And, I suppose you think the courts are on the up and up? No graft, no corruption and no favors are made behind closed doors, eh? *SIGH*
i suppose thats one way to look at it,,i wouldnt deny that deals are made behind closed doors,,,but in this case KT got exactly what he deserved,,and in my opinion not enough i speak from experience ,,i purchased his information in the past ,,purely in an attempt to acquire knowledge ,,,my immediate results after going through the information was CRAP,,, I GOT SCREWED !!! the information he claimed to be 'IN" his book is absolutely NOT in his book it was nothing but web links in an attempt to back sale or up sale the buyer. now i simply purchased to try to get info "I THOUGHT" was LED TO BELIEVE was IN the book,,,the true tragedy as already mentioned by others are the truly sick dieing people that really need the info he CLAIMS to be in the book but are simply conned into doling out more money so yes donnay,,deals are made in court behind doors but in this case,,the prosecutor didnt make a good enough deal i have very little patience for stealers killers and rapists and in my opinion KT lied to me and stole my money and others and apparently the courts have agreed now hes found another niche that he is attempting to exploit with more lies and deception,,and im sure he will get his fair share of takers,,,,so now,,out of nowhere hes an insider with the bilderbergs and has this secret info hahahah,,,so am I,so am I.

Exactly. And why weren't there any civil lawsuits against him from citizens or consumers? Only the FTC sued him... you can't connect the dots on this one?

The FTC sued on behalf of the clients,,a poor person cant fight others with deep pockets so thats where the ftc comes in to stand up for those poor getting ripped ---------------------- The book Kevin Wrote called," Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About" contains false information claiming that the government and other agencies are creating a conspiracy against "natural cures". This is the bases for the Kevin Trudeau Fraud. Kevin went on to claim that the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) censored the entire chapter called "Cures for All Diseases." Of course the FTC did not. Since the books release, most of the books 188 reviews classify it as nothing more then a rip-off and a waste of money, building an even larger case for the Kevin Trudeau fraud. Kevin Himself is no stranger to rip-offs. He served time in prison for his part in a credit card scam. In a recent lawsuit the FTC made Kevin Trudeau pay thousands in consumer redress. Many consumers of Kevin's false products have gotten back their money back that they have spent on his products. Finally the FTC had enough of the Kevin Trudeau fraud and proceeded to fine Kevin Trudeau two million dollars for making fraudulent claims about a health product. AS well as the fine the FTC has also banned him from appearing on TV to promote his products. In researching this article we came across numerous reviews slamming Kevin's book. We also found numerous sites stating that "Kevin Trudeau's attorneys have threatened us with a lawsuit if we continue to give our opinion on his products". For someone who is interested in exposing a conspiracy Kevin should be the last one threatening legal action for telling the truth! http://www.corporatenarc.com/kevintrudeaufraud.php

We just need one person to shell out the $1,000, and then the monthly fee, then they can enlighten us to Treasure Trove El Trudeau!

Yes, their clients being the Pharmaceutical, Junk Food (AKA: Fast Food), and Insurance Industry-- just to name a few. Caveat emptor! Again, no one can sue the pharmaceutical companies for false advertising and the government protects them.

to aerioch- i think your right its really only gonna take one person to purchase and report and if things arent on the up and up word will travel fast,,so will KT
i think everyone should take it personally that he is attempting to move in with information we already know must be bogus,,any BS or more lies to suck money that doesnt live up to the expectations could do much damage to the cause and is a disservice to all,,,wouldnt even surprise me if he was co intel on many levels attempting to move in and report back to the elites,,,meaning he could be attempting to get on the "elites: good side so they will leave him alone,,of course thats just speculation
any rate i dont trust him,,,i know i got off topic there a little apologies

Yes, I have a few times. He opened my eyes to a lot of the deceptive practices of Big Pharma, Big Agra and Big Government. I gave them out as Christmas gifts a couple of years ago to my family. My mother who is a diabetic is eating better now, because of Trudeau's book. She was eating pork and eating processed foods and using aspartame. She could not manage her insulin well and could not understand why she was sick all the time. Two years later my mother is eating all organic. She exercises regularly. Hasn't touched pork or used aspartame and finally has a handle on her insulin--the woman is 72. She is not only full of vim and vigor, she is also full of piss and vinegar when she goes to her doctors appointments and they are always trying to get her to take cholesterol pills--my mother's cholesterol is 129 but the doctors think that is too high. You want to talk about false and misleading advertisement have you see any of those cholesterol commercials? Side story: I used to own a cafe' and I had a lot of WWII vets that would frequent my establishment. I befriend a couple of them, being a barista you are kind of like a bartender--at any rate, Walter was a See Bee in the Pacific theater and Joe was an Army Ranger in European Theater Operations. Neither men knew the other. Walter came in one day he looked like death warmed over and I asked him what was the matter and he told me he hadn't slept in a week and had been having horrible nightmares and flash backs of the war. A few weeks later, Joe, came into my Cafe' all disheveled looking and acting like he was drunk. I had asked him if he felt okay and he told me he hadn't slept for a few nights he was having horrendous nightmares of the war. Finding this quite coincidental, being a reporter at heart, I started to ask them question with regards to medications changes? To make a long story short both men were talking Lipitor for cholesterol. Oddly enough my father who is stubborn and obstinate will not try alternative methods and swears by his doctor started having terrible nightmares a few months ago and my mother was worried because he was getting little to no sleep. I found out, he too, was switched to Lipitor for cholesterol. My mother stepped in and threw them out. The Cholesterol Myths http://www.ravnskov.nu/cholesterol.htmSide effects: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AtorvastatinAs stated earlier, myopathy with elevation of creatinine kinase (CK)[30] and rhabdomyolysis are the most serious, although rare <1%.[12][5] * Headache is the most common side effect, occurring in more than 10% of patients. Side effects that occur in 1-10% of patients taking atorvastatin include: * Weakness[5] * Insomnia and dizziness.[5] * Chest pain and peripheral edema.[5] * Rash[5] * Abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, nausea.[5] * Urinary tract infection[5] * Arthralgia, myalgia, back pain, arthritis[5] * Sinusitis, pharyngitis, bronchitis, rhinitis[5] * Infection, flu-like syndrome, allergic reaction.[5] Elevation of alanine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate transaminase (AST) has been described in a few cases[4][31] Other very rare side effects occurring in less than 1% of patients are: alopecia, anaphylaxis, angina, angioneurotic edema, arrhythmia, bullous rashes, cholestatic jaundice, deafness, dyspnea, erythema multiforme, esophagitis, facial paralysis, glaucoma, gout, hepatitis, hyperkinesia, impotence, migraine, myasthenia, myositis, nephritis, pancreatitis, paresthesia, peripheral neuropathy, petechiae, photosensitivity, postural hypotension, pruritus, rectal hemorrhage, rhabdomyolysis, somnolence, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, syncope, tendinous contracture, thrombocytopenia, tinnitus, torticollis, toxic epidermal necrolysis, urticaria, vaginal hemorrhage, and vomiting[5]. Sorry to get off subject just trying to prove my point about further research...

What a load of crap, JT. Have you looked at the case against Trudeau and his ridiculously missold weight loss book, the one that got him fined $5M then increased to $37M? I thought not, maybe you should before commenting on it - a novel idea around here for sure - but worth considering...the case was a total slam dunk for misselling, misrepresentation and false misleading claims etc., which is why (what a surprise) truthless Trudeau cravenly capitulated to it and didn't even defend it. By your rationale most of Jones' sponsors - and Jones himself - would be sued falsely and robbed, but they're not because they run ethical businesses* and do not missell their products. I'm not saying that the FTC is ethical itself necessarily but they cannot get away with baseless lawsuits as you seem to imply. So here's a question for you. You come on here and defend this lying conman who blatantly lied on the AJ Show about his media ban, (he lied about pretty much everything else aswell) which is undeniable and there in the audio archives...so my question is...WTF, JT?? *I have some reservations about My Solar Backup which I've posted about before.

The point that Trudeau sold one book that had some positive stuff in it does not absolve him of all his criminal rip-off scams before and since - that would be quite the criminals' charter - the latest scam being the pathetic joke that is GIN. Even the "Natural cures" book was somewhat of a scam because buyers had to pay for access to some of the cures and many were dogged by recurring billing for a useless newsletter..and so on and on... So as you're one of the lonely few still defending truthless Trudeau, let me ask you what do you think of GIN? Would you pay the $1K blinds to play and then more as your membership level ascended the pyramid? What do you think of Trudeau obviously lying about being at Bilderberg in order to create the image of someone with inside info...in order to plug his GIN snake oil? Trudeau's claim to be banned from all media appearances was a blatant bald-faced lie, as proven on this thread, how do you feel about defending a person who does these things...how does it sit with your moral and religous beliefs? Should you not be overturning his tables?

You forget, he also sold Mega Memory and made lots of money on that and about three or four pages back I already discussed this. You do not argue any points that others have made with any merit because you seem to have a personal hard on for this man. I cannot help that. I can base my experiences, experiences of others I personally know and, the experiences of others that I've researched. I have also said his book was the jolt, so speak, I needed to further expand my knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, the FDA and food industry. The protection and extortion rackets are not run and operated by Kevin Trudeau and, if, I have to take sides, I am definitely not going to cheer on the organized crime syndicate. As far as his Global Information Network, I really have no comment at this time. I do not know enough about it to make any informed opinion. One thing that has me puzzled is-- where are you coming up with the fees to join? Global Information Network http://www.globalinformationnetwork.com/

The blatant lying is something of a character giveaway isn't it? Your implication is that he's the lesser of two evils, but why support either?

Their disclaimer isn't unlike that of many other disclaimers. You don't think a company will cover its ass? I love how you guys just take a man down to his knees for making money legitimately. Jealousy is one of those things that really eats at the heart....

I'm not jealous!!! Get a grip!! His disclaimer states, that they are not responsible for the information that is given!! Since this is an INFORMATION site and you are paying $1000.00 and $150.00 a month, for supposed info of in the know people. How can that be a disclaimer???

I didn't say YOU were jealous, I was making a statement. If the shoe fits... well, then wear it! You really got defensive to that, I'm sorry you took it that way! That out of the way, they are just covering their asses (LIKE YOU WOULD IF YOU HAD THAT SITE)! Come on, be honest with yourself! They aren't responsible for YOU taking that information, going onto the STOCK MARKET, or something similar, and WASTING ALL YOUR MONEY LOSING YOUR WHOLE LIFE SAVINGS, only to come back and sue them for "false information". This is a standard legal procedure in these situations. It's not crazy or off-the-wall, it's SANE to do. It's normal. Stop bashing Kevin for making money, it's really getting old.

Ok, Let's see what will happen with those who buy into this. Hopefully we'll find out in the next 6 to 12 months, if not sooner!!

Okay, I did see that fee. Personally, I would not join or par take with any secret societies-- I find them repugnant. Nevertheless, if you read the "Terms & Conditions" carefully and have the wherewithal to join, then, that is your prerogative. Caveat emptor! As far as what he has put out by way of information-- thus far, all I am saying is, a broken clock is right twice a day. I do not blindly support anyone. I do, however, have an inherent distrust of the corporate government takeover, and for good reason.

You weren't talking about his reputation though. You were posting a disclaimer. I didn't comment to his reputation. With that said though, how verifiable are reputations anyways? I had a reputation in high school that didn't COME CLOSE to accurately reflecting who I really was! We live in the real world, and we must wake up to these simple rules of life. Things aren't always as they seem, and this can go the other way too, of course! I just feel that Kevin was being genuine on the AJ show that day, and that he simply provides a service that you can either buy/take or leave alone! I will choose to leave it alone (because I'm poor though! lol), but you can do whatever you wish! Don't knock the man for making a buck though, that's just silly. That's all I'm saying.

You people just put ENTIRELY too much time into knocking this guy for trying to make some money... If he were selling the amazing TIME MACHINE from hell, and charged you $750,000, who cares??! If you buy it, you're the one that needs some evaluating, no? I think people can make up their minds for themselves, but why crucify the man? If you feel you were wronged by him or have a real legal case against the man, take it up in court. Until then, it's business as usual. He'll continue making money, and you'll continue whining about it! Life goes on...
