I've read before that it is known that cancer is a fungus, high in acidic content,  and to treat it you simply have to inject the tumor with baking soda, a base,  directly and it's gone the next day.  There is a doctor in Europe that performs this but is getting no press coverage.  It does require surgery to get directly at the tumor with a needle but that's about it.

Well the Cancer Institutes dont talk very nicely about the http://www.alivizatos.com/ method. The usual stuff... no scientific evidence, only sugar, vitamin B and water, inventor didnt send in scientific material, inventor doesnt want to comment, etc. Which is kinda old information since the guy is dead for some time. They probably wrote that up back in the 70s and kept it that way.

Although the Alivizatos site is quite suspicious. Why only so few patient comments? Why not publish statistical data, how many patients did the treatment in a year, how many got cured? They dont advertise very much. Also there is no price for the treatment to be found on the site. Not very much information there.
