Kevin Trudeau, Author
Natural Cures “They” Don’t Want You To Know About

Picked up a copy of this book at the Goodwill. Mr. Trudeau feels it his life’s calling to expose the shameful motives of: (the) Pharmaceutical Industry, Food Companies, Trade Associations, Charities & Foundations, Lobbyists, and Government Agencies. I can’t see that he goes so far to assert they are working together to kill us but he does assert they all work together to make and keep us ill to fatten their wallets. I doubt it would take much to help him see it is even worse than he knows… Alex could do it. And this guy would be a wealth of details… going nicely with End Game.

PS - Don’t buy the miracle face lift in a jar this guy sells on television with the two bimbos at his side; it doesn't work... well, didn't work for me or my mum.

I think that says it all.

That book "Natural cures THEY don't want you to know about" is what woke me up. After reading the book, we went to organics. I went on-line to look up cancer cures, bumped into a web site Educate-Yourself.org. There I saw illuminati, started reading. WOW, that was December of 2005, in April 2006, I found Alex Jones show................I'm AWAKE and it feels GOOD!!

He's backed by truth. He talks about how bad the FDA is. How they want to keep us sick, sell us poisons for cures and take herbal remedies off the shelf. It's hard to if he's a true con because he's spoken out against the government and you know what can happen to you when you do that.

Well, considering that the government has tried to gag him makes me stand up and take notice.

I have his "Natural Cures" book and have to say that most of what is in there has been spot on.

He was making claims like; get away from aspartame, MSG and staying away from soy products long before many reports broke about the dangers of consuming these products.

He does warn in his book about the government trying very hard to regulate vitamins.  He has warned in his book about how the government will not allow him to make certain claims of healing with some of the tried and true ancient Chinese herbs.

So, I have no reason to distrust him or believe he is a snake oil salesman. I haven't read any other books he has published so I cannot comment on them.

My dad has that book and I have his debt book, which wasn't as good. I'm not in debt, I just wanted to see what he had to say.

I like him for speaking out against the drug companies, government and telling many truths of these things but....When I ordered one of his free books (paying postage and handling only) I also recieved something else after that  unexpectedly..An invitation to recieve a free booklet which is supposed to have secrets and involving the illuminiti...This it when I became suspicious..This did not come to me directly from Kevin but was showing him as if he was endorsing it or indicated that he could have had some hand in my recieving this invitation! But then who knows it could be that someone tracks his orders somehow and sends this out to his customers and  attach his photo to it to discredit him somehow??? So, I still don't know what to believe but I do know that he has spoken out against the powers and it could be that they would try to bring him down any way they could because no doubt he has opened many people's eyes to many deceptions by government and these drug companies and I do know that these people can be very cunning and devious in their ways of trying to destroy him. I think of how they could do this to try to make him appear to be as a part of them to discredit him in that way! anyway I am still confused as to what the real truth is but I do have to say that I thank him for helping to open the eyes of many concerning the many truths he has published in his books.. It is true that he has no specific information in the books but gives referrences to information you can obtain but for me that is not the most important part of the books but what is important is the information contained within that tells the readers the many truths about this government and the drug companies.. I can also use his books as a guide and find my own information from there to determine what I can use.. I have already been doing that on my own but his books as a guide only makes that job easier! Basically the books are guides and does require the readers to put a bit of effort in to search out these cures he speaks of! In this way he is not selling anything and just giving references to where we can find the information that way he stays in the clear of being shut down by the powers that be while at the same time giving information that can lead the readers to find it for themselves!

lol he was busted for credit card fraud using his customer's credit cards. Not only does he scam, he does it obviously.

I haven't read his debt book but there are alot of people making money saying you can get rid of your debt for nothing.

Yeah right, try the fight of your life.

I'm doing it right now and there's no failsafe easy way out of alot of debt and if you get your legal, diet or real estate advice from a guy on infomercials then you'll end up unhappy. Debt is a legal matter, there are laws you have to know and understand but they are not secret.

The biggest scams have always been some "hidden secret" that nobody wants you to know about.

Well there are no "hidden secrets" to anything, the information is free for anyone who cares to look and it's hard as hell. That's why there's so many fat people, they simply refuse to believe donuts are making them fat and not "big brother's secrets". Some would rather shoot up GH than stop eating all the time.

The kind of people who buy the books are the kind who want something for nothing. There's the old saying "you can't cheat an honest man" - there are very few legit victims in life.

He may have moved on to more "legit" ventures but he's still a fraud.

"The kind of people who buy the books are the kind who want something for nothing."

How can you make a statement like that?? People who are interested in taking charge of their health through the use of and learning more about herbs are not seeking to get something for nothing..The herbs do cost money and those who are running to their local DR every time they sneeze using their government health care cards or their insurance from work are most likely the ones looking for the cheaper or free stuff and don't even seem to care that their very health is suffering as a result! To learn about herbs and their use is not done by the lazy.. I can tell you that and it is not done by those seeking to get something for nothing..In fact those who use these things put lots of time into seeking out and sorting out the good ones from the bad. We who use these things have to take it upon ourselves to self-educate ourselves to learn because the powers that be are all about preserving and protecting these big coporations such as the drug companies and food\diet industry..So tell me how is it that you so quickly pass judgement that anyone who would order Kevins books are seeking something for nothing??? FYI it is not seeking something for nothing.. Not by a long shot!!!!

If you buy off late night TV of any stripe you've got issues. That stuff is 100% junk and "Kevin" is a convicted criminal just like alot of those real estate gurus are.

There may or may not be some good herbal remedies or ways to get out of debt out there but I wouldn't take this fool's word for it. He was telling people to use GH for pete's sake as part of his diet plan.

You want to buy some good herb, go to the corner.

From what I've read of him, there's a lot of truth, but I don't buy his pitch that he was once part of the elite and he had knowledge of area 51 and so forth, he gathered a lot of good resources and good info on natural healing and made a buck, ........ok a lot of bucks

You have indigestion one tablespoon of Organic apple cider vinegar--BINGO! is goes away.  I am not stuck on all the pharmaceuticals that the side effects are worse than what I am battling.  This is just one thing Kevin Trudeau opened my eyes too.  As many people have said, he is bringing attention to the biggest scam artists-- Government and Corporations.

Oh!  I walked in to Barnes & Noble and got his book not from a late night infomercial.  Wink

I am not looking for freebies I am looking to keep me and my family healthy.  I listen to AJ as well and I know not to give my children vaccines and we do not use fluoride.

The problem with "natural cures" whether from Trudeaus's book or any other source is that almost none of them actually, verifiably, work.

Some of them do, I know of at least one.  It is guaranteed to cure any type of cancer instantly, I am living proof of it, being totally cancer free, and for just 69.95 I'll tell you what it is (not guaranteed, of course, since I can't control the quality or use of this secret ingredient or know for sure that you will respond to it).  You can pay by credit card or check as long as you provide your social security number for verification purposes.

There's one born a minute, ya' know.

Wake up People!

This guy is a crook...why is he on? do your research on him. In one of his books he encourage people to join Scientology.

Quote
Criminal history and legal proceedings

[edit] 1990-1991: Larceny and credit card fraud

In 1990, Trudeau posed as a doctor in order to deposit $80,000 in false checks, and in 1991 he pleaded guilty to larceny. Trudeau had used the credit cards of eleven customers of a mega memory product to fraudulently charge approximately $122,735.68.[14] He spent two years in federal prison because of this conviction (Choi, 2005). Later, in his book Natural Cures, Trudeau claimed that he has since learned from his experience, and is now motivated to help people rather than merely make money for himself.[10]

[edit] 1996: SEC and various states

Trudeau began working for Nutrition For Life, a multi-level marketing program, in the mid-1990s. In 1996, his recruitment practices were cited by the states of Illinois and Michigan, as well as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Illinois sued Trudeau and Jules Leib, his partner, accusing them of operating an illegal pyramid scheme. They settled with Illinois and seven other states for $185,000 after agreeing to change their tactics. Michigan forbade him from operating in the state.[10][11][12][13] A class action lawsuit was filed by stockholders of Nutrition for Life for violations of Texas law, including misrepresenting and/or omitting material information about Nutrition for Life International, Inc.'s business. In August 1997, the company paid $2 million in cash to common stockholders and holders of warrants during the class period to settle the case. The company also paid the plaintiffs' attorney fees of $600,000.[15]

[edit] 1998: FTC fine

In 1998, Trudeau was fined $500,000, the funds to be used for consumer redress by the FTC, relating to six infomercials he had produced and in which the FTC determined he had made false or misleading claims. These infomercials included "Hair Farming," "Mega Memory System," "Addiction Breaking System," "Action Reading," "Eden's Secret," and "Mega Reading."[16][17] The products included a "hair farming system" that was supposed to "finally end baldness in the human race," and "a breakthrough that in 60 seconds can eliminate" addictions, discovered when a certain "Dr. Callahan" was "studying quantum physics."[10][18]

[edit] 2004: FTC contempt of court and injunction

In June 2003, the FTC filed a complaint in the Northern District of Illinois against Trudeau and some of his companies (Shop America (USA), LLC; Shop America Marketing Group, LLC; and Trustar Global Media, Limited), alleging that disease-related claims for Coral Calcium Supreme were false and unsubstantiated. In July 2003, Trudeau entered into a stipulated preliminary injunction that prohibited him from continuing to make the challenged claims for Coral Calcium Supreme and Biotape.

In the summer of 2004, the court found Trudeau in contempt of court for violating the preliminary injunction, because he had sent out a direct mail piece and produced an infomercial making prohibited claims. The court ordered Trudeau to cease all marketing for coral calcium products.

In September 2004, Trudeau agreed to pay $2 million ($500,000 in cash plus transfer of residential property located in Ojai, California, and a luxury vehicle) to settle charges that he falsely claimed that a coral calcium product can cure cancer and other serious diseases and that a purported analgesic called Biotape can permanently cure or relieve severe pain. He also agreed to a lifetime ban on promoting products using infomercials, but excluded restrictions to promote his books via infomercials.[2][3][19]

[edit] 2005: Trudeau v. FTC

On February 28, 2005, Trudeau filed a complaint against the FTC in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, seeking declaratory and injunctive relief. Trudeau also filed a motion for preliminary injunction, which the court denied.[20]

The complaint charged that the FTC had retaliated against him for his criticism of the agency by issuing a press release that falsely characterized and intentionally and deliberately misrepresented the 2004 Final Order. That conduct, Trudeau asserted, exceeded the FTC's authority under 15 U.S.C. § 46(f) and violated the First Amendment. The Federal Trade Commission responded with a motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1), and for failure to state a claim for which relief can be granted under Rule 12(b)(6).

The district court granted the FTC's motion to dismiss. First, the court concluded that it lacked subject-matter jurisdiction because the press release was not "a 'final agency action'" under “section 704 of the [Administrative Procedure Act]”, 5 U.S.C. § 704. Second, the court held, "in the alternative, that Trudeau’s claims failed to state a viable cause of action as a matter of law."[20]

Trudeau later filed an appeal which resulted in the unsuccessful attempt to reverse the previous court's ruling.[21]

[edit] 2005: Trudeau v. New York Consumer Protection Board

Trudeau filed a lawsuit on August 11, 2005, accusing the New York State Consumer Protection Board of violating his First Amendment rights by contacting television stations in New York state and urging them to pull Trudeau's infomercials promoting his book Natural Cures "They" Don't Want You to Know About.[22] Trudeau won a temporary restraining order on September 6, 2005 prohibiting the Board from sending letters to the television stations. The temporary restraining order was replaced by a preliminary injunction. However, Trudeau lost a motion to have the Board send a "corrective letter" to the television stations and subsequently dropped all claims for monetary damages. The case is still in litigation.[citation needed]

[edit] 2007: FTC contempt of court action

The FTC filed a contempt of court action against Trudeau and the companies that market The Weight Loss Cure 'They' Don't Want You to Know About, alleging that Trudeau was in contempt of a 2004 court order by "deceptively claiming in his infomercials that the book being advertised establishes a weight-loss protocol that is 'easy' to follow." The action was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on September 17, 2007.[23] According to an FTC press release, Trudeau has claimed that the weight loss plan outlined in the book is easy, can be done at home, and readers can eat anything they want. When consumers buy the book, they find it describes a complex plan that requires intense dieting, daily injections of a prescribed drug that is not easily obtainable, and lifelong dietary restrictions.[24]

On November 19, 2007, Trudeau was found in contempt of the 2004 court order for "patently false" claims in his weight loss book. U.S. District Court Judge Robert W. Gettleman ruled that Trudeau "clearly misrepresents in his advertisements the difficulty of the diet described in his book, and by doing so, he has misled thousands of consumers."[4][5][25] On August 7, 2008, Judge Gettleman issued an order that Trudeau was not to appear in infomercials for three years from the date of the order, and was to pay a penalty of $5,173,000, an estimate of the royalties received from the weight loss book.[26][27] On November 4, 2008, Judge Gettleman amended the judgment to $37,616,161, the amount consumers paid in response to the deceptive infomercials. The court denied Trudeau’s request to reconsider or stay this ruling on December 11 of the same year.[7]

About Ritalin: The school nurse used to dispense it to pupils in the school where I worked as a janitor and many of them just threw it away instead of taking it. But why do college students prize this drug for studying, saying it helps them remember and Trudeau says it diminishes mental ability? Oh, well the guy sounds interesting anyway.

At least he admitted it in his Natural Cures book. He said that the love of money - greed - is the root of all evil and that he allowed greed to run his life.

They are trying to exclude him from having any First Amendment rights. If one person can be excluded from the First Amendment, then EVERYBODY can.

In December 2005, I ordered Kevin's book, half way through the book, we emptied our cupboards and filled it back up with organics. I was led to Educate-Yourself.org and from there somehow found Prisonplanet.

That was my first awakening. For a while i was trying to explain what they've done to food to friends and family. It's the same reaction you get when trying to tell them about the future.

Natural Cures THEY don't want you to know about--name of book.

I started listening to AJ regularly several months before I bought the Natural Cures book. Both AJ and KT have inspired me to do further research into who controls the food, and that led me to discover the "food as a weapon" agenda.

They need to team up on a "Food as a Weapon" documentary.

Unbelievable interview!

Yes, this IS an incredible interview. Now that Trudeau admitted he attended Bilderberg (btw, I didn't see his name on ANY of the leaked lists), I guess I'll have to relisten to this interview again, and perhaps again after that.

At least he admitted it in his Natural Cures book. He said that the love of money - greed - is the root of all evil and that he allowed greed to run his life.

They are trying to exclude him from having any First Amendment rights. If one person can be excluded from the First Amendment, then EVERYBODY can.
Exactly, he did his time and paid his fines, sounds like he learned his lesson.Besides, his information on ritilan is right.I was threatened with having my child removed by CPS over 20 years ago if I did not poison here with this shiite. She was hopping on one foot in the doctor's office singing a bunny song, such a hyper little devil she was.Lucky for us the doctor had *nothing on me*,except I would not give her ritalin. Not the last battle I have had with  them, lost one,but honestly, all the schools want is federal funds.Combine that with the fact that they do not teach these kids to think anymore and we have what we see today with our kids and grandkids.
