which I will find out in mid August.

     No, I am not naive.  If you had read and interpreted my postings correctly you would see that I am not.  I have the finanical means to join this and to take a calculated risk.  There is no comparison here with the Bernie Madoff scam.  This isn't investing in the stock market and I never expected to get my money back either.  I have several reasons for joining and being a sucker or greedy are not included.  I am investigating this for others so they don't potentially fall for this if it isn't legitmate, I am exploring a possible opportunity, and am looking for additional information that may help stay ahead of the elite's plans.  Stay tuned if you want to know if this is for real, but withhold your judgments until I have enough time to confirm this.  If you have already convinced yourself this is a scam, then just stop reading this thread.
