Would this be one way to call an attorney generals conduct into question?

In a revealing study in 2003, and duplicated again several years later, Northwestern University Professor Devah Pager hired groups of African American and white young men with identical resumes and experience to pose as job applicants. Some were told to say they had a drug felony. The study found that when they marked the felony-conviction box on the applications, it reduced the white applicants' chance of landing an interview by 50 percent. For black applicants, the chance of landing the interview was reduced by two-thirds.

42 U.S.C. § 3789d
(c)(4)(C) In any action instituted under this section to enforce compliance with paragraph (1), the Attorney General, or a specially designated assistant for or in the name of the United States, may intervene upon timely application if he certifies that the action is of general public importance. In such action the United States shall be entitled to the same relief as if it had instituted the action.

This is faulty.

Why?

They didn't control for personality or looks.

Anyways, ignoring that..

This is probably because many people are afraid of violent/crazy blacks.

20/20 showed that not only do black men get shot more often, but black cops often shoot them.

But yes, the world is racist and sexist and just about everything ist.

Men and 'criminals' in general are feared and discriminated against.

A more interesting article I remember is how the US forces target boys in Iraq/Afghanistan (13 years or so) for torture/round-up and detention. A quick glance over Gitmo/Abu Grahib detainees confirmed this. Gotta win those hearts and minds when they are young, right?

I agree the point being is to create the cult of fear. The point I intended to make was simple, I have been under the impression that released felons could hold no gov. position until ad-expunge, yet imo-exp theres a constant solicitation of census taker offers.

Although, its not just so simple. Civil rights were established and are outdated, very restrictive and according to the stats, moot; coupled with say rockefeller laws.

Point being judiciary is out of date, legislatives is dominating and this is the executive process.

Nothing can be achieved without balance, but the war is focusing elsewhere.
