i hope everyone understands what the existence of such confidential drafts imply (and are PROOF for):
that agendas and decisions are made secretly WITHOUT the concent of people of sovreign countries.
If someone tells you that setting up agendas and INTERNATIONAL LAWS in secret is "conspiracy theory" shove this draft up their asses--can wake them up.

Read about this too. Basically, the can search, seize and arrest on the SUSPICION of piracy. So anyone can now be searched, robbed, and imprisoned indefinitely under these news laws.
